PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: GO ANYWHERE ELSE OR KEEP YOUR MONEY AT HOME! By far the WORST credit union. I have had nothing but bad experiences and borderline fraudulent practices from this company. They have horrible customer service. They are so comfortable with this behavior that they seem to be encouraged by management to have horrible attitudes. They just ignore you when you point out that something they do is different that what they original promise you to get you in the door. They do not care about their customers and will go out of their way to find ways to take advantage of you but will not go out of their way for any positive reason. If I could go back in time i would never have picked vibrant for my loan or personal banking. They were great in the beginning then did some restructuring and seemed to have fired everyone good that worked there. Now nothing left but miserable rude people that dont care.

I have always received friendly, professional and efficient service. I have been able to execute car loans and mortgages from my iPhone. My wife worked for another bank in town and is impressed with Vibrant’s banking.

Vibrant Credit Union was recommended to me by two friends. I was looking for a place to change from the credit union I was using. I am so glad I found Vibrant Credit Union because Those who assisted me in setting up my account were kind, friendly, and efficient. They were very friendly. The Vibrant Credit Union was a beautiful building and very clean. I’m glad I chose Vibrant.

Vibrant was there and stepped up with a strike loan that not only helped me but alot of other people. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have done business with Vibrant bank for many years they have help me out with loans, checking account and fraud issues. I would recommend them to anyone for savings checking loans or any business that you would have to do with a credit union. Go see him they got your answer.

Honestly, I could not be more satisfied with the great work that I’ve had. Especially from Valerie, Jennifer, and Madison. They have helped me through the process of a loan and banking information. They respond super fast and I couldn’t be more impressed

I've been banking with Vibrant the last 4 years. Went thought drive thru because that was the only option which i HATE. But had to cash a check the manger was very RUDE and told me see didn't see where i use my account and would have to hold my check to may sure my not doing fraud. mind you my payroll comes to my account bi weekly and i use my account everyday . when she did more research she then seen i wasn't lien. I didn't even get an apology she just walked off with a snotty look. Im really considering closing my account due to this.

Drive up is the absolute worst and only option. Takes way too long no matter what time of day. Don't come during a lunch or break, don't come with children, don't come unless you have a free full day with nothing planned.
