BEST BANK & BRANCH I’ve ever had. Ive had bank accts in 3 countries…. This is my favourite bank, and specifically this branch. Also, I Love the online banking with Us bank. Its super user friendly. Back to the branch though—the people that work here are the BEST!! I HIGHLY recommend Banking with Cali if she is a available, however everyone i have delt with here is suburb. Im from a small town and i grew up going to the same small town bank and its been years and frankly i never thought i would have that kind of vibe at a big city bank and certainly not big corporate brand American bank. BUT THIS IS IT! Love love love banking here. They even have a drink bar for customers…. Tangerine Kefer on tap! Hellorrr! Highly recommend US bank —on Market especially.

This bank is not working for opening bank account and they just want to lie about what is going on with their employees.

The WORTH CUSTOMER SERVICE in a branch! Transaction processing... from 1990s. Website down several times a week for "maintenance". Loyalty of the customer that not there thing. They dont care about you at all. No compromise and no understanding. NEVER BANK WITH USBANK OVERALL.

Very nice new location, it was very clean and modern. No teller lines, the tellers sit at tables with tablets to do everything, and there is a fancy starbucks machine for coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc.

Literally the worst phone service ever! Their US bank focus card representatives can't be more clueless and rude even if they tried. The clerks in the bank were accommodating tho but the bank has no clue whatsoever with what's happening with their division of Focus card

I love banking here. They're ATM will dish out $1 bills if needed, customer service is awesome at all locations. But why do I keep hearing"please go to US Bank". Then when I do it's for no reason.

I would stay away from all US Banks I went in to make a deposit for my girlfriend you cannot make a cash deposit of over $500 if it's not your account. To top it off they require you to give them your social security number big No-No! With all these businesses getting hacked the last thing you want is your social security number floating around in accounts that are not yours. And I've heard of businesses selling your social security number next thing you know you're getting a thousand phone calls some people trying to sell you things.

Jessica was the bomb. The best customer service I've ever had at a bank. Same with Kevin they both should be escalated to be vp's

The first Bank I've ever been to that doesn't have cash. Absolutely useless, if this is going to be how US Bank operates in the future I'm switching to a real bank immediately!
