Kyle was amazing! He shared thoughtful feedback and used real-life examples to help explain the different options available to me as well as the impacts each option would have on me. I appreciate the personal suggestions he offered along with his in depth understanding of how credit is evaluated. I made a huge decision today based on clarifications only he has shared with me. I was a little skeptical about calling because I was embarrassed. After a few minutes of talking to the counselor, Nicholas, I started to feel at ease. He was very kind and patient. He was compassionate. He made me feel comfortable, so I could go into the depth of my financial situation.. He took his time and listened. He didn't pressure me. I told him to call me back the next day at 11am. He was right on time. I've decided to go with the program because I understand exactly what I'm getting myself into because of his thoroughness. This program is worth looking into if you struggle making your bills. Counselors have all been great and compassionate throughout this program (getting set up can take some time). Someone is always available to help, explain, whatever you need!

Keva was phenomenal. She made me feel so much better about my situation and helped me through the process. Tim spent over an hour pouring over my financials with me, and helping me create a manageable plan to pay off my debt. It made me feel hope for a situation in which I felt shameful and ineffective. I spent over two hours on the phone with Perkins, a credit counselor at American Consumer Credit Counselling enrolling in the debt management program. Perkins was very knowledgeable, patient and kind during our phone call and really played a huge role in eliminating the stress and anxiety I have been experiencing every time I look into my overwhelming financial situation. Although my enrollment in their debt management program doesn't officially start till the end of October (a date i chose myself), I have no doubt in this program's ability to improve my credit and eliminate my debt. I have ignored my financial situation for long enough & I'm so happy I took the first step towards taking control of my finances by calling American Consumer Credit Counseling. Thank you ACCC for helping me finally handle my financial obligations. More specifically, thank you to Perkins for helping me with my enrollment.
