We have been working with Citizens Capital for almost 10 years. Our Account Manager has been nothing but exceptional in structuring and approving our equipment loans. He even takes our calls afterhours and on weekends lol. If you're a broker or vendor, this is a great company to work with. If you're a business owner and need a knowledge company to approve you, you came to the right place. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. There have been many times that one of our customers will call them directly years after they have been funded, and Citizens always refers them back to us. This shows us the integrity of this company. You're in great hands if you do business here.

We have been with Wells Fargo equipment leasing for over 10 years. It was just the easiest way to get our new equipment when it came time to lease more. In the last year, we have had the worst service by Wells Fargo and the reason why I am bringing this up is because we always overlooked other companies, one being Citizens Capital. With the way they work, they specialize in equipment financing with their knowledge, expediency, ability to contact them on the phone when needed, and their unified process. I don’t need to wait on the phone or send multiple messages to get an answer. Thank you Citizens Capital

We were contacted by Joseph after we filled out their online application. We needed to lease new computer equipment for our operation and he made it really easy to do. They provided our vendors everything they needed to deliver and install the equipment for our needed implementation date. Their credit team was very nice to deal with as well as they processed the items needed more quickly than what we experienced before.

I wanted to provide this review because there’s a few things that stand out. We are a vendor that sells Point of sale systems and we have many lenders we use to finance our customers businesses. When we started working with the Citizens credit team, they found every way to get us what we needed to fund our customers we submitted to them. There was no pushback or delays that caused us to wait. They provided prefunding quickly so we can order the equipment, they approved soft costs, and did not require a ton of paperwork as the other lenders we use. Please stay customer centric Citizens.

We worked with Joseph to help build out our 2nd location. I want to let them know how helpful they were in providing a solution to our capital expenditure needs after we worked with 3 other companies. They were solutions provider and were able to get all of our specific equipment financed and on time for our opening this year!

I am very satisfied after working with Citizens Capital. At first we weren’t sure because it was taking over 2 days to get funding documents but given that our situation we aren’t the best credit, I was happy. They were easy to apply with online, a representative Robert got back to us in 2 hours with questions, we were given some things to provide them and they solved our problems within a week.

Another company that received financing referred us to Citizens Capital to lease our new equipment. I was relieved that they met my expectations because I am always wary of doing business online. They are not an online business, but that is how people can reach them. We were being strung out by another company we were referred to by our equipment vendor. Every time I would ask for an update, they would ask me for more information and it was just eating into my business time. We google searched other companies and found Citizens Capital. They responded the same day and provided us with some terms we could live with. Our equipment funded after 2 days of working with them. I would highly recommend Citizens to anyone who is working with a vendor that can’t fund their proposed terms.

I was required to send a RFP to 3 companies to get their rates and fees for my boss when buying new forklifts for our floor. Even though we did not go ahead with the purchase, Citizens was very good at providing their lease documents within 2 days, they did not charge us any fees, and the rate was more than competitive. We will be going back to Citizens Capital the next time the equipment is back in stock. We paid cash instead for used equipment.

We applied online and was contacted by Joseph the same day. We did not qualify at first but he provided us with our credit score when I requested it. He was easy to work with and professional. We will attempt to re-apply when my credit score is over 700 but I appreciate the assistance and courtesy they provided us so we know what we need in order to qualify the next time.
