USA Checks Cashed & Payday Advance Broadway, San Diego

Walked 20 minutes to make it to this store. Closing time was 6:00 and I arrived at 5:54 to buy a bus pass. They didn't care. They wouldn't even open the door for me. Never again.

The manager Shaun is great. My wife needed a check cashed and when we went to money tree they tried to charge us $400 plus to cash it. So went to USA and he went out of his way to do it for a fraction of that price and made the whole thing goes easy smooth and fast. Totally respectfull and professional. This mans customer service is textbook. Thanks again Shaun this company is super lucky to have you representing them. I will be back for any check cashing needs and tell everyone that needs it as well and to ask for Shaun Martin. HES THE MAN!!!

I called right now @ 5 p.m. on 12/11/2020; Whichever ignorant, disrespectful, misinformed & uneducated "employee" was working on this day @ this particular location decided to make herself & her company look unprofessional & naive. The manager here, I think his name is Shaun is the best. He goes out of his way to help you out. He is a very respectful person. I love going to this location.

Delores should fired and replaced with someone who understands customer service. When I first came in she was on the phone and made me wait for 5 minutes while chatted away. Then stops my transaction several times to chat with her friends coming in to give her snacks. Brought in a SSA Disability Award as proof of income. Not only does she repeatedly announce how much I get, she has the nerve to ask how long is the disablity? I informed her that SSA will only award disability if you are permanenly disabled as my award letter states. I told her where I lived in California and gave her my lease, landord's information, and it is on my application. She asked me 3 times! I already called before coming in and put down on my application that my bank is from the east coast. I gave her a bank statement, a print out of their branches nationwide, and my debit card. Why did Delores ask me 3 times where is my bank located? I did not approved as my SSDI goes into Netspend, which is not a real account. Thus I provided my real checking account. Delores, while chatting on the phone, chatting with her friends in the store, and taking other customers while in the process of handling my paperwork. She was rude, not professional, and I am sending this to her boss as I know they have cameras. I am willing to bet a robot could do a better job.

Listen when I say this. The women went above and beyond to make sure I couldn’t get a loan. I had all the proper things but they wouldn’t give me the time of day. Thank you Will the manager for hiring incompetent people to deny people in a pandemic. And I really hope my skin tone didn’t play a role in my literally instant denial. The worse service I’ve had since moving to this beautiful city

Shaun Martin, the manager, is amazing. He has the best customer service and is so awesome and helpful. Needed a checked cashed cause I don't have a bank account at the moment and another place was trying to charge me hundreds of dollars. Shaun did it for a very reasonable place and made the whole expirience easy and pleasent. Thank you SHAUN!!!!!

I hated this place! I took out one payday loan. They offered $150, other places offered the maximum. They got mad when I questioned them about it. When I paid back my loan, they did not give me a receipt. When I went back for it, they said I didn't ask for a receipt. They called me rude, I called myself smart, and called them ugly, and unintelligent. They requested one relative and three friends numbers, as payday loan "references". It's not wise to give them that information. There are so many payday loan places way better than them. Choose wisely. USA Checks Cashed & Payday Advance SUCKS!

Always fast and super friendly service! I've seen people go in with total attitude, yet they're still treated with respect and professionalism.

These people were a life saver for me there were times when if not for there services i would have been homeless I will never ever forget them thank you so much i hope Dolores is still there cuidate ok
