Usbank is just terrible. They continue to raise fees while their service becomes worse and worse. Andrew Cecere is clearly incompetent. I have already removed my mortgage from them and avoid using the credit card I have with them as much as possible. I have one account that forces me to continue my relationship with this bank. But as soon as I no longer need this account I will be free. Go to any other bank and avoid the frustration!!

Ethical? Lmao! I walked in and asked how long they would how funds on my check if I opened a new bank account. I was told the Funds would be cleared on the following Tuesday but I would receive $200 today. Tuesday came and the funds didn’t clear. I called the branch and they assured me the funds would clear on Wednesday. Then I called corporate customer service. They also ensured me the funds would clear on Wednesday. On Wednesday day the funds didn’t clear. I again called the corporate customer service and was told that the funds would clear until the following Saturday. Now on Thursday I have to wonder if I will make it to work in Mankato all week when I’m driving from the cities. The whole reason why I asked when the funds would clear was to ensure that I could make it to the next pay check. The disappointing part of the whole thing is as a new customer having three people lie to me before getting the correct story. While the whole time they boast about being voted the most ethical.

I send money through Western union and the guy made a mistake with the name. I came back the next two days but no one will help me. Everyone kept saying they don’t know how it works. The Manager told me to wait, I waited for an hour and no one to help. I left. I came two different times and it was the same thing. Today I came with the intention of getting my money back now the manager wants to help, I said I never wanted to deal with him because someone else knew how to work the system. He got into his man ego and said if he don’t help me, no one should and how he was going to call the police on me because I insisted that I never wanted any help from him. I left without getting the help I needed.

Today, I went to this branch to withdraw some money but after leaving there, I realized that one of the $20 bills was a $1 bill. I had always trusted U.S bank and never thought they would do some thing like this. UNBELIEVABLE!

I have been a US Bank personal and Commercial Customer since 1993. The service at US Bank has gone way down hill. They keep closing branches and reducing there hours. They say they have less customers, well of course you will if you limit your hours of operations.

Funds weren't fully made available on a US bank check I deposited on Sunday July 14th 2019. Absolutely absurd. She was more worried about telling me how to use my app to deposit a check than deposit it correctly. I shouldn't need to tell them to make it fully available. Terrible customer service.

The check will post the following business day during processing, and the remainder of the check will be available the business morning after it posts. I went to this establishment twice and was declined helped. Their excuse was that they are a small branch. This is poor service bank. All I wanted to do was to open an account. I will be telling everyone that this company/branch is the worst and to never come back.
