    Great service as always! I Was able to make my appointment easily after hours on line for the next day. I Waited in the comfortable lounge with snacks and beverages. Service department was very professional and timely. I loved the diagnostic video at the end of the service explaining all my questions. I was promptly on my way after with a nice clean car. 😁

    I got my routine oil changed and had a coupon offer on the Cadillac app and was not able to follow through with scheduling my appointment through the app in order to receive the discount. The person at the dealership was extremely helpful and was able to Accommodate me with honoring my coupon.

    CUE screen replacement. Fluid (transmission, differentials, coolant) flush/replacement. Spark Plug replacement. Service was WAY faster than expected and EXCELLENT!! Derek was helpful and awesome…as always.

    Great job, love these guys. Wouldn’t want to trust my Cadillac with anyone else.     My contact person was Tyler in the service department. I cannot say enough how amazingly professional, personable, patient, courteous and compassionate he was!!!!! We had brought our vehicle in for an inspection only to find out it was leaking gas. It was a much larger amount then we had anticipated on paying just to fix the gas leak in order to do the inspection. He was very gracious in communicating the issues and making sure we understood the cost associated with work that had to be done. In the end, after a week of deliberation, we decided the vehicle wasn't worth the repair and decided to scrap it. However during that time, we were allowed to leave our vehicle there and given ample time (stress free) to consider our options. Upon finally deciding to scrap the vehicle Tyler even set us up with someone there to give some options and information about scraping the vehicle. Ultimately we decided to scrap the vehicle with a different salvage company at which point Tyler even helped to coordinate the pick up. This was the best customer service I have received in years.....from any business!!!! I swore I would take any opportunity to tell people and pass on some business their way, because I was so pleased. We plan on buying a vehicle soon and though we aren't buying a vehicle from there, I do plan on having the vehicle serviced there from here on out!!!!! I hope this review helps everybody out.

    When I left Morrie’s Cadillac service and parked it in my garage as I got out, the door is locked I researched it and it takes five steps to make that happen in the owner settings I blamed them for resetting it so they could charge me $200 for a new key.Was this something that they changed, did it magically happen?I talked to several people about the problem and finally the general manager himself called me a call and I agreed with him that they probably didn’t do anything to the car and neither did I, just one of those electrical glitches I guess anyway the general manager (Mr) Nand had a valet key manufactured for me at no cost so he solved the problem and I was very happy with the result especially since we couldn’t assign the blame to any particular person so I was locked out of my car by this automatic system and Morrie’s solve d the problem

    Had an airbag recall on my vehicle. From initial chat to getting recall done, everyone was helpful & pleasant to work with. Thought the video by mechanic showing other items that needed repair was a nice customer service. Really appreciated getting my SUV washed too!

    Derek and his crew...ALWAYS, first and foremost treat me like a lady, which is so appreciated as a female customer in a man’s world. The updated service on the screen in the waiting room is beneficial. I love the video’s of the service needed before approval. The work done is always 5 star. The use of a courtesy vehicle is always offered without hesitation. That is showing me that they respect my time as well as theirs. I feel very comfortable each time my vehicle is serviced at Morries. The only way I can show my gratitude is by bringing a bag of freshly made pastries along from a local restaurant here in Hutchinson. THANKS Derek and crew!!     The only place I’ll ever go to service my vehicle - I bought my XT5 two years ago from Morrie’s Cadillac and even after moving to other side of the city I still continue to make the 45 min drive (sometimes an hour with construction and traffic) to these guys every single time. I’ve never encountered better service from an entire team as I have here. All the advisors go out of their way to welcome you and are always so kind and accommodating , the technicians here are truly the best in their field and beyond knowledgeable. All of my praise and appreciation goes out to the morrie’s golden valley Cadillac team! I can’t stress enough , if you have a Cadillac or any GM vehicle this is the only place you should consider for all services / car shopping / detailing / etc. ā­ļø

    Stopped in to get my radio fixed. Met immediately by one of your staff members. The staff appeared to really want to help and answer my questions. 1st I was told that my car was not under warranty and was given a quote. I asked the staff to please double check. While I was waiting to get my car fixed. Once it was done, the staff looked at me and said I have good news. My car was under warranty and it saved me a LOT of money. He was very helpful! I absolutely plan to come back here for service on my XTS!!

    The service call went very well everything was addressed and serviced. Prior to taking my vehicle to Morries, I brought my vehicle to another dealership, they said everything checked out OK even though I still had the same issues. After a few weeks of trickle charge recharging my battery every day and the trim panel that was not repaired even though they said it was. I called Morries to set up an appointment, I had great service and follow up, the problems were resolved.
