Ross was excellent to work with in sales. Not your typical pushy salesperson or trying to up sale anything. Was friendly and I truly felt he had my best interests as his main priority. Honesty was felt all around by everyone I interacted with, which sadly is hard to feel these days. Nadia, the finance manager was friendly, thorough, and also did not pressure any optional protection plans or extended warranties. I did elect to extend my warranty so she did a nice job of explaining the benefits. The sales manager was also friendly, courteous, and was very fair on my trade as well as my new vehicle. Overall, a great experience, great facility, and would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

This place has changed its name more times than a celebrity wedding. But a car with an extended warranty. A Cadillac STD. It was having problems before the warranty ended, but they refused to acknowledge it. Once the warranty expired, they said I needed a new engine. It cost thousands of dollars that should’ve been covered, I had to pay out of pocket. I also had a headlight that cracked. These are very expensive. The service manager said, I just happen to have one it has some moisture problems but it would be a lot less expensive than a new one. So, he put it in. He was right. And I had lots of moisture problems and had huge problems and cracked again. When I took it back and told him what he had said, he said he never said that. I never went back because I don’t trust them.

Salesman was friendly and easy to deal with. Did not like ;having to wait so long while finance guy tried to sell me extra warranty which made my payment much bigger than i planned. To be honest, I hate buying vehicles

Purchased and xts a few weeks ago. Jake was my sales guy. Took a test drive and something was clearly wrong with the vehicle (air intake housing came loose) but Jake said all 3.6 liter engines sound like that. So we took a different 3.6 for a test drive which sounded great. Jake, I'm sure your boss will show you this 😅 if you don't know the answer to a question, don't make something up. Anyways, they immediately brought the car to the service bay and got it running right. My cue screen was cracked and Jake said service would reach out to me to get it fixed after I purchased. So I got the car and waited a couple days. No call. Emailed Jake a few times with no response. Ended up calling and getting it scheduled myself. They had me on the edge of my seat but service went above and beyond to take care of any issues. Financing was painless. Trade in value was decent. Service dept and financing are what brought this to four stars. Edited to 3 stars. In my service drop-off letter I wrote I wanted my key fob battery replaced. The notification is still coming on that my key fob battery is low... Edit to add my interior lighting around the trim on the passenger side is no longer working since the cue screen repair and the cover below the cue screen is also not put back together properly...

Update: After the purchase of our Cadi, this dealership dropped us like a hot rock. As part of the deal, they promised to replace a broken part. The sales manager installed the wrong part and now we can’t get anyone to return our calls, emails, or messages. Service department, sales, manager, no one. They completely ditched us, just dead air. Its been weeks, we gave up now. I didn’t see that coming. I think for a Cadi dealership they are a little dysfunctional and once they got your money, there’s no integrity or motivation to continue providing customer service. I am lowering star rating and won’t be returning with my business. Original Post: Had a great experience here with a trade and purchase. Dino was on point with everything from start to finish. Always prompt, informative, and professional. Dino was knowledgable and prepared, he truly provided us with a first class experience. The manager and finance people were also great and the transaction was fast and efficient. Beyond the great service, we were treated very well with a fair price and trade.

I had an amazing experience with Morrie’s Golden Valley Cadillac. My salesperson, Ross, was a pleasure to work with patient with my hectic work and grad school schedule and the patient while I took a night to make a final decision. Everyone I encountered was personable and professional, I didn’t feel like they were just trying to meet a sales goal or anything. I'm not a person to normally write reviews, but they deserve it here. This was the best car buying experience I've had. Neither the salesman I worked with (Blake) or the sales manager (Austin) were aggressive or overbearing. I felt like I had the ability to think about my decision and get my questions answered without the staff feeling overly pushy. Highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a place that treats you like you're more than a quota number.

My father wanted me to give this review on his behalf on his purchase of a 21 Escalade. He has purchased numerous high end luxury vehicles including Mercedes, BMW, Range Rover and etc, and this buying experience was on the top. Ross the sales rep who sold him the vehicle was absolutely great! Other dealerships would just take his number down and not call him back when Escalades would arrive because they were in such high demand. But Ross kept him in the loop and when they had a couple arriving he gave him priority on which one he preferred. Vehicle was all detailed waiting inside the bay. Finance team was great. Overall the buying process was very pleasant. Will recommend this dealership and Ross to others when they are looking for a Cadillac vehicle! Thank you! He’s absolutely loving the vehicle!

Avoid this dealership at all costs. Do yourself a favor a take your business elsewhere. I have experienced nothing but problems with the $50k SUV I purchased from Morries. They do not inspect their vehicles and strategically withhold prior service records. It was a year used when we purchased the vehicle and it has already had well over $15k in repairs. Adding to my frustration is the absolutely worthless service department at this location. They have no interest in ensuring warranty repairs are addressed. Customer concerns are written off as “could not duplicate” and you are left with a vehicle in disrepair while chasing down another establishment that respects your business. Morries dismissed my suspension concerns on 3 different occasions. I even sent a follow up email with video of the concern and never received a response back. I had another dealership service the vehicle and all shocks / struts were found to be faulty.

Ask for Ross and everything will go as smooth as possible. No pressure whatsoever and he’s willing to assist you in your car finding needs. The dealership in general was just fine and felt a lot better here than most I’ve been in. The dealership and the sales team are 10 out of 10.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Overall the experience here in leasing a car has been less than satisfactory. I would even go to say when I bought a brand new chevy from main motors I received a better level of service as compared to buying from a luxury brand here at morries cadillac. The attention to customer questions and issues is severely lacking. I leased a 2020 courtesy loaner car from morries and when I drove off with the car from the dealership there were several thing wrong and not up to standard with buying a brand new car. So within the first week I had to bring the car into service and it stayed there for 3 days. Finally i was able to have the car back again. For the hassle, I was going to be reimbursed for the first months lease payment. This took over 5 phone calls and a month for them to process the check payment. Also I traded in a vehicle and was told they could transfer my specialty state park plates. This again took numerous phone calls and over a month wait for them to complete. Austin was my salesperson and did a terrible job. Lastly, I never got communication on the lease payment instructions from the dealership. Turns out the address they listed when they processed the lease with gm was not even my address shown on the lease document I signed. Now I am having to pay late. All in all buying from what would be considered a more luxury brand, I would have thought for the price I was paying the customer service would have been much better.

Definitely the best car-buying experience I've had! Jabbar was very knowledgeable, but never pushy. I shared my past frustration in the amount of time it takes to finalize a sale, and he worked with finance manager Michelle to minimize the time commitment. Michelle was equally knowledgeable and efficient. After completing some of the paperwork online, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. After signing, Jabbar went over some of the car's features, saving me the trouble of reading my owner's manual. Overall, a very pleasant and easy process. I would highly recommend Jabbar, Michelle, and Morrie's GV Cadillac!

Con artist car salesmen. My wife and I bought a Cadillac Escalade from them at end of winter. Two weeks later when it started to get warm out, turn the A/C on and it doesn’t work. Call Morrie’s and they immediately ask if we bought extended warranty (which we did) and told us we’d have to pay deductible. After arguing with them that it never worked, they finally agreed to look at. My wife takes vacation day and makes 3 hour trip to have it fixed. They supposedly find problem and say it’s fixed. Wife checks it…working. Drives home. Two days later it’s not working again. Call Morrie’s and again they start spouting off about warranty. Try to make us pay deductible AGAIN. We bring it back, takes them two days to “fix” it. Five days later…guess what!?! A/c not working. Call Morrie’s. Guy tells my wife that it must be a completely new problem because they fixed it. Told them it must be a leak. They state “oh no we checked. The A/c system is very intricate. It’s a new problem. “. These guys are incompetent in their service department and very shady in their sales practices. If you want to roll the dice with these guys, you’ll probably regret it too. Go elsewhere if you can. We regret the day we went there. Reached out to management and guess what…no response. They are just brushing it under the rug and hoping we go away. Please be warned. I know things happen but it’s the lack of follow thru and their immediate reaction to take no responsibility should worry anyone that’s going to buy from this place. See their response below?! They want US to contact them. We’ve already contacted them multiple times and they either ignore us or tell us that the A/C was fixed already. Two times they said it was fixed! And the first time they “fixed” it and it wasn’t fixed, they acted like they hadn’t even seen it. The second time they “fixed” it and it wasn’t fixed, they tell us it’s a new problem. Ugh. My wife tells their service department on the phone that it has to be a leak and they act like she has no idea what she’s talking about. “Oh no! We checked it for leaks with a sniffer. There aren’t any leaks. “ I’m not an expert on A/C systems but I’d bet it has a leak. I’m gonna go to Cadillac and file a complaint on the dealership after the way they are handling this. Especially the way their service department talks in circles to avoid having to admit they are incompetent.

If I could give 0 stars or less than that I would. Worst experience ever !!! ...... I wasted 4 + hours at the service department and they didn't do anything with my car other than parked it...... I got an appointment days in advance, I showed up on time and still they didn't do anything with my car.....it was a simple oil change and tire rotation, I had to showed up at the service desk to ask about the status, because they never call me to provide any status or explain any delay..... I just decided to leave and spend my money somewhere else (specially after the service Rep started "attacking" me with excuses)..... not coming back to buy or service a car at this location again.

I had a 1:30 appointment but was 20mins early, which didn't matter. I was greeted with a smile(under a mask of course, because yeah Covid) and directed immediately to an agent to help me. I immediately received the carfax information and was offered to test drive the car I was interested in purchasing. Once returning from my test drive an offer for my trade was already prepared which to my surprise was very generous! My information was taken and before I knew it I was in my new car! The entire process took less than 2hrs. I cried from excitement, laughed with all those I encountered, and felt like family once I left. I would recommend Morrie's Golden Valley Cadillac to anyone! They were affordable, very friendly, and made it possible for me to walk in with the old car and out with the new one! Many thanks to Evan, Michelle, and Austin!!!!

We got a really nice used SUV here and they said when we left to let them know if they could help us with anything. 5weeks after taking it home (haven't even made a payment yet) the engine light comes on. A mechanic friend told us, its not a glitch and something is wrong with it. I was hoping since they were so nice and eager to offer help when we were there that maybe they would help since we barely got the vehicle. (It apparently passed inspection)I've contacted the dealership several times and now they refuse to call me back. For us it was a lot of money to spend and it sucks they dont stand behind their vehicles or even call you back. I guess we will have to dump probably hundreds into what was supposed to be a solid vehicle now, which we can't really afford to do.Wouldn't return. We were told they would look at it for them to just run a testing but we would have to pay $150 just to see what's wrong. Total rip off.

Jim the salesmen was very nice and welcoming but the Finance Manager Abe Abdulamer was absolutely horrible. He looked at me like I was an chump and disrespected me by laughing at my suggestions. I was suppose to get a service done the following week when I got my car but that didn’t happen then I left Abe a voicemail and did not get back to me for a MONTH!! A WHOLE MONTH!! What kind of service is that? When he called me back he did not even remember me. It sad that they would treat a veteran like this and me being a person of color they send another finance manager of color as well.

Extremely poor customer service. My wife has been there several times for oil changes. She makes an appointment well in advance. There is no reason to even have an appointment at this business because the car is not serviced at the time of the appointment. She typically waits 90+ minutes for a 10 minute oil change. We paid for these oil changes in advance with a "deal" offered by Morrie's. At this point it isn't even worth it to use the pre-paid oil changes. Maybe that is part of their business plan.

I called ahead to look at a car and Jim Malisow took my call and worked with me when I arrived. Working with him was a dream! This was my first car purchase and I never once felt pressured to buy or change my preferences. Jim was very cheerful, personable, and qualified. I was looking at a Subaru on a Cadillac lot but Jim was still very knowledgeable on the vehicle and able to answer all of my questions. I ended up purchasing the Subaru the same day and I couldn’t be happier! If I could give this place 0 stars I would I bought my 2015 Yukon from them less then 3 weeks ago haven’t even made a payment on it yet an it’s been in there shop 2 times had to wait for a DVD player remote an once I received it the DVD player didn’t work! I spent 30000 on a vehicle that’s has had non stop problems and they could care less!!! Please go somewhere else they don’t pre inspect their vehicles before selling it!!

Very nice and professional there, except for the lady who helps negotiates things, very pushy. But i bought a car from them in the winter, which was a mistake because they were able to hide lots of marks and touchup paint with the salt on the roads. After you've had your car for a month, good luck getting in touch with them if you have any problems/questions for them then. Edit: After I contacted them again regarding the reply to my review, they had their store manager contact me, but was during the middle of the day when I was of course working and couldn't answer. Called back a few days after when I was free during the day and my call rang a couple times and went to voicemail.

The buying process was painless, however there are two gripes I had. Their finance rates weren't stellar. I ended up getting much better rates through my credit union. The REAL issue though, was that I didn't notice during the test drive that the brakes were shaking when braking at speeds higher than 40mph. I brought the car back a week later and they wouldn't fix them. Talked to the manager, no can do. I'm not pleased that I was sold a vehicle that had an issue and because I didn't notice the issue during the test drive it became my issue. This is just bad business. I can understand that this business practice can save money from fraudulent claims, however my cause is just and I will not be purchasing another vehicle through this dealership. A couple of hundred dollars to remedy the problem would have earned them repeat business and referrals.

Emily said no problem we will look at the info and get back to you! Then no call or text back for 5 hours. It's been less than two weeks and my car won't start . This company still owes me money I had to go through my bank to get it back. The bank alreaft gave me the fund but we haven't received anything from this company yet. My check engine light came on the next morning after purchase. The dealer boasted on how there were no lights on. Two days later I took it in for an oil change. Morries service said the oil gasket was over filled and my car started smoking, then the coolant temp light came on. No one told me the hood release was broken so I definitely didn't over fill it with oil. The sticker on the window said it needed to be serviced back in July on the 24th. So that tells me Morries Cadillac didn't check the oil level something so simple, so what kind of safety check do you do and how many test drives did you all take I this vehicle with an overage of oil. I understand "as is" but if your gonna boast it's a good car for the family and no lights are on how do they come on the next day first thing in the morning. Now I have no money and I can't get my children to and from school. I'm a single mother I don't get county assistance with daycare, I can't get child support because child support didn't want to fight for it and I work part time. One child is Diabetic another Autistic and my youngest has a traumatic brain injury. I have no car to get to them to school, Doctor appointments or the grocery store. Had this car less than two weeks and it's already in the shop cause it won't start. Thanks for kicking me while I'm down. Big companies with all this money but it's not enough they have to take from the little man. Take it to a mechanic before purchase. I learned my lesson but this is all I could afford after a total loss.

The very worst dealership I have ever been to in my life. Unfortunately because of my love for cadillac and been a customer for many years I was stuck purchasing a vehicle from them. The sales manager should not be allowed to manage anyone but maybe himself. Just because someone does not fit the profile of someone having money does not mean they dont. They tried to refuse to sell a vehicle just because I was paying cash, so they could not rip me off as bad by hiding fees. But they still stole $125.00 for that bogus document fee. The experience was so horrible that I called the attorney general and reported them. The vehicle I purchased had pretty much all the rude staff listed on the bluetooth radio list on the car I bought. So maybe that was a problem too. Then they listed the mileage 3,000 miles less then it was. I still have so problems with the truck but just so I never have to speak to them or see them again I will pay out of pocket before stepping foot in that place again. So I really rate them -10.

We have been looking for a new SUV for months but was dreading the car dealer shopping experience. Last time it took 5 hours to buy my truck. Yesterday we bought a XT5 from Jake Olson at Morries. Got their at 2PM and left at 4PM. They gave us a fair price for our trade in. They have no haggle pricing so the process was very easy and fast. This is the second time we bought from Morries group. How I have trade in and service experiences… with Morries . I have to gave 5 stars and thumb up for the services .. Sales Ross and Austin Manager are the best Sales ever. 1. No pushing 2. Friendly 3. Negotiable, especially Austin.. about his smile is male the whole world difference, 4, Great trade in price ever, he even asked me how much do I want? I was surprised.. because every dealerships I stopped by 5-6 places prior will never give me more than $15,000 for my Dodge Durango 2015 .. At first I told him as much as he cannot give me , he said how about $17,000 ( it was more than I expected already) and I cross check JD Power - my car was so super nice even 2015 value could be up to $19,000 and asked Austin Austin gave me $19,000.. The minute I signed my name to become the owner of the vehicle, communication has been horrible. My sales Rep no longer works at the dealership 1 week after I purchased the vehicle which had numerous agreements in the sales contract (Buff, Batteries in remote, headphones, and most importantly license and tabs). Since my sales rep left, I have been given the run around on dropping the vehicle off to get the promised items taken care of. It's been 21 days now since the purchase of the vehicle, and now am forced to drive around with expired temporary plates on the vehicle. I've spoken to Skylar, Austin, Ross, Jim, and Jeff and still do not clear answer as to why there has been delays in following through with something we agreed upon the day of the sale. I do not recommend working with Austin if you would like a vehicle and someone to follow through, as he does not keep his word nor follow through. If you're in the market for a new/used vehicle I would recommend somewhere that cares about you after you sign the agreement.

Overall experience with the sale was good, but when we got home I didn’t hear back from our Sales Rep, Michael, the next day as he mentioned he would follow up. I had a few things to share that needs to be addressed so I called Michael two days later. He stated that he couldn’t help me and that a service rep would call me. I recently bought my 2013 Cadillac Escalade Platinum Edition. Great Vehicle. Great financing. Communication how ever was really bad. When I bought the vehicle I was told to come back in 3 weeks to receive the services I had been promised and asked for, appt was made for more than 3 weeks. I get there they do part of what they had said but never even ordered the things for my vehicle that I was promised. So I had to go back, which is why we pushed it out more than 3 weeks. New head light, Floor mats and a remote. I was told by 3 people that they would be replaced yet here I am. Got my headlight that was it. I was promised a new headlight, instead I got a used 1 with scratches in it.

These guys were great during the sale. But, getting any help from them afterward is impossible. I Bought a vehicle in April. It's June now and I still don't have license plates. I've called them numerous times and gotten no response or they tell they will send some temporary plates and never do. I'm driving on expired plates now and all they say is I might get my plates in another week. Don't expect anything from these guys after the sale.

Had my Center Stack in my 2015 SRX repaired. The staff was friendly and professional. I got a very nice loaner to use overnight. The Service Attendant was pleasant and followed through with what he told me..such as he called by 8:30am the next day....However, the prices they charge seem very much higher than the norm.

I purchased my vehicle this summer from Morrie’s 394 Hyundai across the street and got my oil changed at the Cadillac location across the highway. Both experiences were top notch and I have no complaints. This was the first time I’d taken a car in for servicing and didn’t have the service staff come in and tell me my car was falling apart. Friendly staff, great facilities and timely, quality service. 10/10 will come again.

We had a great experience at Morrie's Cadillac! We did our research online looking everywhere for the exact Chevy Equinox we wanted. The first one we wanted sold so we were a bit discourage. Finally we found an even nicer one at Morrie's and decided to check it out. Within a couple of minutes Kerper was there to greet us. He was incredibly friendly and informative. He got us into the car right away and explained all of our options. We already had a loan approved through the credit union but we wanted to see if Morrie's could get us a better rate. And THEY DID! Sarah from the financing department was wonderful as well! We were able to go back in the next day (due to us being there late the night before the banks were not open) and drive away with our Equinox! Sarah was very thorough when explaining the financing options as well. We will be doing business with Morrie's in the future!

We had a great experience at Morrie's (again), and Amber was so great to work with. We came in looking for one vehicle, found out it was sold and she patiently helped us look into other cars and drove around to several other Morrie's dealerships with us. We spent most of the day with her and had a great time. It was actually a fun day and we left with a great new (to us) minivan. We never felt pressured to purchase and we'll definitely go back.

Chris helped us with our appointment when the person we were supposed to work with wasn't available. He was really helpful and welcoming. He showed us the specs of the car we were looking at and didn't try to sell us the other cars. He was resourceful and when he didn't know he returned with answers to questions later. Overall, the experience was good. I would definitely recommend working with Chris at Morris's.

Everyone at Morrie's Cadillac was extremely helpful and focused on my having a great experience with their firm, and, equally as important, with the Cadillac brand itself. I left very satisfied with my purchase of an xt5 last night and, based on that experience, would certainly do business with them again. Chris was awesome! He was very helpful and was able to accommodate us although we arrived 1 hour before our appointment. Morrie's Cadillac has been the best dealership to work with and has a great service department. Not only did they provide feedback the whole time my car was in the shop, but they also provided a loaner car that was well beyond what was expected. Customer service here is one of the best I've had to deal with!! We had a great experience at this dealership, which we'd never been to before. We contacted Justin Riddell over the phone to talk about two specific used vehicles, then met him there for the test drives. He was very professional and friendly, a great guy to work with. The sales process was very smooth and within 2.5 hours we drove off with a great 2 yr old vehicle. I would recommend Justin to anyone, and was impressed with the Morrie's experience.

I recently bought a used vehicle at Morrie's Cadillac. I am ecstatic to have bought a car that is reliable and covered under the Buy Happy program! I would have to say the best thing about my experience at Morrie's was the customer service. Anytime I have a quick question or service need, the people at Morrie's are there to talk to and easy to get in touch with. The finance director Sara Blatz was extremely helpful in getting the best finance options when I was buying the car as well as identifying the right warranty plan for my vehicle. If you are buying a vehicle, I would strongly suggest stopping in at this dealership!

Had a terrific buying experience at Morrie's Golden Valley Cadillac this week. It all started when I was out of town in Arkansas. I noticed that they were bringing in a Used Vehicle that I was interested in. I called Nathan H. to let him know I would come in as soon as I returned, which I did the following Monday. Another Sales person, Jim M., helped me after I arrived at Morrie's after I had made my way from Wisconsin to Morrie's. The following Thursday, I finalized the paperwork and drove home with my new(used) vehicle. The customer experience that was afforded me by the team at Morrie's was exceptional. The price on my car was great and Morrie's is very knowledgeable and wants to help you get into a car that will work for you. Everything was easy and painless. Jabbar was great and ready and willing to help. I felt bad making them stay until after close when I found a car I wanted, but they did it without complaints!

Buying a new car is a big deal for me. It's a huge decision that I want to feel comfortable and confident about. At Morrie's Cadillac I found the customer service I've been looking for. I worked directly with Louise Garner and she made sure I was completely satisfied before driving off. She took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Louise really listened to what I was looking for in a new car and how much I wanted to spend. She never pressured me into buying something out of my price range. In the end she gave me the best interest rate I've ever had on a car loan and I got the number of her stylist because I seriously love her hair style :) I couldn't be happier with my experience at Morrie's Cadillac in Golden Valley. I worked with Ed Lehman in the Service dept and he was great! He went above and beyond by figuring out that the Buy Happy program I had purchased covered my tire issue and I didn’t even realize it. Had a wonderful and easy experience at Morrie's this past week, especially with Nyima Norgyal. Nyima went above and beyond to make my experience easy. Really enjoyed his non pushy style and his hustle. The SUV we were looking at just hit the lot and there were no pictures online...so Nyima found the vehicle and sent me 2 videos of the exterior and interior. Excellent experience here, very understanding and not pushy. Eric Mulvahill was our salesperson that was helping us and he was honest, friendly, and respectful as well as patient, and that is rare in the car business. There was a minor issue with detailing on a car we were looking at and Eric felt bad, so he got the sales manager Justin and he apologized for the issue. Very impressed with the service, the pricing, and the people. True 5☆ experience!

To start, the car itself has been great to me (after immediate repairs) but my overall experience at Morrie's Cadillac was and has been awful. Bought the car, drove home and parked it in the garage overnight. Went to turn on the car the next morning, engine tried turning over, didn't start. Turns out the battery cables were corroded and acid was dripping all over the place; the terminals themselves were covered. It was astounding to me how this passed the (how-ever-many) point inspection before the sale. I fully understand that I purchased a pre-owned Ford Fusion from Morrie's Cadillac, but the amount of grief that I went through servicing my car within the first 24 hours was enough to return the car outright. That unpleasant experience aside I was met with nothing but hostility and accusations of user error upon bring my car in for repair of the battery cables and terminals. I was made to look like a fool in the very place I had purchased a car not 24 hours prior. I had even purchased the 'Buy Happy Promise' along with a full bumper-to-bumper warranty. My fiancé was looking to purchase a car at the time and couldn't help but turn elsewhere just based off the service department & customer service. Unless you are thinking of purchasing a car directly off the showroom floor I cannot recommend highly enough to take your business elsewhere. I held off writing this review as long as possible and believe it or not have left out numerous frustrating trips, but calling into the service department just now was the icing on the cake. Whilst picking an available time for an oil change I was, for all intents and purposes, disconnected from the call. Armed with my full name, make, model, year of my car and presumably caller ID, I heard nothing back from the department. Get some secret shoppers, evaluate your employees. The only solace I can take away from my 'experience' at Morrie's Cadillac is free car washes for life and the sales associate Christina K, she was the exact opposite of the rest of the Morrie's Cadillac team. Helpful.
