    This is the response o sent to my service rep whom I really like. He is great! My Mini is great and safely staying in her heated garage on this snowy day. She doesn't like to go out in this weather with the crazy drivers. She thinks she is the only one that knows how to drive...oh, yes, her brothers and sisters are included in knowing how to drive. She also doesn't like get dirty. ❤️🥰

    Scheduled a service appointment and got my car fixed up. Mario was great! Awesome communication and helpful. Also, he dropped my car off to my house as we were unable to collect it due to the entire house coming down with Covid! Above and beyond! Super grateful, thank you so so much! :)

    The service adviser made every attempt to get my car worked in as quickly as possible. But the web scheduling leaves much to be desired. I scheduled an appointment at 8:45am and I assumed that meant they would work on my car at that time but no they will work it in through the day as time permits. I checked out of a hotel early to rush down there so I could still pick up my dog by 11am. Why schedule an exact time in 15 minute increments it I’m leaving it all day? He said you have to call in and speak to an advisor if you are planning to wait with you vehicle. Why not put that on the web page. Huge inconvenience.

    My car was in because of a drivetrain malfunction. I needed the car back for aa appointment, and they went the second mile to get the car ready in time. And since the shuttle driver was not available to pick me up, the service manager came by for me. I made the appointment with a couple minutes to spare.

    I had a great experience with the maintenance team at Motorwerks. Everything was streamlined to help me know exactly what my Mini needed. I loved the diagnostic video the tech supplied to me - to show me exactly what was wrong first-hand. Andy the shuttle driver was amazing, and Jacob delivered a great experience from start to finish.     I use snow tires on my Mini during the winter and I needed to have my summer driving tires put on. I was able to have my tires switched out and was also given an update on the operating system. I love my car and it was serviced quickly and efficiently. Now it is ready for warmer weather cruising!

    Motorwerks is always good at communication and completed my rear brake job long before the time it was promised. I have used them for all maintenance on my MINI for 6 years and will continue to do so!

    Once I got my service appointment scheduled, everything was wonderful, and the shuttle driver was extremely gracious. Getting the appointment scheduled, however, was a nightmare. It took 5 phone calls, starting with contacting the dealer to find out if they had the tire I needed because I had a large, visible hole in my run flat tire. They had four! and transferred me over to schedule the appointment. I was told the next available appointment was in 7 days, and I should not drive my car. That wasn't a viable option, so I asked if I could just drive over and wait. There were no appointments available for that either, so I asked about getting the tire and having someone else install it. No dice. I said I would try other tire dealers, thank you very much. Five or six phone calls later, it was clear that the only place in the Twin Cities area with the right tire was Motorwerks, so I called back. I explained that waiting a week wasn't going to work, and this time I was told there was "valet service" available, and the dealer would come to pick me and the car up, take us to the dealership, and install the new tire. Great! When is the next appointment? In 7 days. I asked for the dealership to work with me, and the person I was speaking with said she would check with her supervisor and get back to me. When she called back, she told me I had "road side assistance", and Motorwerks would come tow the car in, install the tire, and return it when the work was complete. Wonderful! When could they get the car? They could pick it up that very day, and return in in "a few days". I would have to walk home from work (5 miles), and then manage without a car for several days. Not so wonderful. The scheduler said she would speak to her supervisor again, and get back to me. When she called back, I was told there were no options, because there were no loaners available, and they had even checked with the sales department. I asked to speak to the supervisor, and was told the supervisor would call me back. At 4p (this all started at about 10a), having not received a callback, I called again, and spoke to a different scheduler who said they had all been talking about my problem, and they had an drop-off appointment the next day at 11a,and a shuttle would take me to work, and then pick me up when the car was ready! Perfect! I said I didn't need the shuttle, because I could bring my computer and do my work in the waiting area. Well, no, I was told, my appointment was "drop off" not "waiting". I really didn't mind waiting, but no, that was not the appointment that was available. Oh well. As I said at the beginning, once I got there, everything went very smoothly, the shuttle driver was delightful, and the service personnel were all very accommodating.

    MINIs aren’t cheap to service but I feel like I got good value for my money here with service techs I can trust to know my car. They were great at providing an ETA and letting me know when it was running a little long.

    They make sure you know exactly what they are fixing. They took an inspection video to show me the nail that was causing the slow leak. They are super friendly and helpful.
