Casey was very patient and very helpful! I felt like he went beyond his call of duty! He helped me to not only get a vehicle that I wanted and needed but he also got me insurance for a reasonable price. I can’t thank him enough! By far the worse mistake I did was buy a car from this place ! Since July it’s been problem after problem , a 2013 over 19000 I still owe on this car the warranty is full of it ! I really wish there was a way to get in contact with corporate! Moe is also no help at all ! I will be surrendering this piece of junk they sold me ! Not to mention the car is in anti thief mode and when it turns off won’t turn back on ! Also the problem that was fixed is now messed up again ! And also not to mention a oil leak that they want to charge 599 to fix at a shop he told me to take the car too ! Piece of junk ! Money after money and still got a junk car ! I’m 8 months pregnant and been stranded with my 3 kids more then I can count on my hand

Worst place to buy a car! I bought a used car that cost $26,000 I was asked to put a down payment of $7000 because it was one of their "SELECT" cars. The car comes with a 30 day warranty and I purchased an extended 1 year warranty. After having the car 10 days it is broken and needs repairs to the front end under carriage. The car is now laid up for 2 days so far cause we are waiting on "approval" from the warranty company. In the meantime I cannot get to work I have a Vacation scheduled for this coming weekend and I don't have a car even after spending all this money. When you call all they do is hang up or send you to voicemail. This place is a JOKE!!!!! If I could give it 0 starts I would!

Worst company EVER!!!!!! I purchased a car on 3/5/2022. upon leaving the dealership the check engine light went on and the car would accel passed 40 MPH. I drove back to the dealership but they had already closed for the night and the next day was Sunday. I called them on Monday and was told that I could exchange it. however I was told that the car I purchased was the only car that they would finance me for. They wouldn't even give me a dealer plate to test drive and told me to drive around the parking lot. no check engine light and seemed ok ( keep in mind I cant drive 40MPG IN A PARKING LOT. which is exactly what they wanted apparently. needless to say as of today 3/22/22 my car is still in the shop because it took there so called warranty 3 days to approve the repair. then because I refused to pay the $400 that was due the 19th ( part of the $800 deferred payment) after already putting down $1,500 THEY REMOTELY SHUT THE CAR OFF..... so the dealership couldn't get it started to fix it. I ended up paying the $400 to turn the car back on so the lemon could get fixed ( hopefully). I am also paying over $30,000 for a nor even $9,000 car. my husband had left me and took the car so I was in a bind and went here. I would have rather rode a bicycle than work with this company. their nothing but thieves that sell lemon cars and take advantage of people and their not so great credit. Whatever you do... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!

literally have them saved in my phone as: US AutoCrooks. the staff in-office is nice and super helpful & they worked with me. but the company altogether!? bruh... s*** show, let me tell it. three different employees from the headquarters will tell you three different amounts due on three different dates. i stg i'm so sick of these folks, idk what to do with myself. i wanted to havr a paid-off car, and will... just not with these buffones.

I got a 2014 Nissan Rogue from U.S. Autos in Tampa Florida. Rudy was the sales man who helped me get it now thank you very much for that. He is an outstanding person and great salesman very helpful and professional if it come down to buy another car again I will go to him. And then there's Miss Jackie. She is a very polite young lady very professional and very knowledgeable about how to speak to people and help them to understand things I do not understand. With the paperwork she explained it to me in such a simple way that every question I asked she answered it to where I can understand it and that is not an easy thing to do ask my friends. Because of the both of them I have a vehicle that I enjoy I feel like a respectful kid again when I'm in the vehicle thank you both very much.

Very happy with my purchase , I was approved for a 2016 Elatra GT and they help do their best with people who have challenged credit and my salesman who goes by TonyTheTiger was absolutely great throughout the entire experience. He was honest, very nice and explained all my questions thoroughly. He was also great in helping to keep my niece (2)and nephew(4) calm while my sister and I waited to complete paperwork . Even now , after sighing and taking the car home , TonyTheTiger has amazing communication skills with his customers if I had any questions or inquiries on the vehicle they purchased. The car selection he showed me was far more superior then any other dealerships I visited and they all have 2 years warranty. I highly recommend this place for anyone .

Little bit of mixed feelings with dealership, Initially working with Rudy was a very pleasant experience. They actually sent an Uber to pick me up which I thought was amazing. After getting to the dealership, Rudy meet me shortly after I arrived an got me into a 2012 Nissan Rogue, very nice ride , I asked about a 2016 chevy trac, that was listed on website. He said it wasn’t there, so I went with the Rogue and went home, I was told I could exchange up to 5 days or 300 miles , reached out to Rudy on Friday and let him know after doing some research on the vehicle, I would be bringing the Rogue back and I really wanted to drive the Chevy trac. I was told they could not do anything on Saturday that I would have to come in on Tuesday because Monday was a holiday. I again told Rudy i wanted out of the Rogue and he said not a problem. I arrived after 5 on Tuesday and Told Rudy I would leave work early on Wednesday and would see him then. Upon arrival at dealership, they let me drive the Chevy trac and i absolutely loved the car, told him I would take it but that the radio was not working and that it would be a problem. He then showed me a 2012 VW and I told him if I could not get the Chevy, I would take the VW, after about thirty minutes latter , Rudy came back and told me I would need to pay an additional 54 to switch cars, normally that would not be a problem, but i had no additional funds until i got paid a few days later. So I sat in the manager’s office and I again indicated that i wanted the Chevy and he told me that he could not sale it because of the radio. I let him know that I didn’t care and wanted the car. He then told me that they would send the car out and see if they could get the radio unlocked. Not a problem, said he would let me know when he had an answer. So needless to say , no one is calling me back. I just wish I would have just taken the trac and went home. I was returning the Rogue because of the CRT transmission, but no seems to care,

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I haven't had this small suv 60 daysand its been at Pep boys for almost 2 weeks with a bad and very filthy transmission there is no way a 21 point inspection was done, the warranty company is a joke. If you dont call tgem no one wipl call you.I went to speak with the manager to try to get resolution and was basically told he can't or won't help me all I want someone to do is say a bad transmission + less than 60 days of ownership should immediately qualify me for a loaner , rental or replacement. They lied about the down payment . They get your money then treat you like trash!!! You don't need a car from here you will do better walking!! As I type this I'm still without a vehicle smh.

Bait and switch tactics are used here! The customer support line will harass you and demean you if you can’t purchase a car because of their lies. Don’t bother asking for a manager, they support and encourage this behavior. See legal counsel before dealing with these people, they will do anything to get you in, even if that means decking the sale and laughing as you’re stranded at the location. Would rate negative stars if I could and am absolutely taking additional steps. For the leaders, bait and switch tactics are illegal and unethical. Do please retrain yourselves on what that’s means. Edit- the district manager called and more or less refuses to do anything about this issue. My next step will be unpleasant if this isn’t dealt with. To be clear mr T J, I want lawful compliance and the woman who got nasty with me retrained. You attempt to correct this is rejected and prompting my next step Edit 2- the owners and so called management were too busy defending this insanity to actually hear me out,. The customer advocate who called instead of TJ. Was not willing to do anything but defend their unlawful harassment. I am not joking guys, seek a lawyer before ever setting foot here. They’d rather call when you’re not available too, I got lucky and was on break. The owners state this is not intended, but if it wasn’t, why is it encouraged and promoted? The owners garbage response is rejected as well and I will be contacting the BBB and the backing government. Wrong person guys
