Nice pawn shop with some really cool pieces. They have a decent collection better then other pawn shops in Tampa area. Will definitely be giving them my business again! 10/10 recommend if you are looking for jewelry or some fun pieces to decorate your place. Joe was nice and very helpful :)

I love to shop at Capital pawn,for so many reasons. The people there are friendly, knowledgeable, and easy-going and smooth enough, not to be upset by any questions, or comments, or observations, criticisms about what you are looking at. Joe, the owner if you are unsure about price, quality ,place of origin Is just the man to talk too. He's also full of stories and adventures, information about Pieces from all over . The prices are reasonable, but if you can't afford it today, they have a lay a way service. For your convince. BUT be warned it's HABIT FORMING! DONNA KENT

Friendly and clean environment. Great prices and low loan rates. The customer service here is PHENOMENAL! They really work with you. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions I had. He also offered me the best price and quote on some things I didn't have at the moment but was just curious about. He seemed very interested in meeting all of my customer service needs and did so patiently and was very informative on every single question I had. He also educated me in how loans/pawns work and about the selling/buying process. This helped me make a trusting decision easily and I now feel as though this is a highly trustworthy establishment and would recommend 100% I will be returning!

I got my AK47 shipped here and was absolutely shocked how nice the shop is. Joe and the other gentleman there were kind, professional and very friendly. I don’t generally take preference for my FFL pickup places but I will definitely be picking all my firearms up from Joe at Capital Pawn.

Owner was a fun guy to shoot the bull with about firearms for the few minutes it took for me to make my decision. They get stuff in stock that's hard for others to. Expect to pay a little more than those manufacturer MSRP's you see online(Something I wish more people would understand) but that's the nature of the small business profit model. Well worth it to support a local establishment. Definitely will be doing business with them again.

Just changing my review from when you forced me to give you 5 stars as part of my work for the day. Thought other people should know that you paid less than minimum wage (just for me not for the men) and made weird comments about my gender throughout my time working for you (such as telling me to wear more dresses and telling me I should flat iron my curls before work). Not only that but you tried to blacklist me from other jobs and refused to let people use the bathroom because I worked for them. I have contemplated contacting the BBB but decided against it.

If you have anything to pawn where to sell go to them they get top dollar

So far my girlfriend has been sold .22 LR ammunition for 1.00 per round and now for the latest... a 7.00 holster for 40 bucs. All Im saying is know the value of what you are buying. If not they will see you coming a mile a way and you will get taken advantage of...

Best pawn shop in the area by far! they were extremely helpful and understanding and gave me more service than needed to help me out! Great stuff in there too for a good price come check them out. I believe the Hispanic male there is Anthony(correct me if I’m wrong) helped me a lot and even stayed a few minutes later than they were supposed to, just to assist me.

Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable when I came through the doors for the first time looking for a photo pendant for my wife and other gold jewelry which they have displayed in their cases. I really was impressed with the rings that he showed me which were very good quality and showed me the appraisals for them. Well I ended getting a ruby diamond ring for myself which they would resize for free, a brass/ copper heart locket which had my wife's birthstone an amethyst rather than a gold photo pendant, and got a gold/blue Invicta which resembles the Rolex Submariner. I saw a nice Citizen too which they had but I realized I had too much on my plate. Overall, outstanding service and will do business again. Thank you very much.

Ron & Anthony really hooked me up and got me an amazing pinky ring for a steal. Paid the costs to get it resized. Great service and great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Bought a firearm through GunBroker.com. They sent a defective firearm which has something broken inside, called to speak with the owner Joseph who pretty much told me to pound sand. I highly recommended to stay away from this pawn shop. As you can see from other reviews they don't give an F about their customers. Mr. Joseph remember one thing that you haven't learned in 44 years of your experience without customers you have no business. Taking care of your customers should be your top priority which you have failed to do plenty of times which I can tell from reading your reviews.

I came here searching for a gift for my friend wound up speaking with the owner great person very informative great stuff very accommodating a wide variety of gift ideas and great deals.
