Absolutely unprofessional. I called to ask a question. And the lady was rude to me then just hands the phone off to someone else. I was like wow. How rude. The guy was extremely rude after that. They also loose things. I put a bass on layaway that they told me came with a gig bag After I finished paying it off they couldn't find the gig bag. Also tried buying an electric skateboard but they lost the controller.

absolutely terrible customer service. very rude to me as i was trying to sell an item, describing the item to me like it was junk. 100 dollar shirt, worn once, trying to get 60 for it, and they lowballed me and told me they would take it for 15. worst customer service i have ever experienced, and the way they handled the rush was terrible. i was not the only person treated horribly here, as other people were getting rude remarks said about them from employees. this place will never have my service again.
