This is the greatest place ever if you own your car and need money fast. Don't fear the person sitting on the other side of the desk here. Hector is so easy to work with and explains everything in full and makes sure you understand everything in and out. The paperwork is done on a large screen computer no endless sheets of paper to go through to make you insane. Definitely go see hector and get some cash on that car you own and give it a little TLC.

The process from start to finish was about 45 minutes, no judgment, full transparency from staff who educate you along the way. I recently filled out a loan and was a little frustrated with my overall experience. Vanessa was the person working with me on my loan and she was not very attentive as I had to repeat myself to her multiple times. After a while I realized it was because she was using her cellphone during the whole process and not paying me the attention I felt warranted. When she would ask me a question or I would ask her one, I had to repeat myself multiple times because she was so busy in her phone. At one point she asked me to hold on a moment to obviously respond to whatever text she was writing and would laugh about whatever it was going on in her texts. The other girls working were pleasant. I even made sure to get their names (Jessica and Carmen) because I did not want my one unpleasant review impacting everyone there and is why I am still giving 5 stars. One bad employee should not impact everyone. I could tell Jessica and Carmen were good employees and regret no getting them from the start to assist with my loan. It seemed that Vanessa only cared about hiding her cellphone activities from her fellow employees and not me, the customer in front of her. I do feel had she been more attentive and not on her phone the entire process of me getting my loan would not have taken as long, allowing me to get back to my job more timely and for other customers to also not wait as long in line. Also, I worry she may have made errors in my information from not paying the attention needed.

If I could give 10stars I would without a doubt. My mom was helped today by Carmen who has amazingggg customer service. Everyone is Friendly and clean environment. Definitely if you are in need of a quick and easy loan I recommend this place.
