Excellent service. I went to sell a broken-beyond-repair gold necklace and I got an estimate over the phone of 20-25 dollars/gram, one of the highest in the area. When I told him I got a good estimate elsewhere too, I was given the top of his previous estimate, 25 dollars a gram. Excellent customer service and very polite. Accurately tested the gold and answered my questions to satisfy my idle curiosity while I waited. Very nice, and I can highly recommend, even over jewelry stores that specialize in buying/selling gold.

Really greasy owner, literally. Shop reeks of smoke. Tried to give me 250.00 for a 1500.00 wedding set. Said that stores sale jewelry at a 200% mark up. He assumed I got my rings from the mall when I actually purchased them from Sam's club. So by his logic whenever you buy jewelry you are overcharged and whenever you sale it you get robbed. Wow I have insurance and certificates of authentication and over paid on rings. Or did he just discriminate against me?

I have been going to this shop for decades, pawn shops come and go all the time, and you don’t stay in business for over 40 years if you don’t treat your customers right . I have sold and bought throughout the years diamonds, jewels,tools, guns and electronics from Kevin.
