The facility was very clean, well lite, and organized. The prices on the items was reasonable. It seemed like I was walking into a department store instead of an pawn shop. That exceeded my expectations. All three of the representatives greeted me. The representative John was over the top with patience and knowledge about all the many questions I asked about their process and the items I had. I felt very relaxed and confident I would get the fair value of any items I brought. Things they didn't accept he took time to look up and directed me to one of the other locations that did. Very Impressionable experience going into Value pawn on 2111 E. Fletcher Ave.

Just left here the staff was so professional with dealing with some of the unprofessional customers that come into this shop. Jasmin and Jonathan were super helpful in helping me decide what gift to get my husband for Father’s Day ! Jess was also very friendly . Overall this staff was very quick friendly and efficient I’ll definitely be coming back pawn shops get a bad rep but these guys were so professional!

Went here to find an auto/marine battery charger & got one at a very good price, Jasmin was very helpful & went out of her way to get an extension cord & let me pull up my car to the front of the store to test it out before I purchased. Store was also very clean & organized.

I recently needed a loan and went into VP on Fletcher. The customer service here was amazing! The associates were very friendly & helpful. If you need a loan I highly recommend VP. Thank you for providing excellent customer service!

This is the best TEAM EVER!!! EVERYONE OF THESE TEAM MEMBERS ARE THE BOMB!!! Stephanie, sets the standard the pace and the atmosphere I love wat I've seen since she's been aboard!!! Best pawn shop around. I've been purchasing everything from jewelry to home theater equipment, to art, for years with Rick. Just purchased a marantz SR7008 Home theater 11.2 receiver and it's just unbelievable, and thank you Rick forgiving me the deal of a lifetime, and it made my month. And thank you Melissa also, for carrying that huge piece of equipment out to my vehicle. I also purchased a Thomas kinkade 50th anniversary Disneyland there a few years ago, that's gone up in value considerably. So you can make some good investments there also, not just purchase products.

There service is ok until the big dog steps in which is the manager. The manager will high way rob you when trying to pawn things. I have been going here for some years and now all of a sudden the merchandise that I have been pawning for some months isn't worth more than $15 when I was getting $30 for it. They will cheat you out of your money especially when the manager is there.

The manager, Rick, is ATROCIOUS in the way he speaks to his employees. This is my 6th visit to the site and each time he is there he's belittling or speaking condescendingly to 1 or more of them. It's almost as if he's looking for an excuse to make an example of someone. What's more is that he always does it openly in front of customers. Avoid this store like the plague so at least the employees can be humiliated in private. Disgusting behavior that will cause me to never shop this store again and I will deter as many people from it as long as he is there.

Ms Jasmin, at this value location, is an excellent representation of the franchisee code of ethics and conduct. Ms Jasmin, demonstrate- respect, knowledge, courtesy, helpfulness and the willingness to help and assist her customers with their request and needs. I had the fortune opportunity to witness her tactfulness is defusing an irate customer that was displacing his anger towards Ms Jasmin's colleague. Her approach to this irate customer, was with respect and willingness to listen to the customer's request and opinion. My husband and I had an amazing experience here! Tam was very helpful in every way possible to make our purchase fast, easy, and seamless! The location was well organized and products in good condition. We will most definitely be coming here either to sell or purchase! I ,too, have spent thousands in multiple Value Pawn stores and have never had a bad experience. I know the manager Stephanie at this location & nasty, mean or unprofessional definitely DOES NOT describe her at all. .I knew her from years ago and I was beyond pleased when I walked in and saw her back. She’s always upbeat, funny and her and her team will go over and beyond to try to help customers. I would gladly shop with them anytime. Before you let someone’s negative review, because they are bitter, detour from this location stop in and check them out. You definitely won’t be disappointed . I never am

I have been coming to this value pawn on fletcher for over 8 years and they always provide great deals and customer service. Jr that is normally on the Busch store help me out today and got me approved for the new service called flex wallet. These guys deserve raises for their great customer service

The manager Stephanie is so rude and disrespectful was upset cause i purchase a item and wanted to return it the next day. She told me to return it at any location but hers because it was going to mess up her numbers and stated that ring was outdated and she wouldnt be able to resale it which was not my problem. What does her numbers have to do with return policy. Then she walked off and left me standing at the counter for about 5 mins and im steady asking the other employees what are we doing they stated they didnt know so finally one of the employees went to ask her what was she going to do and she told them she not returning it and i should go to another location. I spend so much money with this company and i felt so disrespectful. Stephanie also mention that i should go to Chris district to return and don’t return in Maria district. Im not a employee so how do i know who district is who. AGAIN it was very rude unprofessional and disrespectful!!!!!!!! She really needs more management training because even if she felt like that its really not something to say to a customer especially one that spends thousands of dollars with this company!!!
