Gross! So first and not even the best part. This place is so disorganized. Secondly the ORDEAL went like this.... Asks me immediately how I was going to pay. Then was overly excited when I said cash. Acted as if with those words I'd already bought it. Wanted to do paperwork before the test drive. I ask him about the outside of the car and some visible damages. He says the cars made that way.... no the person had a decal these and it destroyed the fiber glass underneath it. I don't know cars but I know this as fact. He opens the car door insists i take a seat. All I can smell is B.O. this ain't him. This is the lingering sink in this car. It's not just junk it's stinky cheese junk! I now have to take it for a test drive. Their other salesmen will be back shortly and he just so happened to park behind me! AHH! Best part was the test drive. Car salesman hit on me while telling me about his WHOLE life story. best part was his wife! Not X, not separated WIFE. Best part in married and butch.... who would even!!! I couldn't get out of their any faster. IT WASN'T JUST THE CAR AT THIS PLACE THAT WAS GROSS!!!

Never left a review on google before now, but am going through the effort to leave this “dealer” a 1 star. Just read the reviews before visiting, they are anything from a respectable car dealership and even fake reviews on here to boost their rating. Highly recommend them if you like overpaying for a broken car!

SEE UPDATE BELOW bought a great "looking" car on a Friday. Check Engine light came on Monday. Took to a mechanic on Wed. Head Gasket issue. Car ran hot/overheated on Friday. Possible 2200 cost. They (somebody) cleared the engine light b4 purchased, gaskets don't blow in 2 days. it was already damaged and it was hidden by using Blue Devil according to the mechanic. haven't had it long enough to make 1st month payment. Even if taken to mechanic b4 purchase would not have noticed. there were no indicators. but the dealer knows or they should. Be careful when dealing with these people. UPDATE made the call to the dealer. scott, whom I've never met when I purchased the vehicle. he was very calm and helpful. this was an agonizing event, financially and, mentally draining. he directed me to their mechanic. it took close to a month to repair and diagnose the issues, they were addressed. however, during that month we negotiated financial assistance. I must admit it was intense at times, and frustrating. being without a car for that long period of time and using share rides and car rentals. essentially coming out of pocket. but the effort was admirable. I appreciate the response and the positive outcome. I still recommend that Scott purchase vehicles that should be thoroughly inspected. major engine issues should never be brought upon to a customer. minor repairs are understandable. but when issues can virtually create a situation where the vehicle is not drivable that should be the concern of any dealer. a good practice could be to state in place on your cars that it has been inspected with certain key mechanical elements. that creates value and trust..

If you look at the first picture this is what my new vehicle looks like about 90% of the time ever since we purchased it from Carisma Auto Group! I am a technician by trade and I am getting tired of have to work on the truck every time we want to go somewhere. The second and third picture are of an exhaust leak we did not know we had until we decided to take a long trip with the grand baby and the dogs and every one started getting headaches. We came home and the next day had the truck looked at and found the exhaust fumes were coming into the cab. You would think a dealership would have caught that big leak. When we first purchased the truck, we had to return to Tampa so they could work on it as we broke down when we left their lot. Their mechanic fixed the fuel injectors. To get to the high pressure oil pump they had to remove the turbo, apparently they did not realign the exhaust. There was soot all under the hood of the truck. This is just one of the many problems this truck has given us. I also had to replace the a/c, a fuel line, the horn, and all the missing lights. I am not very happy with them and I would recommend you not get a vehicle from them. This would cost the normal person a lot of money unless you have the training and skills I possess. When we called Carisma, their tag person lied and said I told her it was okay to send my sticker and registration to my old address 3 hours away. At that time, Mike informed my wife that he saw my wife’s review and repeatedly asked her to take it down. My wife said that she told the truth in her review and would not take it down, Mike hung up on her.

I’ve been waiting on a tag, and title for over 3 months. The Girl Cindy is ver unprofessional. I am always calling to see when I would expect my tag and title. There excuse is that they have over 50 people they have to deal with. I should not have to call them and ask for what I already paid for. I finally had to file a complaint with the State to get my tag and title.

Darn what a car! To find an EOS with less that 35k and in stellar shape? My Benz mechanic checked it out & whistled! Keep buying them w/ low mileage & selling them locally. 4 stars as price was way above book value. #EOS fans

Sam was to meet me at 4pm. I arrived and the girl working said he would not be back for 45 minutes. I called and asked where he was we had an appointment. Said he’d be there in 15 minutes. He was not. The girl even came out and said was he back in 15 minutes? I said no. She said was I right? I said yes. I test drove the Land Rover. While it was a nice vehicle it had been sitting. The oil had not been changed, the weather strip around the windshield was rotten as well as all the tires and they were low on pressure. His sales man let me test drive it that way instead of putting air in them first. There is a huge chunk missing in the front passenger tire. Nothing was ready, detailed or in order. The sales man was unaware of the size engine or how many miles to the gallon it received. I had to inform him as I had the autocheck from a friend that works at another dealership look up for. I came prepared. I made a cash offer I thought was more than fair considering I would have to put more money into the vehicle to get it corrected. He declined on all fronts. I wouldn’t recommend this car dealership to anyone.

I had a unfortunate visit to Tampa to purchase a car. I then lucked upon this place. I was greeted promptly by a genuinely helpful guy. He was honest about what he had on the lot and what was available all around. Although I did not purchase a vehicle from him, only because I was shopping for my grandson who left for Basic Training in the USAF and his uncle had an accident in his car and he is looking for a specific car. If I was shopping for myself he would be my first stop.

My son and I were looking for a vehicle we were pleased first of all that this dealer offered the free Carfax on the website which helped us greatly with our initial research. Upon arriving at the dealership we found a no pressure sales representative that allowed us to look freely at the car and answer questions as we needed them. Cindy took care of all paperwork registration etc., we found her very pleasant efficient and helpful. Overall this was a very good car buying experience.

Cindy Handle all the paperwork She was fast friendly and courteous And Scott the owner while he was there was extremely helpful but I caught him when he was heading on a vacation i truly needed him but I still got a vehicle from him. Update : I had a follow up on business with my tag and title charisma auto followed through expediently and had the option NOT to assist me in my favor to my appreciation and expectancy they did just the opposite they acted and made the decision in my favor above and beyond thank you Cindy and to your Mgr

Scott was great over the phone but when I showed up in person he was not there and "his Brother" had no interest in selling me 2 cars! he told me the lowest price car was 10 thousand yet on their web page he had cars listed as low as 3700. I brought cash with me to purchase vehicle's out right and walked away with nothing not even a test drive. THEY DONT WANT TO SELL CARS!!

I drove 5.5 hours from Panama City, to purchase a specific car that Carisma had, they did not disapoint! The car was exactly as I expected, everyone gave Amazing service, they were ready when I arrived for my vehicle, amazing staff, I can not express how wonderful we were treated. They are helpful and respectful, and the cars are not like other used car places, these cars are in amazing shape, very clean and I could not be happier with my purchase! Thank you all who work at Carisma! I will absolutely be back when I am ready to purchase again!

These guys are total crooks. We drove 4 hours to look at a truck they had. It drove funny so we took it to get looked at. There some major repairs that needed to be done. We took the estimate to them and they would not budge on the price. They were convinced they could sell it to someone who doesn't know any better....

Avoid this dealer at all costs. I was looking at buying a 2008 BMW 750i from carisma auto group. I live out of state so I got a local mechanic, European Autohaus, to inspect the car before I purchased it. Inspection results: The engine smokes, needs new valve stem seals, $4100 repair. Transmission has a solenoid issue. The car was in an unreported accident, front bumper wasnt re-attached correctly. The entire car needs new paint. Car has a long list of electrical issues and missing components. The tires are bald and the front suspension thrust arms need replaced. The front wheels rub the wheel wells when turning sharply and the car vibrates when driving over 50 mph. The car wouldn't pass inspection or even be road worthy at the time of purchase. When I texted the owner about these issues he said. "If you take any vehicle to mechanic they will find problems I suggest you to buy a brand new car brother." Zero stars if possible. I have purchased many used vehicles from other dealers and I have never been lied to like this.

I would give zero stars if I could. These are the typical shady car salesman. My husband purchased a Range Rover from here and 2 weeks later the car won’t start. The dvd player and TVs don’t work (not important)…but Water leaks into the car from the sunroof, which caused an electrical issue and now the radio won’t work. We took it to the Range Rover dealership and turns out the water leak was the start of all the problems and could’ve been fixed for $35!!! Carisma didn’t even care enough to fix that before selling the car. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to purchase from here. We have $3k in repairs that could’ve been avoided if they had some integrity and fixed the $35 problem when they got the car from the auction

My 22yr old 2018 ANW Miami finalists son needed for college and work purposes had to replace an aging 2003 CRV. In exploring the numerous used car lots in home town St. Petersburg and surrounding area's for a newer Prefer choice Nissan Crew cab Frontier for there versatility,mid size,V6 gas saving and mileage longevity came across Charisma Auto Group.With hesitation went over to Tampa due to unfamiliarity,But once approach car lot on a Saturday it was a HUB of activity,which is a great indicator,also all the car and truck inventory was of a good variety and appearance of consistent quality .The sales team Mr.Sam was sincere , thoughtful,and non-pretentious He was open to are assessment of the vehicle ,respected our questions and allowed us thorough time to evaluate and test drive.With all this said ,Highly recommend anyone to consider the truthful,honest,reasonably price vehicles and service at Carisma Auto Group, Thank You Sam for making the purchase of my Son's first vehicle a great experience with a firm handshake and a wonderful smile . Wouldn’t look into getting a car here unless you want to put more than half the price of the vehicle down on a vehicle that is over 19 years old and an interest rate that will cost you as much as the down payment they want for the vehicle if you finance. I guess when their website says low down payments is okay And we finance everyone you better be made out of money or they weren’t talking about you.

We were driving all over Tampa looking for an affordable vehicle, once we came here our search ended. The team provides superior service, their cars are in good shape with low mileage. They even offer warranty on their used vehicles. I would highly recommend them for a dependable affordable vehicle. They're not pushy salespeople. They know they have good products. I even met the owner, he shook my hand and was very" charismatic" 😁😛

All, First let me preface this review by stating I am not a person who is easily impressed at all. I have purchased vehicles ranging from startups to big dealerships and for the most part, it was just an overall ok experience. I recently purchased my latest vehicle from Carisma and I must say, this is one of the best places I've purchased a car from in a long time. The staff here are excellent! The selection of cars are also very good. My first contact here was Cindy and she has been nothing short of excellent throughout my whole purchase. She has been very helpful with answering my questions and ensuring my purchase goes well. Sedat (Scott) has been extremely professional, helpful and just an overall very easy person to work with. He was honest with the vehicle of my choice and I greatly respect him for that. I took this vehicle in for inspection and even the mechanic was impressed on how clean it was. The process of purchasing this car was very easy and painless. I couldn't believe less than 30min I was on my way with my new car. Auto groups like Carisma don't come around very often. I am extremely happy with my purchase and already have started up my next purchase with them. I want to thank Sedat and Cindy as well as everyone at Carisma for setting the benchmark on what a true Autogroup should be.

I just bought a car there in March with a $2000 extended warranty, and not 2 weeks later my car was in the shop, bad front end suspension and bearings, which the mechanic said was unsafe to drive. At the time of purchase i made it clear I had a new job and will rely heavily on the integrity of the car and was assured that they checked it out and everything was fine. Well, that wasn't the case. I reported that I had multiple warning lights and my car had metal upon metal grinding noise, he (Mike) said to bring it in to the shop, which I did after work. He sent me to his mechanic on Friday morning and by Monday morning, no calls from Mike and after multiple calls from me I find out that the car was not fixed and another Carisma sales person asked why I didn't take it to a dealer instead of coming to them. I informed him that was what I was told and the mechanic said the warranty folks wanted to investigate the repairs....ensuring my inability to go to work, jeopardizing my livelihood to support my family. I called Mike for a remedy and suggestions but no calls were returned, for days. I was put in an unreliable car that was overpriced, with no support when I needed it the most. A dangerous situation that cost me my job and no one cared. Shop here at your own risk. I am still waiting for a reply from Carisma and have rented a car to get to work and will update this post once a remedy is provided because I feel that I have no recourse to this criminal behavior. Lies upon lies behind a smile thus far but I will be fair and update this post. First time buyers be warned...the APR is a staggering 26% !!!!!! You will end up paying double the sticker price. Update: No accountability for the repairs needed for a car they said was in good condition and used less than 200 miles....none. Repairs are on you, the buyer. Beware! They will forget about you as soon as you sign that contract or make a purchase. After 500 miles, I have replaced the brakes, bearings, new tires, and several other parts that equates to about $1,400. That is after Scott saying the car if fine and safe, "we check them carefully". Update: 4 months later I asked for a refund and the dealership is holding almost 50% of my $2000 warranty plan money, for NO SERVICES RENDERED. BEWARE FOLKS! Mike read this review and refused to make it right, also hung up the phone and showed his true colors by NOT REFUNDING his portion of MY $2000 cash deposit. Threatening your customers will get these kind of reviews, Mike.

We purchased a 2014 BMW 740LI at Carisma and it was the best experience ever. Mike the finance manager was very helpful getting us financed. Thank you Mike for making are experience the best! Defiantly would recommend this dealership to anyone!

My husband and I do not have the best credit. But Sam worked with us and was able to get us into my dream car Audi Q7. Price was great the car in great condition both mechanically and cosmetically. If your looking for a good quality car at a great price I definitely recommend Carisma Auto Group.
