I've banked with Twinstar for many years & have never had a problem. Quite the opposite, they're always kind, friendly, we talk about our families. I got to know one teller quite well. Which I appreciated, the familiarity. My now adult children bank here, as well. My fiancé will be transferring all of his accts in the coming week. I look forward to his move bc this credit union offers the best interest rates in town. Without a doubt better than his current bank. I've also had car loans here. I just paid that in full. Process was a breeze & this week they'll release interest in collateral. I love this bank. Will continue to recommend.

Absolutely incompetent tellers, bank management, and loan officers. I very much regret opening a savings account here, opening a credit card here, transferring my IRA here, and trusting them with my auto loan. Years of constant headaches, broken promises, and fixing their mistakes. They wiped my IRA balance by mistake, screwed up my auto loan and forced me to close with cash, and couldn’t understand how to handle a mortgage loan application for a borrower with federal student loan debt. I’m closing my account tomorrow, and never coming back. Good riddance. Terrible credit union. If I wanted this kind of grief, I’d open an account with the thieves at Chase or US Bank.

Changed from another credit union I had used for 30 plus years recently and could not be more pleased! I feel like I am a person to TwinStar and not just a number. Thanks TwinStar

They are always friendly and helpful when we go in the branch. When I've had a couple of unexpected issues arise, and they fixed them right away for me. They have been very helpful when my mother opened her account and had problems with her card not working.

Customer service is horrible. Tellers roll their eyes at you and laugh when you don’t understand something. Manager isn’t much better.

Your staff are just amazing! Katrina spent her morning helping me get set back up on the online banking app. She was so helpful and teaching me the new changes you guys have made. Then I had renters insurance issues and Lynne Moran helped get the information needed to get that squared away. Thank you Twin Stars you guys really have an amazing team!!

Make sure you have sufficient knowledge in comsumer credit policies!

Went to this branch to get a document notarized was asked to stand outside in the snow with my newborn baby, to which I objected.. The notaries attitude was one that made me believe that he didn't want to help me. Then I asked to use the restroom to change my newborn babies diaper and they refused to accommodate, the bathroom was closed due to covid. They would have my baby sit in a soiled diaper. Absolutely disgusting

The absolute WORST bank I have EVER worked with. I purchased a car and had a loan through this bank. After a few months I received a statement via mail to me, regarding my savings account (minimum requirement $25 for a loan approval) which was below the required amount. I checked into it and turns out you have to go paperless on your statements (no problem), called and waited for an hour on hold till someone could help me manage my account because after walking into the bank and requesting to go paperless I was told I had to do it online....Fast forward two years and NO PROBLEMS. Yay, right?! I payed off my account, SIGNED PAPERWORK closing my loan AND account and three months later receive a letter stating I have a negative account balance. Mind you, I received cash back from a professional banker for the amount left over in the savings account in order to properly close it. This bank is a JOKE and will give you more hassle than any other I have ever experienced.

The customer service here is Amazing. I believe the man who helped me was Kai and he treated every customer as if they were the most I'm the most important thing. His positive service made my experience very enjoyable!
