Mark S. was very reliable, responsive and walked us through the process for our first home! We did a fast close within 3-4 weeks. Signing all the documents were incredibly easy and a it was a bonus we were able to e-sign, especially with covid. Best part is that he shaved off .75% interest by doing a rapid rescore and providing guidance on what the interest rate would look like depending on our down payment. We were initially working with a different loan officer and when I shared what the interest rate was, we were recommended to shop around for different rates by our realtor whom provided us Mark’s name. Keely and her team were amazing! We shopped around with a few lenders and Keely was the only one to set up a video meeting with us (due to covid). Once we met with all the different lenders, we felt Keely and her team were the best and what we felt the most comfortable with.
