I will start with the fact that I've only gone in here twice to make principle payments, the tellers are nice enough. The first time processed fine as a principle payment. This last time I said principle only payment, wrote principle only on the notes section of the check. The teller processed it as a regular payment with interest. I can do that online...tip for anyone that doesn't want this to happen to them- if you load up your savings and wait for your regular payment to register, and same day transfer your savings to the loan, that will be a principle payment.

I've always gotten great service when visiting this branch. They helped us reset our PIN on our debit card, we stopped many times for deposits and withdrawals and they have always been very courteous. The bank is very nice and clean and big bright windows and lights. It's a pleasure stopping in here.

The service at TruWest has always been top notch. The ATM is easy to use, and inside service has been fabulous. I have been here many times for deposits, withdrawls, and to have documents notarized. Employees are very customer-oriented and always have time to answer questions. It really is a wonderful place to bank.

Quick, knowledgeable service on setting up a new checking account for a family trust. Austin and Anjelica were quite personable and friendly. This Branch is convenient for us and has all services. We've always had great experiences with other Branch locations as well.

Stefani the Teller went the extra mile for me to make my abmornally difficult Shared Branching request happen. I'd give this location more stars but 5 will have to do.

I have been banking with TruWest Credit Union for almost a year now. The experience is quite pleasant with them. Every time I walk in the door I feel welcomed with every smile. I love that I also get to work with a banker 1 on 1. Shannon Asmus as been a Tremendous help since I started banning with TruWest.

The call center is the worst. I spoke to three individuals over one call who all hung up on me, talked over me, and told me I needed to find a new bank to bank through. Unreal. How do you let your agents talk to your customers like this. They sound like they walked off the street and took their first call, no customer service what so ever!!! This company seriously needs to look at who they hire and re train. I will be looking for a new bank ASAP who acts like they want my money.

When I bought my car truwest financed it and set up automatic payments. After almost three years they quit taking the payments. When I called them they acted like it was my fault and said they had mailed and emailed me information on how to set it up again because of some glitch on their part. Twice I was told I would receive that information and I never have. And every month it takes hours to get the payment made because their website is so ridiculous. It says my routing number is not correct; I only have one. There's a place where you can set up payments but apparently I don't qualify for that. I will never do business with them again.

I have a student account so this is my first experience with a bank. They have made it very easy for me to understand and to manage my account. I appreciate the incentives for opening an account, they were a nice treat!! I plan to be with TruWest for as long as they'll have me...who knows, maybe I'll be applying for a home lone in the next 5 years :)

The people in this branch are always very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I have banked at many other institutions over many years and this branch is among the very best. In the very few instances that I have had a problem or concern, it has always been resolved quickly and without stress. I would not bring my business to any other institution.

I just went in to open an account a few days ago and I felt very welcomed. When I walked through the door I got welcomed and was told to have a seat and I would be helped with shortly but within a minute of sitting down I got helped by Alli. She was very friendly and helped me understand everything I needed to know with banking here. Not only is this location fast but also friendly and I'm very glad that this will be my bank!

This is a great Credit Union. We never have any trouble like with banks. They don't charge for a savings or checking acct. They have low rates on loans. The customer service is wonderful and fast.
