GREAT CUSTOMER/MEMBER SERVICE!! I just opened my first account with them and went into the branch to pick up my new debit card. As soon as I walked in, the energy and vibe was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. The Branch Manager was super nice and educated me on the tons of ways to save money through them as he was preparing my debit card! He mentioned loan offers and promotions that they're currently running and before I knew it, a personal banker came up to me and personally handed me her business card without me even needing to ask! I have worked in credit unions for over 10+ years and this credit union knows how to treat their members! Kudos to you all and thank you for the amazing first impression!

Arizona Federal Credit Union Rocks! I switched from a traditional bank over 20 years ago. They are friendly, they have less fees and or charges and when you get a loan thier rates are way better than a traditional bank. I recommend them with years of experience dealing with them. Find a way to join and start saving money!

We started using this bank a few years ago and they have been very helpful in handling our deposits and withdrawals with our out of state Credit Union. We had tried to find a bank or credit union that would work with us to no avail until a cashier at a Desert Financial Credit Union recommenced Arizona Federal. We have worked with them ever since with no problems and great service. Thanks to all who work there!

Man this Arizona Federal Credit Union is on the up and up. They got most smiling, honest, and helpful bank tellers in the Valley in my humble opinion. Their management is strong.

Close to home and friendly. They were having issues with the drive up ATM'S yet that seems to have cleared up once new ATM'S were installed. They've always helped even when I didn't know my options, they take their time to explain and give you extremely great advice concerning loans and whatever you may need. Very happy with my banking for the past 23 years, and will continue to choose AZ FED.

Great for personal and business accounts. Very helpful in saving you money and using your money the best way. Also help kids establish a account of their own. They cover all the bases in the Loan Department from Mortgages to car loans to personal loans. Service is excellent. But you sometimes have to wait in line but you get great service so it's worth it.

I will never do business with these cats again. I understood why they denied my fee dispute, but doing so in the manner they did was wholly unprofessional. I was spoken to rudely with a great degree of condescension and brow beating on two occasions. I’ll gladly be taking my business elsewhere and spreading the word about how poorly this union can treat those in need. Thanks for a totally demotivating experience.

No sense creating an appointment to meet with banker if you're still waiting close to 30 minutes after your appointment time. I may have well just walked it. I was going to open a CD and teen account but just decided to deposit it to my checking to avoid the wait. I think you need more bankers, AZ Federal.

I had an amount of $221.25 come out of my account that was a check not associated with me. Teller input wrong account. Then I went into the Mesa branch to resolve it. They never submitted the paperwork. I had to call two weeks later to resolve it over the phone. Not happy with this bank.

I've been a member for 20+ year's. I've always been treated well @ this branch & other's. Personally, being One of Us, is much better then dealing with standard bank's. The mobile apps with options are fantastic. ( Bill Pay, Loan Applications, Mobile Check Deposit, Cash Back Programs, Vehicle Purchasing Assistance, Insurance Options & The Card Power App. is a really helpful tool ) I very seldomly go to a branch, based on all the online tools that they offer. But when I do, this is my nearest location. I would never consider going back to a standard bank. I'm very pleased being One Of Us @ AZFCU. 🇺🇸 😎 🇺🇸
