    Hats off to courtesy jeep/ram for the amazing service! From the sales team to the finance manager the service has been amazing. Will & Riley did everything to find me the truck I was looking for. But let’s not forget Marcus the finance manager. He did everything he could to get me in my truck and made it happen even with some scuffs on my credit. He was extremely helpful going above and beyond just selling me the truck. He has filled me with so much valuable information i will definitely be back for any future purchases. I recommend you do the same!

    Came in looking to sell my car which I got an excellent amount for; and ended up finding the perfect truck for me and my family. Our salesman Scott was awesome from start to finish I never felt pressured or forced into anything and was extremely flexible with working around our busy schedules!!     Honestly the best dealer ship ever ! Very kind and nice people, they are amazing! They let my girlfriend ask me to a school dance (Winter Formal) with 2 amazing Nice Dodge vehicles it was really nice of them. What other dealership does that ?     Had my vehicle serviced there today. Exceptional service but made so by David MENDOZA, service advisor. Quick, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Place was extremely busy. He literally runs between his office and the vehicles. Most polite positive service person I have ever run into. This guy knows what customer service is all about.     So I went from giving then 5 stars to 1 first off this place never gave me copies of anything I signed. Than my battery died the 2nd day I had the vehicle u can see in this photo me working on it, than management never talked to me and they kept telling me to go in to handle everything I kept getting the run around very unprofessional and I will be filling a complaint with BBB since they messed up everything with my financial obligations to my down payment. Very overpriced too...

    Went in there with our company truck and Aaron, one of the service advisors, took great care of us. He didn't rush the conversation and was very thorough in understanding the problems that we were having with the truck. He took extra care in inspecting the truck thoroughly to ensure that we would take care of any additional issues that may arise in the near future. He definitely understood that if our truck was down, we couldn't keep it in production to run our business successfully. Overall, the dealership was clean, organized, and efficient in handling our needs.

    I had a wonderful experience. First off I wasn’t in the market for a new vehicle. Stopped by to make an appointment for my jeep to get serviced and a price quote. Dustin was awesome. He was able to get us into a 2022 Ram 1500. And Marcus went above and beyond to get where we wanted to be. Over all we had a wonderful service and will return.

    Great customer service right from the beginning, soon as we arrived treated with respect. We walked the dealership and looked at a great selection of Challengers until we saw the Beast (inside joke). Oscar got us the keys, took it for a drive. We were in the dealership to make a deal, did some negotiating, just like any other dealership, noone was pushy, came to deal I couldn't refuse. Randy and the sales manager desk was helpful and friendly, first dealership I dealt with where the Management come out to greet us, I was very impressed. We were in and out within 2 hours. 5 Stars all day and will be back for another when time comes. Thank you Courtesy.

    Travis in service was AHMAZING! He kept me updated in a timely fashion, I had a pretty common thermostat issue with my jeep while on vacation and brought to this nearby dealership. Was treated like friends and family and Travis made the process super easy and pain free. Would definitely spend more money here if I was a local!     I purchased a 2021 JEEP SAHARA WRANGLER UNLIMITED. The salesman was Salvador aka...Sal. His professionalism was great! He was courtesy, and experienced. I wasn't sure what I kind of Jeep I was wanting, but after I explained more about what I was looking for...Sal immediately knew what I was wanting.     Communication with service agent was not up to standards. No one even told me my car was ready. The price was not the same as the service agent had told me it would be. Although there was an adjustment made by the other manager. I brought my car in to have a flash update for a 2012 Town and country transmission. Service manager inform me it wasn't available. Apparently it was done after I picked up my car and noticed it was listed in the repair section.. I dropped my car off Friday morning was informed I will they will get back with me by 4:00 p.m. no one ever called me. I just came on out there Saturday morning and it was ready.

I had some really Bad Experiences at other Dealerships, in particular with car sales people lying to me and trying to confuse me and charge me more, but Beth was super helpful and just wanted to help my Wife and I find the Jeep that was right for us.     Amazing experience. The salesman Buckets Blakes was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the process. The process was speedy and not long and drawn out like other dealerships Purchased a 2021 Dodge Challenger.     Pete is the best sales man you will ever want to deal with!!!! Today we just bought a GMC Terrain for me and I love it. Last week, Pete sold us a wonderful 2500 RAM fully loaded for my husband ( which my husband will write his own review on how great Pete and the truck is).     This dealership has always been great to me and my family. They are friendly, honest and have always provided me with top notch service. The service department helped me out w/ and extended warranty ordeal with my Ram 1500 and my advisor who had my same name "Aaron" was very detailed about the process, informed me about the daily status and overall repair procedures. Yes, it took longer due to the warranty company but I saved $1,800 in repairs and they helped me out greatly. Thanks Aaron and everyone for the great experience!

    Two things. Service and parts department, AWFUL! First, watch out for the control arms recommendation. If there is anything outside of perfect, they will recommend replacing them as they are "defective". Get a second/third opinion, will save you money as you most likely do not need replacements. Second, I called for an emissions recall, as they are the closest dealership, recalls I thought were standard process. The person I talked to needed to order the part and would give me a call once the part is in. I understand supply shortages in the current age, but it has been over a month and a half. Discipline and integrity is not something they care much about.

    This review is for service department only. Sales department is great. I’ve purchased 4 of my vehicles here, most being when it was Heggs. The service department has not been a good experience since the ownership changed. My brand new Durango was having radio issues for about 6 months. They finally replaced it after going in a handful of times. I was informed of other issues with my car, still waiting for that part to come in with no ETA. The biggest problem is lack of communication, from service dept tech to the service dept manager. They never returned my calls. Customer service should be top priority in any business and it’s not in the Service dept.

    Not recommend. Worse communication trying to get ahold of my service advisor. I was always transferred to the wrong person. Some type of scam artist with the same dealers trying to charge more but that was never the actual total. Trying to convince me to do trade ins because they added more money to my charge when that wasn’t the charge agreed on. Jeff from jeep didn’t convince me and was charging me the extra for something that wasn’t done for me to get convinced to trade in my car. It was hard to get in hold with my adviser Stephen but he was honest and straight forward about price and all.

    DO NOT GO HERE!! Especially do not finance a car here! We asked for gap in insurance to be put on our car multiple times and made sure to verify we put gap insurance on the car before leaving finance and they told us we did...TURNS OUT THEY NEVER PUT IT ON. They will hang up on you and not call you back in a timely manner. Good luck getting your paperwork too when you ask for it cause they don't give it to you when you leave the dealership. Mike in finance is who we dealt with and when I called him he hung up on me when trying to get it figured out. If you ask them for gap insurance they will tell you you have it when you do not! I will never come here again nor will I ever recommend this place.

    This service department has the worst follow up and follow through of any dealership I've every been to. I've had two or three services done by them and they have never been even close to decent with communication. If you haven't heard from them in a couple of days, you might as well go down there and see them in person. They NEVER return phone calls and when they do get around to responding to you is through their computer generated texting system that they respond to every two days... unless your vehicle is done then they respond immediately. My truck was there for almost 4 weeks for replacement batteries and brake booster replacement. 4 weeks!!! Next time I'd rather buy the parts and do myself instead of getting free repair from warranty. These guys are a joke and don't care about customer experience. When you go there to physically check on your vehicle, don't worry they aren't working. When I've gone there when they don't respond to any correspondence they are either on the side of the building on their personal phone, smoking, Ordering food, or taking to their colleagues. True Story, every time I've gone there. That's what the service writer was doing.

    The folks there were very helpful. Not at all overagressive, or pushy. They gave us space to look around and were very informative when asked questions. Inside was comfortable and my wife and I made a purchase that day. We also left with the exact vehicle we wanted.

    I called to schedule an appointment, the lady I spoke to took all my details (name, phone, car type, car problem) and even transferred me to a technician I could speak with to get a quote of how long the issue might take to fix — all for me to call the very next day to find out that there was *absolutely nothing* in the system regarding my appointment. She never booked my appointment, and I didn’t even receive an apology for the inconvenience. I was patient and polite during the call, but this was incredibly unprofessional for a dealership. Ridiculous.

    Beware of this dealership. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General of Arizona, Mark Brnovich for violation on the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act. They advertised a car for sale for $7,000. We called and were told the vehicle was just traded in and has not gone through the service department yet. Furthermore, we could not take the car for a test drive but can come in to see it. We did. There were not disclosure labels on the window. We then were told the price may be negotiable from the salesperson, Micah. We made an offer and Micah went into the sales managers office. He came back to us with a printed sheet disclosing the price of $7,000 plus approximately $1600 for accessories such as a security system, nitrogen in the tires window tint. I told the salesperson we wanted to pay $6800 and not purchase any of the accessories. He then went to the manager who said they will only charge the $7,000 plus only $800 for the accessories. We declined saying we would not purchase the car. He then went to the manager who said ok, we will charge you $6,800 for the vehicle plus tax, license and doc fees. We agreed. Now here comes the switch. In the finance office we are told the selling price will be lowered to $5400 and we will be charged $1600 for the accessories so the total is $7,000 plus tax, license and doc fees. We signed up. Now the next day we read about the Attorney General of Arizona whose office fined two Nissan dealers a total of $500,000 for violating the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act by forcing buyers to pay for accessories they did not want. I notified the sales manager of this and he told me he will not charge for the window tint and will agree to our original price of $6800. The total check was for just over $8,000. My son did not have his check with him so I gave mine saying do not cash this check as my son will return with his check and credit card. This was agreed to. When we returned I wrote another check from my account and gave a credit card from my son to pay in full. I asked for my check of just over $8,200 back. I was told by the salesman that it was shredded. Well two days later they cashed BOTH checks. My bank at first told me they did pay both even though I did not have funds to cover both. Now I am overdrawn and must stop payments I had already scheduled. I showed this bank statement to the finance manager. The following day my bank returned the $8000 check to the dealership. Now they will not pay me the refund promised because they said my checked bounced. No kidding you fools. You got my $6400 check and my son's credit card and my account is paid in full. No, you cannot also have my other $8200. Have a nice time talking to the Attorney General.

Our addendums are fully disclosed on multiple sites and always on a written sales proposal. We are in good standing with the AG and they have approved our addendums and we are aware of other dealers who did violate guidelines. Our window tint is installed during the service process and comes with a lifetime warranty, and in this case your vehicle was still undergoing this process when purchased. We are refunding the cost back to you. We are here to resolve your concerns without having to involve the AG. I apologize for any misunderstanding on the checks deposited as your finance manager was not present when the other check was dropped off.     Excellent Review: I recently had my transmission go out at about 120,000 miles on my 2014 Caravan. I was told it was going to cost me around $4100 to replace it with a rebuilt transmission. I began calling around to see what the going price for a new transmisson would be. I ended up calling to the different dealerships in the valley. The original dealership where I bought it had gone out of buisiness. I was unaware that my original warranty was still in effect. The original dealership that I bought it from had given me a warranty for life. I assumed that the new company that took over the Dodge dealership would not honor it, so it never crossed my mind to even ask about it. I was fully expecting to have to pay out of pocket. I called Courtesy and spoke with Stephen Tapia, who was one of the service dept reps. I never asked about the warranty, but he pulled up my file and informed me that I was covered under the original warranty aggreement. Had it not been for Mr. Tapia's honesty and willingness to look into my situation further, I would have been out at least $4100 dollars. It ended up costing me only $100 dollars for my deductible. If the service dept of this dealership is any indication of the ethics and overall honesty of the rest of the company, I would highly recommend buying a car there to anyone. I also wanted to thank Marvin Bolanos who worked on my claim. He took care of every aspect and kept us informed throughout. This is a very honest and professional company to deal with.     Go somewhere else. They will completely lie to you about what they are paying for your trade-in and what you're actually paying for the car. They'll show you half the paperwork and because it's electronic, just copy and paste your signature. You'll end up with a loan almost $10,000 more than what you agreed to at signing. Beware of this dealership.

    My parents and I were looking for another Durango for them since we had a 2018 Durango GT at one point. We surprisingly found one available here since literally no dealer had a new 2022 model available ANYWHERE. With that being said, that was when our salesman CJ reached out to us and set an appointment the same day! Me being a salesman myself at a different dealer, this is what we live for. He sent us a great video of the vehicle and of himself so we knew exactly who to look for upon our arrival! To keep a long story short, we came to the conclusion that the Durango wasn’t practical for us like it used to be so we asked CJ about the Rams they had available. Let’s just say… we’re loving our brand new 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 Built to Serve!! Our experience with CJ and Chris in finance was absolutely great and we’ll definitely be going back for any other car needs as far as dodges or rams go!     It’s overall good service even tho some people here lack the skills to be in customer service. Lose some points after last time I had my truck in they couldn’t bother to fill the tire up that had lost some air and was throwing an alarm. It’s the little things that make a place stand out

    I want to share my experience with the service team I had recently, when my 2015 jeep Cherokee lariat could not be fixed by anyone else. I went to a local national corporate tire shop and got a tune up thinking I could trust them. I was so wrong. After I left my check engine light came on. I went back and they said that they'll fix the problem. I should have realized that they caused it and stayed away but didn't because I am a "second chance person". Things just got worse. I finally wound up at Courtsey Chrysler in Mesa Arizona and met Stephen who took charge of the problem. They treated me with respect and it did take 2 attempts because they are so overwhelmed with work but long story short the problem is solved and I will go nowhere else. No cheap parts for my baby and she runs like new! I am not related to anyone there but now will be a life long friend and customer of that service team.     My husband and I went into "Courtesy Chrysler Dodge RAM of Superstition Springs" on Sunday mid afternoon on 11/08/2020. We are a family of 3 with a daughter and were wanting to trade in our vehicle for a better truck that would last us a very long time. We walked onto the sales lot and had the pleasure of being greeted by a man named Brad Dehart who helped us with our purchase. I want to also add, about a year ago we went to another Dodge competitor (I won't name which one) and the sales associate there made us want to leave and not even buy from the dealership. Well at this dealership, Ed was night and day. He didn't pressure us into any specific truck, he was very down to earth and personable, he was very knowledgeable with our questions and what we wanted for the future and he was a great salesman. When we left with our truck Sunday evening he even made to go over extra things about the truck with us and told us to call him if we needed anything on the truck done because he had a few contacts available. I really appreciated everything he did for us and he is definitely someone you guys should take pride in having on your team.

    Honestly when i first bought a car here at this dealership they were so nice but the SERVICE department is Very Lazy Stephen Tapia didn’t want to help me ! He had me sit for two hours and He was rude ! I drive all the way from Phoenix to come here to get my car serviced and they treat me so bad!

    I had a very positive experience in the purchase of my 2020 Dodge Journey. Lem was the best salesman that I've ever had in all of my vehicle purchase experiences. He was very personable and accommodating. Lem exceeded my expectations and went the extra mile to make sure that my purchase went smoothly. Elmore worked those numbers so that I could get the vehicle that I wanted and could afford. Jeremy was very thorough and followed up with me to make sure any concerns and questions could be addressed. I highly recommend these gentlemen. On 4/11/22 I had my 2015 Dodge Ram serviced. In spite of them being extremely busy, Travis was pleasant and exceptional as my Service Advisor. Xavier was professional and detailed when explaining the work that was done to my Dodge Ram. While waiting for my repairs to be completed, Marvin and Anthony were so friendly and accommodating which really helped my waiting time go by even faster.

    I started my day today with the goal of casually searching for a truck capable of hauling my daughters in a trailer (aka my donkeys, calm down). After having an *especially* bizarre experience at a different dealership right before - I almost called it quits and went home. I'm so glad I decided to stop at Courtesy CDJR since it was on the way. My experience here was beyond phenomenal. Mohammad Omar listened to what I was needing in a truck & made the match & Alissa in financing made the numbers work in my favor. The entire process from browsing to signing the papers was smooth sailing & efficient. There's such a strong negative stereotype about the vehicle buying process & Courtesy CDJR put that to rest REAL quick. Even the staff who were not directly involved in my sale were great. The atmosphere is very welcoming. I witnessed various scenarios of other customers & all were handled with respect & transparency. I cannot emphasize enough how great of an experience this was today. Many thanks to Mohammad & Alissa for everything. Some vehicle buying experiences go up to 10, but this one goes up to 11.

    We had a wonderful experience. We scheduled an appointment quickly online for the following morning. They knew what was wrong almost immediately and they fixed everything in about an hour. It was all covered under the warranty and we didn't have to pay a penny. The wait was very enjoyable. The waiting room was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. It even had complimentary espresso drinks. Dan was very professional. I will definitely bring my car back to this dealership if I need the car serviced.

    They have had our Jeep since Wed, Jan 19th and we had heard nothing from them. I called them this morning at 8:30am and asked if they had the Jeep ready. He said he would talk to the technician and let me know. Never called me back so I called back again and he said it wasn't ready. This is our only car and I said we need it for the weekend so he said to come get it and then bring it back on Monday. So my husband went to get it and they had not done anything to it. We wanted the oil and filter changed, air filter if needed, check all belts and hoses, rotate tires and replace windshield wipers. We also wanted the oil light checked...it kept dinging every time we turned on the car. NOT ONE THING DONE IN THREE DAYS!?!? I am so mad I could spit nails!!! Is this the way you treat all your customers?!? This customer will NOT be back!

    Yesterday my husband and I purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango GT and we had the best car buying experience with the Team at Courtesy CDJR. Although we were pretty certain we wanted a Durango, late Thursday night we had reached out to a few dealerships online to schedule test drives for various vehicles. Pete (our awesome sales guy), reached out first thing Friday morning with an appointment time for Saturday afternoon and said he’d have the vehicle ready for us to view and test drive as soon as we walked in the door. None of the other dealerships responded to us like this, or even at all. From the moment we walked in the door we felt we were given a 5 star experience from each team member we interacted with. Pete was true to his word and had the vehicle cooled down and ready to view as soon as we arrived. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and had our best interest in mind when purchasing a vehicle for our growing family.     I came into the dealership with basically no intent to buy a vehicle because of being upside down on my current vehicle. I'd been looking around but just wasn't sure I could get a good deal so I did not have my hopes up, I'm window shopping. Well the story is about to change. This guy Daniel, young guy, roughly my age asks me if I need help finding anything and I'm just window shopping. He ends up being probably the coolest laid back salesman I've ever dealt with, I mean buying a vehicle can be stressful but this guy made it easy, hooked me up with a deal I seriously couldn't turn down! I love my new RAM and I couldn't be happier with the shopping experience. Daniel and the crew had me in and out of there in no time, with a deal too good to be true and to boot I've already sent friends down to see them, and they too bought vehicles from them! 10/10 recommend you buy your next car from this dealership.     I wanted to share a BEWARE story. We have purchased 3 vehicles ( about 225k worth of vehicles) from this dealership, 2-1 ton trucks and a sweet fully loaded Durango. After I purchased the second truck, (msrp 90k) which was in the evening, I noticed a dent in the front bumper. I notified them right away and was told they would “definitely take of it”. I was told it would take over a week so I had to schedule it later as I had to leave for work in CA. Long story short, 1 yr and 1 month after purchase, I have been to the dealership 4 times to try have this repair made. Unfortunately, their time frame never worked out with my schedule. So I now have the time, and they won’t stand behind their word to “definitely take care of it”. They told me it would cost $500 to pay their body shop and painter and they simply don’t have that kind of money, so they offered me $100 towards the cost. I find it troubling and insulting that they deem it necessary to shyster their way out of their word. Typical shady salesmen I suppose. Unfortunately, I will never buy another vehicle from them as they don’t give two shakes about their customers after purchase. I WILL NOT and CAN NOT recommend them to anyone except to say STAY AWAY!!

    I wanna first say that this was the most unique car shopping experience I have had thus far!!!! From the moment I searched this particular vehicle to the signing of my paperwork, I couldn’t have been happier overall!!! The immediate reach out was what made me happy because they show interest in the customer to make sure that we purchase with them!! David was the most responsive individual and made sure we got everything sent over to start on the vehicle. I live in St. Louis, Mo and needed to go thru Internet sales and they navigated that like a pro. Once I got the approval I purchased tickets for me and my hubby to fly in to Az first thing Monday morning to pick up our new baby!!!! Wasn’t even in the dealership an hour total ( due to the paperwork process) and they were detailing the truck while we were finishing up !!!!!     In a time where new vehicles are not as plentiful as we’d like them to be on dealer lots, these guys BY FAR had the best selection. We were able to find the truck with all the options we wanted!     We worked with "Bear" to find the right car for us. He was honest and very helpful through the entire process. We have had some horrible experiences purchasing vehicles and I explain these concerns to him and he made sure we were well taken care of and helped me address any concerns or questions.     Came in to get warranty work done 4 months ago for the hemi tick. Service claimed they couldn't hear anything and scoped the lifters. Also needed to get new door panels and trim since they were all peeling. Told that it would take a few weeks for the parts to come in. A few weeks pass without word so I call in and get sent to voicemail. I leave a message pretty much once a week and never hear back. I finally end up just getting directed to parts and they tell me it's in stock but they don't know why I was never informed. Now I'm waiting two weeks to get the work done as that's the soonest opening. Honestly all the dodge dealers in the valley suffer from this type of poor service. Tempe says they give you an appointment time but they are first come first serve it turns out. Scottsdale just doesn't pickup their phones for service, same with Mesa. I love my charger but after the warranty runs out I'll never step foot into a dodge dealership again.

    I didn’t even know this place existed this weekend, I popped in and met up with A sales person named Pete. Pete was very friendly, patient and not pushy. I was ready to buy the next day but Pete was off so I spoke to one of the managers Dave.     Approximately 1.5 years ago needed a minor repair on my truck which was under warranty. Told service representatives what the problem was and took truck in. Was told part was on back order and they would contact me when it was restocked. 1.5 years later, not a word. Don't drive the truck much so not a big deal. Called a second time 3 weeks ago and told them about the previous visit. Took Truck in and told again part was on back order. Both times representatives were rude and did not care. I was annoyed and called Earnhardt Ram. Parts representative was friendly and said they didn't have the part but could get one the next day. Took truck in and had it fixed in less than 2 hours. Everyone there were super friendly. Will never go back to Courtesy. Still have not heard back from their service department.

    Very helpful. Having to jump through alot of hoops with a 04 Chrysler Crossfire that I bought from a private party. Some parts Mopar and some Mercedes-benz.. Which neither can supply ???? Hope nothing major will need repair. 🤞🤞🤞

    Horrible service with even worse communication. I waited for a month for parts to come in only to find out that aftermarket parts were used without notice, even withdrawn from my service invoice. The day after picking up my car, it began vibrating and idling really rough. After a second opinion from another mechanic revealed that the parts used were causing more of an issue than solving one, I attempted to have it resolved with the service managers and I was told that the heavy engine vibration was normal for my car.

    It seemed that the Service advisor was either very overworked or not liking his job. Very impersonal and never returned my call and the $190 diagnostic price was a little steep especially since mine was maybe a 10 min fix (a fuse), which is not his fault but wow, economy is hurting for customers as well as employees all over there should be a little balance. Other than that I'm happy with the service that was provided and with the other people I spoke to on the phone.

    It was a waste of my time to go to this dealership, found a car listed on the website for 27,000$ ok its a holiday weekend and they normally will give you a good discount. I understand you have to add the tax and license, about 3000$ or less. Ok paperwork not a whole lot if your paying cash. Bottom line Is the car went from listed price to over 32,000$ and I was paying cash. No discount and I was told it was 2500$ extra because they put an alarm and tinted the windows on all there cars. My question is why isn't the 2500$ included in the listed price? 🤔🤔, After 3 calls about this review. I was offered 1200$ off 32,918$ when ad clearly states 27,000 cash price!!! lol NO THANK YOU, Hopefully God will Bless me to find a honest place without all the hidden costs.

    Marvin in service was very helpful and communicative. However I have a Chrysler Crossfire purchased at Chrysler and they even have used Crossfires for sale on their lọt right now, but they will not work on a Crossfire. They wouldnt even fix my drivers windows that was broke. A dealership and manufacturer that wont even stand behind their vehicles, for any reason doesnt deserve a 1 * rating .     I spent two weeks dealing with this dealer the first thing the new car they sold me a truck and said I had financing 5 days later they informed me that they couldn't get me financing so then they sold me another car for which they assured me the financing was already approved so I went ahead and I canceled the warranty on my car I trade so they told me five days later they tell me oh no we can't get financing for you. Salon have a car that I no longer have a warranty on and I cannot get one on do you really asking me they're horrible dealership and I wouldn't do business with him.

    They had me bring my car in 2 days before they would even look at it. I asked why I had to bring it so early and they said to get it in the quiche. I was also told they would call me in a couple of days and tell me about when my car would be ready. They failed to do this also. I am just wondering if they are not trying to sell new cars.

    Five hours time to swap out a recall airbag that should have taken 30 minutes. Second time this dealership has left a bad taste. First time was when trying to purchase a car. Won't be a repeat customer.

    Loved the fact that while I was on lot looking at trucks, there were no salesman hovering over me. In fact there was no salesman bothering me while I looked until I got up to sales office to ask some questions. My salesman Chase was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I would definitely buy from Courtesy again.

    Customer service for service department is nice, p however I went for warranty (recall) and they offer to check my car but didn’t mention how much they charge for diagnostic. So it is 175 plus taxes 195. More expensive than any dealer. Average price 50 to 100. They should be honest and let you know the price in front or show me in paper.

    This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Daniel Johnson was very awesome. He helped us find the perfect truck for our growing family. We are absolutely in love with our truck.     I recently purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo X . Chris Caban was an exceptional salesman and he ensured I got what I wanted.     Had a wonderful experience yesterday. I called and spoke with Chris asking to see if the truck we wanted was still available. We were in luck and I set an appointment to come take a look at it with my husband. Our appointment was with Kendra and she was great! Very relaxed and laid back. so if you're looking for that pushy sales experience you might want to go some where else. We also had the pleasure of working with Jacob and Zo. Jacob really pushed and helped close out the deal speaking with their GM. Zo was a laugh and definitely enjoyed our time in the finance office. Thankful we found the truck we were looking for at a great price and in the PERFECT color. (Now that's hard to do when looking for a pre-owned vehicle.) Big shout out to Kendra for helping us through this car shopping experience!

    I am not happy with this visit to Courtesy DJR. I scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and brake job. Also I wanted my sliding doors checked as sometimes they don't close. I was told I needed air and cabin filter changes but they were done at 48,000 miles so should not have been done but they were cost $150. also I was told I needed cooling system flush, brake system fluid change, and fuel system flush which I have checked into and they are not needed unless there are noticeable issues. the sliding door software was upgraded as it was out of date, cost $175 - seems to me that should have been under warranty. When I picked up my car the total was $900. they forgot to do the oil change, tire rotation, and brake job. I waited for the oil change the other services were not performed. I give this service zero stars except I can't post without at least 1 star.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. Cory Jackson called me and said I could trade in my car I was surprised but thought if I could get a better deal or at least a better car at the same price that would be great. I came in the next day and made sure that I wasn't going to pay more monthly than I already was for the trade. He got me a deal for a nicer car which I drove off the lot with. Three days later he called me and said that I needed to come in that there's issues with financing and I need to do a resign. I get there and he's not even there. They said my payment was going to be $125 more a month. I said I can't do that. Very unprofessional and not somewhere that I would ever recommend buying a car from.

    I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from these great people in Mesa, AZ. In a time where everyone wants 20k above sticker for everything on the planet, Travis (salesman) made me a smoking deal on a new TRX. He worked with me from Mesa, AZ (I'm in CA) and delivered exactly what he promised he would. Guest relations manager, David did a great job helping me set up the truck, and Chris in finance got me a prime rate without hassle and back and forth. Icing on the cake was a warranty to 84 months for a steal, and a quick, efficient experience all the way through the process. I must just say, hats off to management; as a business owner building a culture is everything. Not one person walked by who didn't say hi, or ask if I needed assistance. The entire culture here is attentive and friendly. I would definitely fly out and buy another vehicle from this establishment.
