    The only reason I am rating four stars and not five Is because they have a really high interest rates. Other than that they’ve been one of the most amazing companies to work with. Through Covid and almost any hardships that I’ve ever had because of the past couple of years and the pandemic they have always been willing to go out of their way and work with me. I have only had bad customer service with them in the past three years one time and that agent was just maybe having a bad day or clearly not fit for the job. Other than that if your credit is not the greatest this is a company to go with. I got my loan my credit score was not that good it has significantly increased since then I do wish I had waited longer to get a car but since I didn’t I’m happy that it was with Bridgecrest.

    I have been dealing with this company since Oct 2016. I tried multiple times to have my account placed on automatic payments and the system wouldn't let me. Then I called customer service for their help and they couldn't get figure it out either, nor did they reach out to another part of the departments to see why this issue was occurring and what they could do to get my account set up! Now that I am trying to pay off my car, the quote they gave me is higher than the amount I owe according to THEIR website/my account! I called customer service for someone to explain to me why the amount is more and they couldn't give me a clear answer on why it was more. I kept going around in circles and explaining the same thing over and over! Their communication is very poor and I was on hold multiple times and for long periods of time. I got transferred at least 3 or more times and they keep saying the same thing, which is not the reason I called for. They kept going off about a pay off quote that lasted for 10 days. I had to continuously explain that, that wasn't the reason I called for! Their interest rate, is ridiculous! I shopped at Drivetime, who use this lender, and from this experience, I will never use them again nor would I refer anyone to use this company.

    I can’t imagine choosing a more dishonest company to do business with. I purchased a vehicle in 2015 for my father from what was then Drive Time. When I purchased it I paid extra for the dealership’s GAP insurance. May 2017 the vehicle was stolen and totaled for which I have a police report and damage estimate. I contacted Drive Time by phone and wanted to see about the gap coverage and how I could rectify the situation. I emailed them the police report and all documents I had. I was told that the gap insurance would not pay out because my father had just taken the insurance off the vehicle (I didn’t know that at the time but the truck was parked on private property and the thiefs put their own tags on it). I contacted Bridgecrest numerous times, the most recent being in 2020. I was told that they had no record of my previous conversations and that the gap insurance would have applied, but now it was too late because a claim must be made within 12 months. The only resolution that was offered was to settle the account for a lower amount, with no removal of the charge off with my credit report. I definitely learned my lesson on trying to help someone else out like I did signing on this truck for my dad, and for that I take responsibility. But this company would have gotten paid if they would have just done the right thing in the first place instead of being dishonest, or at least be more willing to work with customers in these kind of situations.

    Called with covid to delay a payment 4 days so I can get to work and get a check to deposit. Lack of customer service says we will still be charged late fee. Can barely walk, breathe, and taking care of a sick wife and 11 month old calling, but still called ahead of my scheduled payment to Inform them that my job wont even let me in the building to get my check. Terrible customer service. 0 stars. Typical loan sharks. Save yourself the trouble and try a dealership that doesn't deal with bridgecrest.

    If you can help it, avoid this company at all costs. Their interest rate is insane (28% for a car loan), but I needed a car right away so I took it. The payoff payment (over $8000, it was paid off early) was received four days late and I got a 30 day late report. Customer service was rude and didn't even want to help. They said it was done and wouldn't be removed. Period. Never again.

    By far the worst experience. I've ever had with a financing company. They will mess your payment schedule up. And not tell you until two years later. That you have been a week behind. Then when you go to get the title you'll be told you have to pay an additional $1800 dollar fee. thats nowere in the contract. To get your title. Or you'll have a

    Do NOT finance with Bridgecrest. They have been holding my title hostage for over 2 months (5/16 update: it’s been 3 months). Title office faxed them a request for a copy of my title in February. When I called to confirm if they received it, they couldn’t say for over a week and that I should call them every day to check if they received it. They also told me I should fax it to a different number than the one listed on their own website in the FAQ section. The rep I spoke with said they “have no way to contact their own title department” and would not bother to contact me should they actually receive it. After a week of calling they finally confirmed receipt of the request but that it would take them up to 8 weeks or more (from the date it magically “showed up in their system”, not the date the request was actually received) to simply fax a copy. Per the title office, most companies will fax a copy the SAME DAY a request is sent. Now my registration is expired and I cannot drive the truck I am paying them for. When I asked “don’t you think this is bad customer service,” he responded “trust me, I know.” Not only do they know they treat their customers poorly, but they’ve also been sued for this behavior in the past. They are extremely rude when you call and unhelpful. When I told the rep I’d be sure to never use them again he responded “yeah that’s probably a good idea.” They have awful customer service and seems like their employees know that is the case. Stay away from Bridgecrest! EDIT: called the number Bridgecrest said to call in their reply to this comment. And as I expected they said “sorry there’s nothing we can do.” Their responses to bad comments are just an attempt for Bridgcrest to save face online, not meant to provide better customer service Update 2: it has now been 11 weeks. Called again on 5/16 and they said there was an “error” and they should “receive the title in 5 days” but that will take longer for them to fax it to the DMV. This company is a disgrace

    Paid in full 11/19. Told to wait 10 days for a paid in full letter. Call 11/29, informed it was 10 business days and I would get the letter "automatically" on 12/3. On 12/3, I STILL have no paid in full letter. Call and they say it will take 48 hours to process my request. Everything I have tried working on them with takes forever. It took 8+ weeks to transfer my title to a new state.

    Have lied twice now on when a vehicle is in repo. Had a date twice and they grab your vehicle waaaaah before the legal document they send out. Lawsuit in the making…..update they as well lie about there policies. 30 days to pay before auction my left nut. Sold my car two weeks into it being held. This place messed up my credit and life not worth it go to cactus jacks dang they even better then this hell.

    I have been trying to get information about a refund that I was told about due to my car being totaled and the insurance and gap paying my loan off. I have been trying since December 15th, 2021 to get the information. I consistently got transferred. Today is my 13th call and the person on this call has the worst attitude that I have ever had to deal with. When I was making my car paymwnts there were no issues but since the incident happened their professionalism has gone out of the window. I plan on going through another company with my new car.

    I can't get a copy of my title! No one seems to know what they are doing, its one excuse after another and its been over 2 months!     Just like other reviewers, I have had an incredibly difficult time getting a lien release from Bridgecrest. Called on the 10th, two months after my car was paid off and they said I'd have it within 10 business days, 24th at the latest. Called on the 27th because still no lien release and they said they hadn't even processed it yet. Absolutely ridiculous and illegal. They are required to release the lien on a paid for debt within 30 days. I am closing in on 90 days since the debt was paid and still no lien release. Terrible and dishonest.

    I write this review as a warning for anyone to check your credit when your loan is paid off. My car was totaled back in Sept 2021 after another driver hit me. The driver's insurance company paid off my loan and sent me a check for the remaining value of my car. I had automatic drafts set up and they did continue to take my payments after the check was received. I was totally fine with this as I wanted to make sure that all was settled on my account. I ended up receiving a refund check for an overpayment which was completely fine. Fast forward to yesterday, the day I went to lock in my mortgage rate for a home we have been building since March, THEY REPORTED A LATE PAYMENT ON MY CREDIT. When I called, they acted like it wasn't a big deal and happens all the time with total loss payoffs. THEY CONFIRMED I HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT. Any impact on your credit is a huge deal. My husband and I were on the phone with them for 4 hours and 13 minutes trying to get the documentation we needed for our mortgage company to correct BRIDGECREST'S mistake. I did my part, I paid every single payment on time to the point that I had overpayment on my account. Not only did they make a huge mistake, they were very unwilling to do the right thing to fix their mistake. Again, please monitor your credit very closely after your loan is paid off! To Bridgecrest: if you want to make this right, please do the following: 1. Please contact me to advise of a new process that you are planning to implement to ensure this does not continue to happen to other people in the future. 2. Advise as to how you are going to make me financially whole after your serious mistake.

    Very Unprofessional, no compassion to people in a middle of a pandemic.I was in an accident on November 12 which totaled my car I call bridge kids to let them know that my car was totaled and I couldn’t afford to pay for a car that I didn’t have however I had full coverage and gap insurance to the car would be paid for the informed meThat if I was not to make the payments they would still report to my credit right so my credit will be ruined even though they were paying for the car I think this is very unethical I am going through a lot right now no income and my car was totaled I am going through pain as well and I think that this is very unfair for a company that I’ve paid my car payment to two years no payments late do not I repeat do not use these guys is a loan the interest rates were through the roof on this long I really needed a car at that time however I wish I would’ve never use this company

    Do not use them!!!! They have had my payoff payment for almost a week and are still charging me late fees and reporting negatively to the credit bureaus! How does it take 7-10 days to process a check to your account after you receive it?? They are super unhelpful and condescending on the phone! Another example of a company preying on low income low credit people like my daughter and then treating them less than human!!

    BE CAREFUL……I was in a wreck in June car was deemed total loss so my insurance company paid off the balance I had on the loan from Bridgecrest and sent me the balance from the claim. I got a letter in the mail from Bridgecrest saying congratulations my loan was paid off so I went along with my life. Now 2 months after the account that was close it is now reopened stating that I have a balance of $652 and the wreck car which I no longer have is up for repossession. If I don’t pay this balance by September 25th it will be reported negatively on my credit. I have been calling everyday since I got this email and nothing has changed. No one is able to help me all I hear is that they are working on it and if it goes on my credit they will send a reversal in. Now if I can’t depend on them to properly close out a loan should I put my faith in them to make sure it doesn’t affect my credit.     This company takes advantage of good people in bad situations!!!!! I have been paying on my car since 2018 and its 2021 and I still owe $7000!!!!! I got a 2010 car in 2018....they are charging me a total of $32,000. The car only cost $14,700!!!!!! How did the price go up to more than the price of the 2020 Toyota Camry that I bought in 2020 and it's brand new!!!!! If any of you on here know a good lawyer, I sure could use their number for some advice! There has got to be something I could do to be done with this car sooner!!!!! This is the worst contract I have ever signed in life! I would have rather rode the city bus until I saved up to buy a car...smh! I was taken advantage of for sure!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! I'm going to file a complaint on them at the better business bureau as well! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! They try to make a post under our reviews like they are really concerned and really want to reach a mutual understanding but its an ACT! They called me just to say that the loan still stands and even laughed about me paying triple the blue book value for this car! They have no remorse at all and they should be shut down! It should be illegal to raise the price on a car from $14,000 TO $32,000. God knows what you guys are doing to people!

    BEWARE of this Financing group! I purchased a car from carvana in December of 2020 and financed it through them. They partnered with BRIDGECREST who I have only had an awful time with. Their agents are under trained and uniformed. They have made getting my title an absolute nightmare. Not even touching on their antiquated website, which shows errors constantly and take forever to update... I've spent 4hrs on the phone with agents in the last 24hrs and received multiple different answers on when and how I can get my title. Finally I was sent to their "executive" agent who informed me that they could do nothing for my situation and to basically just deal with it. Their customer support is a joke. When a promise is made to a customer you should honor it. Even if it was "a mistake." it's a shame because carvana itself was easy to deal with and did make the buying process simple. The car was just how it was advertised. All that considered I would not buy from them again because everything to do with their partner was such a terrible experience.

    AWFUL! I am trying to purchase a car and Bridgecrest wont sign off the lien or send the updated title to the seller for up to 2-3 weeks! Unbelievable. RESPONSE: Jeremy, I did call and they told me there was nothing they could do to explain why something like this would take this long.     WOW! Amazing customer service from the text support representative Elizabeth. I was so confused about payments and interest charges. My initial reason for contacting support was to let them know that I had received other offers from different banks to refinance. Thanks to Elizabeth I will continue my loan with bridgecrest. She answered everything in complete detail. She seemed extremely patient and concerned for all my needs. She was able to give me specifics about my loan that I otherwise would have never known. She really has found the right profession. After our conversation I tried thinking to myself what I would have did or said different and I could not think of one thing.     Would not recommend this place to anybody they will have your car up for Repo even if you make a payment or even the day before a payment is even due then they're like oops our mistake. Very unprofessional and when you do make a payment they will constantly call you wanting you to pay more than what you have to. When u talk to them everyone tell u something different.     It's been over 2 years since my car has been paid in full and I still dont have my title. Attempting to resolve this throught Bridgecrest and their COMPLETELY inept staff has been mind blowing! Plus, records are showing a lien on the vehicle that is PAID FOR... I have resorted to the Attorney General to take the matter up and I will take any further actions against them as deemed reasonable and/or attractive by my own attorney. The next time they hear of THIS case will be from my legal representative. I am just ITCHING to hear their defence before a judge!

    I purchased my car through CARVANA and they used another company for their loans that was bought out by BRIDGECREST. I WILL NO LONGER GO THROUGH CARVANA IF THEY UTILIZE BRIDGECREST FOR CARS. They have been completely unresponsive in getting my title after it's been paid off. I reached out a week after it was paid to check on the status as their website just says "No account on file". They said it'll be nearly a month until it's all handled and I receive the title. I patiently wait a month, plus another week, to get the title. Still no title. I call today and get provided 4 different times to expect the title to be released while on the same phone call. Finally a "supervisor" gets on and says no, they will not and cannot send me ANYTHING in writing concerning our conversation or when I should receive the title. It's been 2 months and still no title. Unfortunately I'm not the only review with this issue and if it gets to 3 months I'll just seek legal action because it seems to be the only thing that works with them. edit) Yes, I mentioned Carvana because best way to impact their business is to get their partners to stop partnering with them.

    Stay far away. Low value vehicles for high loan prices. You could be upside down fast in a vehicle that is not worth it. Their reps will tell you different answers even in the same conversation. It's okay if your desperate for a car, but other than that it's not worth it. Better options out there I'm sure. Very deceptive in my opinion , so keep records of your conversations. Reps get sly with you if you ask serious questions and back track. Tried to waste my time in a dealership appraisal appointment and tried to get me down to the dealer but I already knew they likely wouldn't help me with my trade in with the vehicle I got through them due to equity (I finally got them to say it wasn't gonna work out after much prying before going down there) thank God I knew better than to waste time down there. Apologies mean nothing when they will go with you in circles and not do right by the customer.

    I have been trying to get my bill of sale for the last week and a half. I have spoken to 4 representatives and the customer relations manager Desiree and I keep getting told 48 hrs this 48 hrs that, receive the docs I have been asking for. I have financed a few vehicles and by far the WORST company I have had to deal with in a long time.. no care for what the customers are dealing with and give bogus timeliness in order to shut customers up. If you have the option of going through another company to finance by all means DO IT. Bridgecrest is useless

We purchased a vehicle, paid it off, and TWO TIMES we were told that they hold the lien release for 10 days for the certified funds to clear, and then they issue the lien release. Both times, during the 10 day clearing period, they added more "Per Diem" charges, and made us chase the account, even though we paid the 10 day payoff they themselves provided to us. Legal? maybe.     We had bought 2 cars from carvana. We just bought a new house in order to get the new house we had to pay off both cars which we did. I got my title in the mail nice new clean and clear title. We got my wifes still had them all over as the lean holder. And got all this paperwork with it. When I called them and told them about it and ask them to resubmit for a new title that is clean and clear they told me it's my responsibility how is it my responsibility for their screw up if they sent me my title Clean and Clear then they should send me my wife's title clean and clear this is a very unprofessional company I've wrote a bad review under the Better Business Bureau and I will continue to write bad reviews every month until this situation is dealt with in the correct manner I should not have to lift a finger in order to have a clean title I bought the car through carvana it went through Bridgecrest when I received the title it should be clean and clear not me having to go to my DMV and spend my money. They are doing me wrong and i will not take it.

    Bridge crest/drive time is the worst horrible finance company ever! They did a bait and switch on contract for every 2 week payment and I changed it to 1 month payment. They put all interest added to back of loan plus change fees and made the contract longer in terms. They Never work with you and the communication with employees is aweful! I have lost count of how many times I’ve had to talk with management..very unprofessional! This was a mistake to buy a vehicle there! Run from them. Please do your research into your car buying process and make sure you know your interest rate and contract terms in person! Not over the phone! No stars for business!     I must say every time I have contacted Bridgecrest whether call or text they have provided such exceptional customer service and will listen and offer solutions based on the situation.     Got a vehicle through this company. Don't get me wrong, car drove great, we made regular payments even with the lockdown. Save one payment late because of a western union error, we were on time or early. Then unfortunately, I was involved in a wreck when another car ran through an intersection. Other driver was found at fault, other insurance company agreed to pay for repairs. However, Bridgecrest came and picked up the car, before it could even be taken to the repair facility. Now it gets worse. After going back and forth with our insurance, the other insurance, we had to get a check issued to get the car released from its current location. Check was sent certified and a tracking number assigned. Photocopy of check and tracking number was sent to Bridgecrest. They still cousin to not have received the check, car is still sitting who knows where. Both insurance companies agree basically sitting on their thumbs waiting. All the while during this, we have still made our scheduled payments. I know this much, if anyone asks where we purchased our car, I will tell them. But I will also add that I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is dismal at best. What gets me is the adjuster handling our insurance claim is in the same state as Bridgecrest. I really wish someone there would get off their arse and listen to either us, or the insurance rep trying to get us mobile again. Update: received response however upon trying to email customer service, email got reply that it was rejected. 12/21 update. They also said to call their number. This is the same number that I have called and waited on hold to wait to talk to someone, who by the way, doesn't seem too concerned with our situation. But hey, as long as you get your money that's all that matters right?

It is the holiday season and I was a little frustrated with the pressures of bills being due and money having issues but Megan did not make my situation any more complicated.     I usually never get good service calling Bridge Crest. People getting smart with me like they didn't choose their job. For once I got a nice and helpful lady named Andra.     The new feature to text someone from Bridgecrest is honestly so convenient! I work crazy hours and I’m not able to pick up the phone to have a conversation but I can sneak away to text. That being said, I communicated with Latoya today and she was extremely friendly, professional and prompt with responding! She made sure my account was secure and let me know about my future payment arrangements. Previously this year my car was repossessed but you guys worked with me and took off a chunk to get my car back and currently I was almost in the same situation again but was told that you WANT me in my vehicle and will do all you can to help with that and I appreciate you!     My car was financed with Drive Time never had an issue. Went through a rough time due to an injury and was late with some payments when I called they were more than helpful and had the best customer service I had dealt with in a long time. Now that Drive Time has changed to Bridgecrest, worst customer service ever. When I called about a payment arrangement I felt like I was playing the game of 1,000 questions. First of all it is illegal to write post dated checks, if the funds are not in the bank to cover the amount then you are breaching your agreement with your financial institution by writing a check that is in fact not going to be covered should the person your writing it to decide to take it to the bank early. So this practice needs to stop even being offered. I am not stupid and would never write a check on an account if the funds are not available. I called to make arrangements for a late payment due to my bank holding a check I deposited due to it being a new check that had never been deposited in my account, the bank would not give immediate credit for the deposit so I called to let them know when the payment would be made. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever dealt with. The girl sounded like she had a mouth full of food and kept making noises in my ear. Then she ask questions that were none of her business. She then wanted to discuss an upcoming payment. I said there is nothing to discuss the payment is not due for a few weeks so what is there to discuss. Well I need to note your account when the payment will be made. I informed her she did not need to note my account for a payment that was not due I knew when the payment was due and would handle accordingly. I hope I never have to call these folks back again. I for sure when this car is paid off do not plan to purchase another one from them. Yes I have read the reviews and yes if I had a good credit rating I would have not had to go to them in the first place. I get that. There are other options for purchasing a vehicle this is not the only place to go if you do not have perfect credit. I won't say never because you do not know what the future holds but I will say it is not in my plans even if offered a lower interest rate plan to return to this company to purchase another vehicle. If it were still Drive Time then I would have returned because they had excellent customer service. Steer clear of this place!!!!

    I got my car through DriveTime and they use Bridgecrest as their finance company. At first, it seemed as a good deal since I was not counting with a big downpayment, rookie mistake. I would highly recommend you people to search for another company to do business with; as far as my car goes, it hasn't present any issues, just regular maintenance. My issue is with the finance company, Bridgecrest. I am currently trying to refinance my vehicle for the remaining time and each company is requesting the original title (I originally contacted AutoPay, but then asked around when the title issue came up). Each one of those refinance companies are telling me that it is illegal to withhold the title since it would void the sale (Im already looking for legal assistance so no worries). As soon as I heard that I called Bridgecrest CS and it was useless, the representative was reluctant to transfer me over to a supervisor even though I requested it 5 times. She ended up transferring me in the middle of the conversation, and the manager was not helpful either; I asked if they refinance, or if they could at least let me know which refinance companies work with their guidelines (since they would not release the title until the car is paid off), she told me probably none of the companies would work with their guidelines, but that I am free to search for one since they have no clue. I asked about their reviews in BBB because I saw there is a lady who hasn't received her title yet and she paid the vehicle 10 months ago, she told me she was not allowed to discuss any of that.. I understand there are some things you cannot disclose, but I am asking for a solution or any type of information they could help me with to ease this problem and they are nothing but unprofessional, uneducated and rude... Overall resolution, save some money and go with a better dealer/finance company, avoid Bridgecrest at all cost.

    I never do reviews but Zachary was so outstanding, I've got recognize him! He was very precise, honest, and informative. From start to finish he told me what he could do for me, what he was doing during the process of our transaction, and why.     They have great customer service they worked with me when I was having a hard time catching back up after being laid off. Savana was the last person I spoke with and she was very understanding and introduced the new text line to me which helped out a lot since I work and can't really get their phone calls.

    I have used Drive Time for a vehicle. Has been in the shop for a total of 2 weeks out of the one and a half months since I purchased it. The agent, Amanda, second tier, was extremely rude to me and started drilling me about my financial situation when I told her it was going to be a few days late, instead of being professional and assisting me with options. This company rips people off with insanely high interest rates and isn’t professional when dealing with customer situations. Avoid at all costs!

    I must say that the interest rate was high, but most dealers would not work with me, drive time was there and helped me get into a 2007 Toyota Highlander it was and still is a great running suv!     I was very nervous taking out a car loan after not having one for over 8 years and a negative experience with a previous lender however Bridgecrest is an amazing company with compassionate people working for them.     Akeisha provided amazing customer service as I was extremely frizzled because I received notification that my payment didn’t go through. The previous representative before her** I spoke too treated me like another customer calling lack no empathy nor did she care***I requested to speak with someone who care**I was floor that she said “well I can put you back into queue”***Wow clearly she didn’t care about her customer** I was crying because I was extremely frustrated that my payment didn’t go through**She was only concern with telling me what I need to do granted the information she provided was correct however I needed the representative to understand that I need help***Eventually I spoke with a Supervisor of course I explain how his representative treated me.. After speaking with supervisor that extremely sympathetic and understanding he provided me with information I needed as well help me to understand..Supervisor transfer me to department that handle creating new online account** The call drop & when I call back In I got Akeisha***This representative was amazing she took her time with helping me set up my online account. The representative made me feel value as if I was her only customer and concern. I work in customer services field and I understand firsthand how difficult it can be however the goal is treat our customer as we would like to be treated even if it that mean going the extra mile & providing a little TLC on that call.

    I bought a car and Bridgecrest was the finance company. I had something unexpected come up and I was late on my payment. Granted it was only my second payment, but I have had a loan through them in the past that always had ontime payments. I called them and spoke to one of the supervisors. She did explain what could happen and put notes on my account. I called back the following Wednesday. I tried working with them but they told me they could not wait the two more days. This was on Wednesday evening. They came for the vehicle Thursday afternoon about 20 minutes after I got home from work. At this time all I needed was a couple of hours more and I would have been paid and would have made the payment. I was talking to Adam and he would not budge. I reminded him that I had paid off a car and I only needed two more days. He was rather rude on the phone. They always say they will work with you however obviously this is not true. I no longer will rate them very high. I have heard about issues with this company from other people They work with not so great credit, but take total advantage of you.

    Paid full price for the car, Bought the extended warranty and everything else they wanted to add. Went past the warranty by miles and more than half the loan left and there is no way to help. Engine failed all ready?!? I called and said "sell me another car and we'll finance whatever is upside down in the loan." (I have never missed a payment or even been late.) They told me "they don't do that". "We can't help you. Sorry about your luck.". I will be staying out of any dealerships using them for financing. Ok. So little update. They told me to email them and the email link is no good. The email was rejected. Not a good address. No one called in 24-48 hours. The auto response they have for this Google account is purely to appear is if they care. No help. Can I rate them a half star?

    I hit a financial setback and was notified of a repossession email, which of course was an extremely huge scare for me.     I highly recommend Bridgecrest! Obtaining a car loan was a smooth transaction. The ease with which I am able to manage my loan is a significant plus .     I unfortunately have 2 accounts with them they have messed up and have applied payments to the wrong vehicles they have drawn payments multiple times and over drew my bank account The people answering the phones are usually short quick to judge and condescending Say you payment is due the 23rd but your pay check posts the 24th 9am the morning of the 24th starting 7am they will blow up your phone And trust me there will be times when you want to tell them to come get the car I'm through with you As soon as I'm out of the car loans I'm never going to be using this company ever again

    I gave them a 3 because someone call my phone very rude and disrespectful. I’ve emailed them twice over a weeks time and no response to my problem. I decided to text/chat and was put through to a woman named latoya. She was great! She solved my problem and was very nice.     I called Bridgecrest, today, and I told them that at the beginning that I have some speech disability. From start to finish unprofessional and disrespectful employees and manager. They treated me very badly on the phone because of my speech problem. They did not listen and they were very impatient with me. Regardless of that, I have been a good on-time paying customer. I called because I had missed one payment but they reported it to the credit agencies immediately (credit score down by 40 points) although I had called Bridgecrest to let them know that I was going to be late — because of the COVID 19 situation, I had no income coming in. I brought back my account in order by making a double payment the next month. I asked as a courtesy to change the status of my late payment but they wouldn't do. I don't understand why. It is definitely possible for Bridgecrest to do it. I lost my job because of COVID 19 and before that my car was totaled. I was hit twice with bad luck but I still made the double payment. I was only late once and it is very easy for Bridgetcrest to update the status of the ONE late payment and report it to the credit agencies. I hope some one reading this has a heart and shows some courtesy and understand that people having a very tough time at the moment. I certainly would appreciate a goodwill from Bridgecrest if they do this favor and remove the late payment status by reporting an on-time payment to the credit agencies. It is possible!     I've been a loyal customer for 7 years, never missed a payment or even late. I ran into a situation with an unexpected expense and asked for an extension, which they advertise as an option, but when I asked about that option the first guy said that they no longer offer that as an option. I then spoke with another person that told me that's an option but I don't qualify. But when asked what disqualifies me no one could explain why.I have financed 2 cars with this company but never again. Looking to refinance with another company now.

    I got behind on my car note and was getting at least 7 calls a day. Drove me nuts. I was told I couldn't refinance for some reason. I received a text indicating they are there to help so I thought I would try again. It took maybe 10 minutes to get everything done and I am not being harrassed by phone calls. Had a great experience with Melissa and Caleb...all I can say is Thanks!!!

EVERY TIME I called customer service they have always worked with me in making arrangements to get me current on my payments.     While I dont always care for the biweekly payments, I appreciate Bridgecrest. I was able to get a car with my credit. Plus, They always work with me and are very courteous about it. I contacted them via text yesterday. Andra was the lady's name. I could seriously sense the smile through her messages. She was great!

    Caleb helped me immensely through Bridgecrest text program. He answered all of my questions and worked with my specific situation and made the entire process of rescheduling my payment easy and seamless. I was out of town and worried about the standing of my account and Caleb was able to give me the information that I needed and gave me the peace of mind that I was able to keep my account in good standing. I would highly recommend Bridgecrest’s text program for anyone that is in a situation that a phone call isn’t feasible or practical at the time.

    This company has some of the least helpful, least knowledgeable representatives working for them. I submitted a request to cancel the service contract and Gap insurance on a vehicle that has been paid off since August. Every time I call they tell me something different. The only thing they seem to know what to say is "4-6 weeks", 4-6 weeks for what? For me to receive the refund? For them to see that I requested it? For it to be sent to them by the warranty company? These are the questions I've asked and again their only response is "4-6 weeks." I would not recommend them to anyone.

At the time of sale, Bridgecrest offers our finance customers the option to purchase additional products, such as an extended warranty and/or GAP coverage. Should these optional products be cancelled, it can generally take 30-45 business days for the refund to post toward the principal balance. On a paid loan, the same timeframe is provided, however, the refund would be sent directly to the customer. Please keep in mind, any refund will be prorated from the date of cancellation. I realize receiving conflicting information can cause confusion and I’m genuinely sorry for any irritation or inconvenience you may have experienced. I would like to take the opportunity to make sure your concerns are properly addressed; therefore, I will contact you directly within 24-48 business hours.     I typically have a good experience with this company when I have to set up a payment arrangement. Today I communicated with Danny, he was not very pleasant to say the least. He randomly asked me about if I had filed my taxes yet without reasoning. When I asked him why he was asking me this he proceeded to tell me that he wanted to know if I’d be putting my refund towards my loan. I just felt he was very unprofessional. I also always get a link sent to rate and review services when I speak with staff, with Danny however I had to ask for it.

    I have been with Drivetime/Bridgecrest for a year now and I have never had a more considerate lender. I am really glad they have it setup to be paid every two weeks since my employer pays every two weeks. I spoke with Amy today regarding a question I had about my account and she was very courteous and helpful. Not sure I would ever want to deal with a major car lender again.

    I just used the text option, and it was wonderful not only because it was quick but because I had a wonderful rep that was able to help me, I was helped by Raima, it was quick and easy, very understanding, and not the usual, when you call to make payment arrangements, when they are rude and they want to judge almost for not paying, but she was understanding and knowledgeable, she set up a payment arrangements and event let me choose my payment method, not like other reps where they ask for my bank account right away, love it.     I bought a 2012 fusion in Houston, TX on 45 south side of town. At the end of the day the car is fine. The warranty ran out due to 50,000 mile limit. Last year the car was caught in a flood and got behind on my payment due to being in the shop for repairs. I have sent documents in twice to show the reason why I fail behind. There never any help needed payment on the back end also. Not complaining, but was displeased with how the situation was handled. Yet I am still month behind due to I had to make repairs . Will not do business again once this car is paid for. I have talked to customer service still no help. I have other well known loan people I do not have a problem with. If you look at my record when I first got the I was on time until my car was caught in a flood.

    I was sent a text from a initial CSR named Sydney but then I was ultimately helped by Andra....Andra was BEYOND helpful and I literally was given great payment options towards my car loan.....Andra was informative and was made guidelines were explained to a T! I feel that if anybody has had bad experiences with Bridgecrest it’s because they didn’t keep open communication or didn’t explain their circumstances in a timely fashion because they honestly bend over backwards with COUNTLESS options to make sure that you stay on the ball with your payments....THANKS ANDRA!

    If I could give this company a 0 star I would. I have had nothing but issues with them since the very beginning. I tried for the entirety of my loan to get my husband added as an authorized user so he could call and make payments and ask account questions. I faxed documentation in 10+ times AND emailed it to a reps email and it was still not added onto my account. I then overnighted a payoff check and needed any type of proof that they received it and got a disrespected hot headed girl named Sandra who interrupted me on multiple occasions was rude and extremely passive aggressive. They took the 17k check we sent but she refused to give me any type of confirmation even if it wasn't reflecting my account closed. She continued to state it was bridge crest policy and not her. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she CONTINUED to talk over me and not let me speak. I am so glad I was able to transfer my loan to a different bank. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Even after receiving the payoff check I've received calls to make more payments. Save yourself the high interest rate and hassle and pick someone else.

    If could give - 0 Stars I would . Nothing they do makes sense here. I refinanced my car, paid the full balance to them, after 10days, my account still shows I need to make a payment of 400 when I log in and when I call they say I owe $50. But no one calls unless I request a follow up? So this company would of held the lean to my car after my bank paid in full until I paid and extra $50, I do not owe. Then I get transferred to the “resolutions team” her to tell me the exact information the previous representative did. So didn’t resolve a single issue for me. The WORST. Get a pre approval somewhere else. Don’t finance through this scam of a company.

    After seeing noting but bad reviews, I thought it appropriate to write something positive. Every single time I have had an issue and needed to call, the person on the other end of the phone was always very understanding and did the best they could to help out. They truly have good people awnsering the phone, at least from the Carvana department. They would always give me advice on how best to handle the situation, even gave me helpful information to keep my vehicle out of repo status during a difficult time with my employment status. They truly were very pleasant to deal with and hopefully once I have had some better payment history, we can work on getting a lower interest rate.     I only had my car less than a month. Made a payment of 140 only had 100 remaining on my account to pay. Within the week of making the payment my car was repo when I was a work. I have to pay the whole 23000 dollar just to get the car back when it was my first payment. There was no call or text to let me know. This company is unprofessional. They should give you the full details of how the payment should be. But still they shouldn't have taking the car on the first payment.

    I finance two vehicles from this company. I wanted both payments due on the 1st of each month. As I write this I am 35+ days ahead of my payments (both). I am still having trouble getting them to change the due dates. Why would someone have so much trouble if they're ahead on payments. Oh this is like the 20th time on the phone trying get this done at 45+min per call. I'm not good at writing. Very disappointing in the reaction I got.

    The only reason I am rating four stars and not five Is because they have a really high interest rates. Other than that they’ve been one of the most amazing companies to work with. Through Covid and almost any hardships that I’ve ever had because of the past couple of years and the pandemic they have always been willing to go out of their way and work with me. I have only had bad customer service with them in the past three years one time and that agent was just maybe having a bad day or clearly not fit for the job. Other than that if your credit is not the greatest this is a company to go with. I got my loan my credit score was not that good it has significantly increased since then I do wish I had waited longer to get a car but since I didn’t I’m happy that it was with Bridgecrest.

    A hold is on my car registration because Bridgecrest has not sent my title to the tag office in my state. The manager in resolutions is supposed overnight it to the manager at the county tag office. Keep in mind Bridgecrest received a notice every thirty days for three months. My birthday is this coming week. I have been trying to register my car since December.

    If you can help it, avoid this company at all costs. Their interest rate is insane (28% for a car loan), but I needed a car right away so I took it. The payoff payment (over $8000, it was paid off early) was received four days late and I got a 30 day late report. Customer service was rude and didn't even want to help. They said it was done and wouldn't be removed. Period. Never again.

    Good news, if you purchased/financed through Carvana, you can use Carvana's website to get any information you need about your loan/finance account. The Bridgecrest website only offers a view of your payment history and a payoff quote. If you need anything else, Bridgecrest live chat and email support will, for the most part, tell you to call the Bridgecrest customer service phone number.

    I bought a car with a caravan but later I requested the return of the car because it was all rusty on the bottom. I have not been able to return the car because every time I have a scheduled date they cancel it due to weather problems. But the sad thing is that it's time to make a payment for a car that I'm going to return and that isn't even mine and Bridgecrest is harassing me on the phone saying that I already have to make the payment. Yesterday I called them and spoke with an agent and he told me that I had no debt with Bridgecrest, I thought that had already been fixed and today they continue to bother me with calls saying that I have to pay. Apparently they do not have absolute control of anything, I am very disappointed, I do not recommend that they use this campaign

    Worst Loan company I’ve dealt with. They refuse to speak with customers and literally just hire poor enclose speakers who are trained to apologize for their mistakes. They have two home addresses on file and instead they send my refund check to last years DROP OFF point. (My ex’s house) Even though they JUST PICKED IT UP AT MY CURRENT APARTMENT!!! And have my parents home on file. Now they want me to wait 10-14 days for a new check.

UPDATE: I do not like being prude but I felt too harassed to change my mind about their practices while I was doing great on working on my credit. This company took over a month to take my Payoff check and didn't even process all of my car payments.     We have had an absolutely a terrible experience with this company. After talking to over 15 customer service worker we still had no answers on our issue with them having a big chunk of my money that they didn’t wanna refund me on a car I had no choice but to return. Every time we would call they would transfer us to Carvanas when the money situation was out of Carvana control. We were told 4 different times and ways that the money would be transferred back to my name and all were inaccurate. Not to add that that every customer service worker was rude and not understanding of the situation at all! I would not recommend using their banking as we had several issues not only with the employees but also their lack of knowing any way to help our situation. One lady didn’t even know their hours and had to look them up. They have been extremely unprofessional and need to get all their staff on the same page.

Called up to offer a pay off amount like I've done in the past with other financial institutions and was insulted that I even suggested an offer!!     So I purchased my car months ago and they are still not reporting my payments to the credit bureau like it says that I’m making no payments when I make my payments on time every month but I bet if I was late or couldn’t afford to pay they would be quick to put that on my credit I’ve called I even put in a dispute and it still hasn’t been fixed.     This company is absolutely the worst. Have my vaccination, got covid and was in the hospital with pneumonia for 7 days. First payments up to this point all on time. In great standing but have 0 tolerance for covid related issues. Would not budge. I told them come get the car, but no we will just charge you interest til your so over then we will come get the car. That way all interest has to be paid before you get back to your original payment. Also said I could make a payment in two weeks at the start of our conversation.     Horrible! I was in the car business for a while. Worst finance company I've ever dealt with. My car was totaled on July 16th 2021. The same day my insurance and I reached out to them requesting they sign the title over. They didn't request a title from the dmv until 13 days later Aug 4th 2021. Now two months down the line they can't find the check my insurance company sent them. Everyday I have called. In these two months, I have only gotten a chance to speak with one supervisor who couldn't help. She like every worker there I have spoken with stated someone will be contacting me back which they never do. They want me to still be responsible for my loan which is $244.00 every two weeks! They prolong certain situations to have the interest rate go higher on your loan and hold you responsible. This has made it harder for me to get another car because this one is still on my credit. I advise you to read the BBB complaints that have been filed. I made a complaint with them today 09/16. Don't just write a review here, go to the BBB and write a review/complaint. I can't see how the rating is so high. But I'm sure it will go down if more people report the company for carrying along issues that could have been resolved way sooner. I will write a review every couple of days with an update!

    Run! There are other sub prime lenders out there who will work with you if you look hard enough. No skip payment assistance during COVID? Customer service will give you different answers depending on who you talk to. I am now paying off my car and their customer service is garbage during the process. They don't operate their payoff procedures like most lenders. It will take forever for them to process your payoff and another month for them to send you the title. I was told it takes 72 hours for them to provide any sort of lien release documents after payoff. I was in the car business for 2 years and this is not how long a typical payoff takes. Now that they are losing me as a customer they are short with me and are in no way helpful. They really hate it when their customers payoff vehicles since they are predatory lenders.

    I feel like I'm being cheated. I filed bankruptcy, but kept my car. I have 2.5 years worth of on time payments with Bridgecrest. Never late, not even once (even with their ridiculous 22% interest rate). You'd think that would help you rebuild your credit, right? Well, not if the finance company doesn't report it to Experian, or whatever. Yeah. They don't report your 2.5 years of on-time payments. I'll bet missing payments would land on there pretty quickly though!

    WORST!!! Extremely high interest rates! My customer service experience with an agent named April was horrible. Throughout our conversation she kept avoiding my questions about my current loan and then ended the conversation by saying there’s nothing she can do. This company is horrible. Unprofessional and just non-dependable. You pay double in interest for the value of your car just insane never again.     BEWARE: Additional payments are NOT applied directly to principle, but rather applied as prepayments of your monthly payments. This is deceptive, as the contract says you can do this but you have to call each and every time to specifically request this. If you make a payment by phone they will charge you, so you have to make the payment online, wait for it to clear, then request it be applied to principle... The customer service rep was happy to fix this for me, and said they get a LOT of calls about that. The company is "WORKING" on putting in a principle only button. Also, loan terms not provided on the website, you have to call to request them to be sent to you.

    When my mom passed away I assumed her loan. This was in January, and I was unable to get it registered/get my name on the title until June. I Paid off the vehicle/sold the vehicle and can’t even get a paid in full letter. Every time I speak with anyone here, a request for some simple documentation or any simple task I’m told will take 48 to 72 hours. I am always promised a call back. I never receive calls back. This is by far the worst finance company I have ever dealt with.

    Where do I start. I have been with bridgecrest since 2018. And when you ask for a Extension on your loan, omgeea!! They ask you 21 questions as to why they should give you an extension, when you qualify. Life!! That is why I need a extension!!. So much is going on in the world, and you can not get sympathy or instant help from a company that is suppose to have a good reputation. I am really trying to understand the 21 questions.     Wow. It is BAFFLING to me how this company has so many 5 star reviews. They are a pack of leeches and bandits. No one can give you a straight answer on ANYTHING, their payment system is a joke but their “customer service” is even funnier. It’s taken MONTHS for a resolution to my account and I’ve been tossed back and forth on dates, times and answers as to when I will finally be able to leave them behind in the dust. I’ve never seen a company do their best to upset a customer. Save yourself a headache, hassle and worry. For the past few months I've been able to make my payments in order to avoid having my car repossessed. It's worked thus far except for this last Saturday. I made a payment and got confirmation on the 3rd in the form of am email and info on my dashboard saying the process began. Then the following day I arrived at work and 10 minutes my car was repossessed. I've been on the phone with them for 2 days now trying to fight their decision to consider it a valid repo due to the fact that all the information on my end indicates that the process did in fact start on the 3rd, but on their end it shows the 4th. With proof in hand and ready to email it to them in order to get it sorted, they dig in their heels and kept repeating that because it posted on the 4th there was nothing they could do. They kept giving specifics about times as far as login and payment that weren't accurate and went against the information I had that they refused to see. So now I'm out the money AND the car and am very much ready to take this matter to a legal rep. They are car thrives/bank robbers who don't give a damn about what's true but only what works for them.

    So according to this morally distraught company they literally have no concern whether or not you have COVID-19, on your death bed, in a pandemic, they will come repo your stuff and wish you good luck getting to your next doctors appointment. I’m in complete awe, still. (I asked for one single bi-monthly payment forgiveness - until I get out of quarantine. I was quickly denied and asked for a payment, even though I’m not late yet (: ) I sure hope none of their families have to face abrupt companies like this. 1/10. Do NOT recommend. And I can almost GUARANTEE they won’t respond to this - they’ll sweep it under the rug and turn to denial.

    *Full payment made (30k)- No title released. *Customer service - unprofessional. Transfers you immediately as soon as you ask for any help. *3-5 business days to email over a document DO NOT BUY FROM CARVANA IF YOU FINANCE THROUGH BRIDGECREST. Please read background below: I had a car loan with them for 2 years. Never missed a payment. Paid off the 30k in the 2 years. 7 weeks later I have not received the lien release, title or any other paperwork from them. I called to see where it was and they said they mailed it regular mail and it has been lost. The title to my car has been lost in the mailing system. They are not willing to mail another one certified or expedited for tracking. I am highly disappointed for this lack of concern for this customer. When I try to access my account to view any documents, it says the account has been deleted.

    Got a car through Drive Time. That process was simple. Unfortunately, the car was in a not at fault accident and deemed a total loss. Insurance was super speedy getting a payment sent out to Bridgecrest. Bridgecrest botched my account. Customer service tried saying I owed them an additional $4000, that the check from insurance didn't cover it. (it did, I will have an overpayment now) Every time I call to check status I'm told "7 business days". I want this nightmare to be over. I have no idea how it takes their accounting department so long to get the account straight. We debated going back through DriveTime/Bridgecrest again. but after this, never again will we. Do not recommend Bridgecrest at all.

    I had not had my car a month. I got hurt pretty bad at work and had documentation. Im still employed I had the money to pay my payment I was 4 days late I went outside to find out my car was being taken. I called and let them know I had the money please let me pay they refused. I'm now out of a car and my money for my down payment after they take out their fees!!! Where is that customer service.

    These people don't know the difference between a circle and a square. Called 8/1 for copy of financed title too register my car in a new state. After 20 days the knot is unraveled NOT by Bridgecrest and their ridiculously clueless staff but by the clerk of courts in Ohio!! Don't buy a car from Carvana. You will NEVER get information from their lienholder. Carvana is just as stupid. Their license to do business in NC has been revoked fur to title issues. I moved from NC to Ohio. They are useless!?!

    I had the pleasure of working with Andrew today to get my account back on track and he was absolutely incredible. I have been off of work for six months due to a back injury and fell behind on my account. I was extremely anxious about the call because i didn’t know how it would go. I have not had customer Service like today in a long time. Most representatives get on the phone and their personality are very dry and they sound as if they don’t even want to be at work. However, Andrew was very compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional at the same time. Every question I asked him he had an answer for it. At the end of the conversation the anxiety I had before I called about my account had disappeared. Andrew, thank you for such wonderful customer service!

    Most of my experiences with this company have been less than pleasant. If you do not pay your bill right on time they will call you everyday after until you do, then even when you pay your bill they will still call you to tell you there hasn't been a payment. They hassle me and my wife almost everyday with calls even after I have told them on multiple occasions that we pay on certain times every payday or if we don't pay we will catch it back up next payday. On two occasions they have double charged me and have screwed up my other bill payments with other companies and have then I been fined for being late with them or have had overdraft fees that they refuse to pay for and to get them to refund me money I've had to call them over and over and yell to make sure I'm getting my money back. To get them to do anything you have to almost scream at them or get a supervisor to write what your telling them on your account for future reference. Their computer system doesn't post your payments to the account until days later so they keep calling. Their customer service doesn't try to understand unless you make them understand, many of them are incompetent, don't know what the heck they're even telling you or you can barely hear them or understand what they say. They recite policies and don't try to be human beings speaking to other human beings. They have hassled my wife with phone calls even tho we have told them on multiple occasions when we will pay, my wife has to block their number and then they start calling her from a different number. I have been close on one occasion to report them to the Better Buisness Bureau because they didn't want to refund me my money and for their harassment. There have been a few times where some ladies and gentlemen have been extremely nice, they have explained everything to me and made it simple to understand, they took the time to care and have gone the extra mile. If I had their names I would make a recommendation for them but I don't remember them, to them I have the utmost respect and gratitude. They are the people everyone at that company should be like.

    A lot of the representatives I have spoken with in the past have been extremely rude! Every single one! When Bridgecrest created the option to text with a representative, that was my go to in order to avoid unpleasant reps on the phone. My texting conversation with Elizabeth was a breath of fresh air.     If I could assign a 0-star review I would. The customer service department is incompetent. I've had to call multiple times, with many more calls ahead I'm sure, to try and resolve a simple issue. Their staff is poorly trained on customer service, basic procedures, and have attitude problems. I've had to push and push just to verify that documents submitted weeks ago were received and that the appropriate procedures are underway. Buyer beware - find another way to finance your purchase, these people don’t deserve to handle your money.

    If you are a regular person and have hardships this company will not help you. This worst customers service I have ever experience. I had a reduction in hours at my job, so I change jobs. Meanwhile, I started falling behind, and to top it off my little Brother passed away. So I call and to tell them what's going on, and I would like to request a deferment to put the amount that pass due on the back end on my loan and to change me to monthly payments, because I no longer get paid on those biweekly dates. They refused, they said they don't have a corporate office. I request not to be called during work hours, they still call me almost everyday harassing me. They want help me and am still waiting on a supervisor to call... If you fall behind I suggestions you just go a park the car back on their lot, it's not worth the aggravation. I will never get another vehicle from them and don't recommend anyone else too. Seriously considering taking a dink of my credit and taking it back. My experience was great until I needed help... Have a much better job now, so I know I can find a better car... Pray your experience is better than mines.

    I had 2 bad experiences with Chris, and when I refused to deal with him further, I got Latoya. She was great! Understanding, courteous, professional, and caring. She not only noted my issues with Chris, but helped me resolve problems with my account and make arrangements to bring it current.     One of the worst banks to work with I would think twice before getting a loan with this bank lost my $40,000 check I traded in my vehicle and then they’re calling me for the payment for three months this is going on and I keep telling them the same I’m no longer the owner I traded in the vehicle come to find out they lost the check they would like for me to send another one I’m not sure what’s the process here to get hired but obviously there’s no process they would hire just anybody in the customer service here is horrible I’m not sure who’s the manager of the CEO of this company I’m not sure how you got here

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because when a payment is late they call 5-8 times a day it only takes one call in my opinion. I understand that your trying to settle the account but geesh.     My 5 stars is for the representative Caleb. He took the time to try and figure out my account unlike others who acted like they were the collection department when calling in. I would give the company 3 stars at this point if it customer has the claim with the insurance company tied to Bridgecrest they should automatically remove payments until everything has been resolved for the car.     I have never missed a payment and I never needed to get in contact with them until these last 2 months. Every time my husband or I call them or text the they are extremely helpful. Sometimes we call customer service and sometimes we text them. They were able to work with us with the payments when we weren't able to make the full payment or needed to change the payment dates.     I've been with bridgecrest for a year and half. I've contacted bridgecrest many times and have never had a customer service agent so efficient, polite, caring and understanding as Alyse! Because of her I will recommend this company to anyone. Bridgecrest did an excellent job when they hired her!!! She made me feel comfortable and valued. Thank you again Alyse!!!!

    Bridgecrest is such an amazing company ! their customer service is definitely five stars. I was able to get my questions answered in a timely matter not have to worry so much. And be able to speak to someone who really did help.     I had a situation come up that caused me to fall behind with my payments. Every rep I talked to always tried to help me. One rep Sydney would reach out to me via text which was great because my work schedule didn't really allow me to talk on my phone. She was able to help me get my past payments deferred so that I was not behind on my payments. I appreciate not only the rep but Bridgecrest for all their help. Any other company would of already repoed my car. They really treat me like a customer not just a number.

    Until now, I was completely happy with this organization but I guess it was because I never needed assistance in the past, and had never dealt with their customer service department before.....if that's what you want to call it. I've had my account since February of 2016 and have always paid on time however, in the last few months I have been forced to take on an unexpected expense to care for my 90 year old mother which has placed me in a bind. I called customer service yesterday and simply asked for THIS MONTH'S (Just one month) payments to be placed at the end of my contract like most auto finance companies offer and was told no...and VERY rudely by someone I could barely understand. Because of the person's attitude and the fact that I couldn't understand her, I hung and decided to call back in the hopes of getting someone that I could understand. When I called back, I asked for a supervisor who listened and seemed to want to assist, asked me tons of questions and then said that she would need me to fax her copies of the bills that I am paying for my mother. I was blown away! First of all, its very intrusive as some of those bills have sensitive information on them that would violate my mother's privacy rights, and possibly some HIPPA rights. Second, all I'm asking for is a month so that I can get the bills straight as this was never in my budget. This is a hard time for me, not just financially...but emotionally and you have company that wants to be the JUDGE of your hardship! Never in all my years of financing cars have I come across this, but then again I've never had to use such a company before because my credit was great until my divorce. So basically, what I got from the discussion with the last person was that they DO offer it but only if THEY deem that its an issue. Oh! And because I could barely understand this last as well, I asked where she was located, and she stated that they were in the Caribbean Islands! Does ANY company employ people in the U.S. anymore????? I sincerely regret referring people to this company, but I will tell you that I WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN and will look for options to sever my relationship with them as well.

    See Bridgecrest response below for all you need to know about their customer service. I mentioned multiple times in my review that I have a physical disability that keeps me from speaking on the phone. Their answer: “Please call us if you have any further questions.” Here’s a question that you can’t seem to answer, where is my title?? Why are you committing financial fraud?? Why are you discriminating against the disabled and violating ADA?? Just sent this to Bridgecrest (will update with answer): You deleted my online account as soon as my loan was paid off, violating the terms of the digital communications agreement I signed upon accepting the loan. I have a physical disability that doesn't allow me to speak on the phone, yet you refuse to put anything in writing for me, which is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The one time I was able to get an advocate to call on my behalf, your "systems were down". My email is more secure than my phone, so your refusal to respond in writing is not only a violation of ADA, it simply defies logic. My attorney has advised me that you are required to communicate in writing given my disability. Therefore I am demanding to know the status of the title for my car, which I now own. Your refusal to provide the title constitutes financial fraud. I will be posting this communication on multiple online sources so everyone can see that Bridgecrest engages in financial fraud, as well as willful violation of ADA rights. Why would any ethical business want to treat their customers like that? Only I can access my email via two-factor identification, whereas anyone can answer my phone if I'm not around it. Therefore, email is clearly the more secure form of communication, and obviously my preferred method due to my disability. Why would you discrimination against the disabled?? All I want is my title. Why would an ethical business shy away from such an easy, legitimate request? Well, the internet will be waiting for an answer.... Unbelievably bad experience with Bridgecrest! Bought a car from Carvana, paid it off early, didn’t get my title. Sent an email asking for my title, they said they couldn’t discuss that over email even though a password is required to access my email. They wanted me to call, which I physically cannot do, and advised them so. They proceeded to call me and leave a message, knowing I’m physically incapable of speaking to them on the phone! They also had no problem leaving a message about my title, even though voicemail requires no password. Seems very fishy that they won’t do anything in writing. Long story short, I feel as though Bridgecrest is committing fraud by retaining the title that is now mine. I think this because as soon as the car was paid off, they closed my online account so I had no access to electronic records! Now I have no way of validating anything except for the original loan agreement and the bank withdrawals to prove full payment. Needless to say, I have to ask for assistance this weekend to start shopping attorneys. Bridgecrest took my money, kept the title to my car, and then deleted any historical record they could. Don’t use Bridgecrest, and don’t use Carvana if your loan is through Bridgecrest!

    Amy is super nice and willing to help. The other lady just rushed me off the phone, stating the center was closing in 15 minutes. So she didn't help me as much, but Amy was really nice and took care of my payment arrangement and told me how to get my account up to current again.

    The customer service is excellent! They have worked with me through all the hard times I've had this year. With my car accident and not being able to make full payments on time thereafter, due to injuries they stuck by my side and helped with payment arrangements and let me keep my car. They also approved me for differment on my loan to put past due balances at the end of the note!:) now I don't have to stress about paying the past due balance at once!:) I can now continue with my regular note with out having to worry about losing my car!:)

    Bridgecrest has a texting option to speak with agents. I spoke with Amy, and she was very polite and courteous. She answered all of my questions I had in regards to my account.     Bridgecrest is easy to deal with. I had to pay my payment late and Caleb, who I spoke/texted with, was so polite. He did not make me feel like I was a horrible person because I had to pay my payment late, which so many other companies do. Caleb was quick to respond and took care of my issue quickly.

    Genevieve is wonderful. Company is great. They actually care and help to keep you in your vehicle. The show empathy and compassion that makes it a pleasant experience. I have never had a company actually care that you want to keep your car and not all about their repo so they resale get cash and try go after you for difference. Love Bridgecrest.

    Hey Caleb you’re amazing. So I was having trouble understanding my payments. On the bridgecrest website at the bottom of the screen you can text them. I did not think they would respond that fast at all .I literally text with Caleb for two minutes. Maybe even less than two minutes, and I had all my questions answered. Caleb answered every single question I asked. This process was extremely quick and easy. Thank you Caleb for helping me today.

    I bought my car in January of this year and there was a mishap with my finances at the end of April so I contacted bridgecrest to find out what I could do and the most wonderful woman named Melissa helped me make payment arrangements. Not once did she make me feel like I was in the wrong or that I had made a mistake even though I had. She worked with me, we came up with a payment arrangements and all is well in my world again. I've worked with plenty of finance companies but none as compassionate and understanding as this one!!

    I have a car loan through Bridgecrest , I needed some assistance getting my loan caught up so I contacted them via the txtg system . I spoke with a csr named Elizabeth who was great. She was very polite and was helpful in getting arrangements made , possibly one of the nicest customer service reps I’ve ever dealt with .Customer service like I received it great because now I know I can contact them and the lines of communication are open .
