Slowest drive thru service ever. I'm always waiting at 9 when they open..I am never waited on totally until AT LEAST 9:15....ridiculous.

I ordered gift cards at 11:14 am and it is now 2:00 pm. I have been sitting in my car burning my gas for the last couple hours waiting. There had been a total of 6 people to enter the bank but the manager says that the cards are not ready. The manager who is also processing the cards took her lunch as I sat and waited in the car. I can definitely say that customers are nor valued at this branch. I have never recieved such degrading service in my last. I would not recommend this branch to anyone

Mary at the front desk was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable while signing up for an account... Somthing wasent right with that girl and she shouldn't be on front counter writting down customers information ive never had that done to me at any bank and that lady was coping my information down on a piece of paper.... Never again most people who work in banks carry there self in a decent manner that girl also looked like she was under the influence.... Very unprofessional NEVER AGAIN!

The wait on phone is way too long. This is the third time I have had to wait indefinitely for assistance on telephone. It's now over a half hour.

They try to help you anyway that I can and that's good i'm just hoping they can try real hard this time to help me out

This truliant bank is a SCAM!! I went through the drive though to get money out and me being trusting did not count the money when I pulled off. by the time I got home I notice money was missing.( when I got the money out of the tube earlier that day it was already half open with my money falling out) I go to the bank Monday morning hoping they are able to replace my money I did not receive but instead I got half helped by a bank teller when I first arrived then I was told they will do a investigation and call me back. The manager calls me back and says everything is good on their end and that it is my responsibility for not counting the money before leaving. Long story shot I never got my money they shorted me and I will not go back to this bank again. If you do have to go to one I will go to the one across from the mall there service is great.

I will go through drive thru and inside for simple transactions but if I want personalized experience, direct and as needed communication and to establish a quality report, I used to go to the main branch on Hanes Mall Blvd but from now on, I only go to this branch and speak directly with Jeffrey Hodges. Definitely one of the most valuable employees of the company.

Whenever I go into the bank I go up to Dora and it's a quick transaction and she's always super friendly.

Great credit union I have been a member since 1995 when it was AT$T credit union.

I do business here often, always great.
