I got my son a gold necklace from there and he only had it a few months. Never took it off. The chain started to bend in some spots as if they already worked on the chain. I bought it for 133 and went to sale it back to them today, they offered 35 dollars. For gold now and it was for my 7 yrs old son.Thought the price was by weight. They are the problem with society. Trying to get over, always on hard working people. I wont spend another cent with this business.

Good with guns not good with coins or actually taking the time to see what someone really has but ty for my guns that is outstanding service till next time

This place is a joke. Guy named Zachary works here and he is easily stressed out behind more than 3 customers. And his fellow coworkers sit back and do nothing but laugh and antagonize this guy. They have people info laying around after you leave. I wish I could give a negative star.

I was sitting in the parking lot today on 12/21/2019 waiting for my fiancé to get off of the phone to go in and attempt to sell my dslr camera to them because I didn’t have shoes on to go in myself and they gave me an offer a few days ago. after a few minutes pass, they come out and begin taking photos of our plates and I was a little confused as to why everyone was leaving and she informed us they closed at 3pm which I wasn’t aware of until that point. A message to the man in the red Mercedes suv: hope you enjoy the photo you took. Maybe next time instead of judging someone by the car they drive and automatically assuming we’re going to rob you, ask what we need.

Poor customer service Fixed a gold ring for me charged me $50 and it lasted a week. Took it back they said we can fix it again for $30 but it wont stay fixed, Whey didn't they tell me that before I spent $50 They lost my business. I have took things to them for years. Never again.

The place was so nice, I thought the prices would be outrageous. Even though he had no pressure washers out, he took me to the back, let me choose the one I wanted and offered to fix it if it didn't work great, because they hadn't yet tested them. Great prices, great stuff and great staff. I will most definitely be back. I'll enjoy the rest of my day using my new pressure washer!

I stopped in Sat and was looking at a couple firearms, the nice lady informed me they had layaway and that they closed at 3 pm and I should return Monday at 9 am. I went in this morning to make a purchase, and a man was "helping me", I guess he is the owner. I was trying to get clarity because it sounded like he wanted me to give him $200 to run a background check, and if it came back then if he still had the shotgun I could buy it? So I asked a question to try to understand what he was saying and he then got rude and offended, so I told him "he didn't need to get an attitude, I'm not upset just trying to spend money with him" , he took offense to that obviously because he told me to leave he didn't need my money. At no time was there a raised voice or rudeness on my part, I do not understand what his problem was or is but I have never been treated so rudely when trying to spend $500 on a purchase. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

Walked in and felt as if I was bothering them. Had they been a little more pleasant, I might've came back on a day when they are open longer considering I was initially excited to see the store and pulled in immediately. Tip: Greet your customers, they shouldn't have to say hello to you first. Especially when the only people in the store are the two people working. Definitely rubbed me the wrong way.

My father and I have been shopping at Long Jewelers for a couple decades now. Great Customer service, great products. I purchased my wife's engagement ring and both of our wedding bands from them, as well as several necklaces and bracelets. They also have a keep nice selection of estate jewelry that is very affordable. I can't say enough good things about them. FYI, they do not offer In-House financing.
