    My car buying experience was the absolute best ever. Starting with my search. The website is very user friendly and there is someone to assist you with your selection. Kristi the sales person is very patient and helpful. This was great for me because I was so undecided. And then there’s Sam the man! He is the finance manager who is magical with numbers and be listens! Thank you all for the great experience and assistance with me getting my new car.

    Don’t die business with these people. I called for financing and mentioned the vehicles seem to be a little overpriced a lady by the name of Christi told I should kill myself and I don’t need a vehicle. Worst place in the world right here. They’re weird, entitled, and seem to think they’re never wrong.

    This place is great! Unlike other dealerships, they don’t pressure you to maximize profit and have a great amount of options whether it be product or finance options. I had such a good experience with our sales-woman Carol, who really catered to my expectations. Great place to recommend, especially for a first time car buyer!

    This was my first visit to the Credit Union Auto Buyers Service. Before coming to the showroom I had previewed their inventory online and saw a vehicle that matched my want list.     I never had a chance to go to the location because of the distance but I had a very good experience with the overall buying experience. It was delivered to me for free because I was in a neighboring State. I was satisfied with the car I purchased. I was what I saw on the picture. In fact, I thought the picture did not do justice for the car. Keep in mind that this is a used car but, I was still a little disappointed that some cosmetic parts are starting to come off. It would have been inexpensive to fix and I thought it would have been nice for them to fix it before delivering it considering I wasn't able to physically see the car beforehand. I did asked if there were any cosmetic blemishes and the sales rep said that aside from paint scratches there weren't any other defects. But when it came to me I saw that the body kit was coming off and the driver tail light was not tightened. I will be purchasing another car very soon to replace my wife's car and I will seriously consider this dealership as long as I am not gun shy with purchasing without the ability to inspect the car physically.

    I recently called in with a few questions about this company services in addition to my car being stolen. I noticed this company's license plate frame was on my stolen vehicle and when I asked the lady, from sales, is there any record of anyone that maybe have came there between the dates of 21st of December 2021 and January 7th 2022? Her response was very rude and nonchalant and I find it very unprofessional especially being that they had some hands on my vehicle that was stolen yet I couldn't get the answers I was looking for. Will be making a visit in person.

Even though, she had to be out of the office for the day that I came in to pick up my vehicle...she made sure I was taken care of. Everything went smoothly and I am very happy with my purchase.     I Purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT from CUABS and had a great experience. I was looking for a very specific car and found a match on cars.com. After calling the dealership I was connected to Jodi Marion who could not have been more helpful. She was kind, attentive and a professional. She answered all of my questions and we were able to make the deal over the phone. I live in Indiana and could not get to Winston for a couple of weeks. Jodi took a down-payment over the phone and held the car for me. She arranged transportation from the airport and even came in on her day off to walk me through closing. The car was exactly as promised and I put over 800 miles on it in the next 2 days. The finance manager, Sam, worked to make all of the paperwork painless and did not try to pressure me in to buying all of the "extras". I have been to many dealers and the paperwork can really sour the experience of buying a car. He was very respectful and wanted to help. The CUABS service department should be commended for their attention to detail when preparing the car for sale. I was a professional technician for 20 years and appreciate their work to make sure the car was in great mechanical condition. Small things like replacing the cabin air filter let me know that car was thoroughly inspected before being put on the lot. I felt confident on my long drive home. The detail department also did an amazing job. Despite being one of the lower value cars for sale at CUABS it was immaculate when I arrived. Detailing a car is a lot of work and this team truly takes pride in their job. I have won trophies at car shows with cars that weren’t this clean. I also want to recognize the gentleman that picked me up at the airport. I know he is not an employee at CUABS but he is certainly an asset for the company. He was punctual and polite and made sure that I felt welcome at the dealership when we arrived. He even called me on Sunday when I was travelling back home to ask how I liked the car and wished me a safe trip. Jodi was the face of my interaction at CUABS but she has a great team supporting her. I have a lot of family in North Carolina and will recommend Jodi and CUABS to everyone in the future.

    First, I am not the most patient person, but service here seems extremely slow. An oil change (that didn't happen)(I suppose they did fill the fluids and stuff), an inspection, and an exterior car wash took over 3 hours. I don't know if they only have 1 mechanic or what, but I was the only customer in the lounge. This seems an overly long time to wait.
