As soon as my wife and I hit the door we were greeted with hospitality and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were awesome with hospitality and patience. We left and came back and made purchases and it was a pleasure doing business with National Pawn on Stratford Road.

Fernando definitely goes the extra mile for his clients. If there's something new in the store he thinks you may be interested in, he will send a picture and description! That's AWESOME! I saw a post on fb marketplace for a sewing machine that Ryan had posted. I came in and Adriana helped me. She was so helpful, plugged in the machine and let me check to make sure it worked. Great return policy in case I get home and I have any problems. I had never been to a pawn store before, but it definitely exceeded my expectations!

Traveled hour and 15 min to buy a hard to find pool cue. Item as pictured and at a fantastic price. Staff was wonderful and store had a great selection of merchandise, and was clean as well!

I was asking for a loan, I was given more than I asked for. Most places would not do that, to have someone make sure I received the maximum during a time when every penny means something. All employees were awesome and I will recommend going there first. I will be a return customer.

LOVE THIS STORE BUT.... I honestly love this store, I used to go there all the time, BUT... they love to pressure people into giving the store a good review the main one (Sam) he honestly needs to stop asking people to give 5 star reviews, it’s just bad business practice, he also treats his employees poorly never have I seen him do a good thing for them. One time, me and some customers were in line and Sam started to yell at all the employees yelling “YOU GUYS DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO ANYTHING!!” and we thought they were doing just fine. Me and the others just decided to walk out because we didn’t want to support a business who treats their employees poorly.

Ryan did a great job, found the posting for my Xbox one on offer up and picked it up the same day, I was in and out of their location in a timely manner and am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Their stock rotates frequently and there’s lots of stuff, but it’s well organized, and a good place to look for used tools, electronics, and guitars, or anyone looking to add to a cd or video game collection.

Sorry for ther long response, but when my sister and I walked in, we were immediately greeted by a staff member and directed to the right place to be in order to sell a ring. The man that helped us, Brandon, was funny, so super duper helpful, quoted me the BEST price for a size 8.5, 14k white gold ring that had 18 tiny inlaid diamonds in it than I'd gotten at the FIVE previous pawn shops (and one jeweller) I'd been to. Any question I asked was met with a kind, thoughtful, and accurate responses. I was there to sell a ring, but asked if they bought instruments. He told me yes, but they didn't really sell them, but in stead DONATED THEM TO SCHOOL MUSIC PROGRAMS!!!! I would highly HIGHLY recommend using this place not only because of the best customer service I've EVER received in ANY field, but because while I was getting a quote for the sale, my sister went browsing and found some AMAZING deals on just about everything (I only say "just about," because I just simply don't know the value of everything in the store). 100/10 will most certainly be back. Also, if the owners are reading this, give Brandon the raise he deserves!!!
