Truist Piedmont Rd, Atlanta

This branch employees are so eager to go home the entire branch is empty at 4pm and they are supposed to close at 5pm. They have super old door signs on the doors saying, they will close early on July 5th, ummmmm today is July 19th. The ATM telephone is also non active. So inconvenient for customers.

This branch seems to close at 1pm for lunch so I am unable to get customer assistance. Also more training required as staff unaware of how to deposit a check in british pounds. what are the hours of operation here?

This branch should be shut down. There’s no great customer service here from the associate Angelica to the Branch manager Ms. Violet. I will be sure to file a better business bureau complaint against them until corporate does something swiftly to change either the personnel or the way that they do business at this branch. I’m disgusted with them altogether.

Been in several times. The "tellers" are nice, but worse than slow. I do deposits only, and that takes 3 - 4 minutes to make the deposit of one check. It's so much worse than the branch at Publix that was closed. I give it 5 more months tops.

This branch is not open on Saturdays. Buckhead drive through on Peachtree and lobby in Toco Hills on North Druid are open till noon.

Sarah was AMAZING!!! THE BEST I MEAN THE VERY BEST!! I WENT TO 523 LUCKIE ST. THE BLK LADY JUST IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME OH NO WE CAN'T CASH THAT CHECK (GA LOTTERY CHECK LEGITIMATE) STILL GAVE ME A HARD TIME,GO TO PIEDMONT AND MS. SARAH DID HER JOB!!! EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CLOSE TO 5PM. THANKS TO THE WHOLE PIEDMONT TEAM!!!!

This branch is terrible went to cash a check and the heavy set white lady did a teller withdrawal and took my money out of my account instead of cashing my check terrible customer service lack of training never go here

Horrible customer service!! We’d never used this branch and came in to make a large deposit into our checking account, that was too large to us the ATM. We walked in at 4:15 and proceeded to wait in a line of at least 10 people, until 5:20....the line NEVER moved and the poor guy behind the register didn’t know how to do *anything*. After asking each person in line if they could use the ATM for their transaction (nope), the manager went into her office and closed the door. We ended up walking out, so we could pick up our daughter from daycare before they closed....which was the only movement that line saw in over an hour.

I love this bank!! The staff is top notch! Always so nice and helpful. I actually live 3 mins from a Suntrust in the Vinings area but I make the 22 min drive to this Suntrust location just because of how great the staff is consistently. They truly go above and beyond normal customer service for all of my banking needs. I have been a Suntrust customer for many years and have lived in different parts of GA and Morningside heights is the best branch I’ve encountered. Thanks guys!

This branch is horrible please put your money in another bank. The branch manager is very incompetent, nonchalant and many other things. She might need to find another career that doesn’t involve helping the public. The branch needs more customer service training because it’s lacks it greatly. I really hope corporate valves new customers more than this branch does. If you don’t like what u do CHANGE it!
