Jasmine and her team were recommended to us by our realtor, and they were a joy to work with. As first time home buyers, my fiancé and I weren't totally sure what to expect, but Jasmine was great with explaining the entire process to us and staying in constant contact so we knew where exactly we were in the loan process at all times. Waterstone Mortgage's platform was also very easy to use. There were tasks set up to make it easy to submit whatever documents the team needed to keep our loan moving along. I definitely would recommend Jasmine and her team to other people.

As a first time home buyer I thought the process was gonna be long, stressful, and just overwhelming. And then I heard about jasmine and the team at Waterstone mortgage. So I gave it a try and this was the best decision ever. They worked with us and honestly made us feel comfortable, took away our overwhelming stress. Very quick and great customer service. We were first time homebuyers and they did a pretty good job at giving us resources and information but it seemed like we had to ask for help before getting it. There’s a really thorough resource they have that we didn’t get until after we started the closing process so it was useless at that point. We had several calls with our loan processor at which point she explained but didn’t mention the resource. Overall, I do highly recommend just make sure you ask questions up front and for the home buying guide.
