PNC Bank Monroe Dr, Atlanta

Arthur called me about my business account last week just to see how things were going and I actually told him that I had been trying to contact PNC for the last week to change my business name on the account. I told him that I legally changed the name with the state of Georgia and with IRS and he said okay, come by on Wednesday at 9:30. Got there and he has me sitting in his face waiting for him to send an email. When a customer is right in your face, you attend to that customer first (mind you I arrived exactly on time). Also, when I got there, he couldn't even remember what our appointment was for. He goes "you're here to create a business account right".... Then, I hand him my documentation to show my full name change and he goes "Oh I didn't know you changed the whole name, I thought there was just like a spelling error on the name. I can't change this. You have to make a whole new account". Not sure where the confusion came from, but I clearly told him on the phone that I had completely changed the name and I even told him the new name. So he says it's going to take 40-60 minutes to create the new account. I had a meeting at 10:30 and he already wasted my time checking his inbox. So, I couldn't even do it that day. I drove 30 minutes there in work traffic for nothing. Would never come back to this location again.

I don’t know why there are bad reviews. Just had one of the best experiences ever. I wish I got my teller’s name, but she was a gem to work with.

The bank is empty but yet the drive thru is so slow. Ridiculous.. there should be no reason why I have to get out of the car/drive thru to make a transaction when there are NO CUSTOMERS in the bank.

Literally the worst run bank in the whole state! DO NOT go to this branch, I personally wouldn’t recommend using PNC at all but If you have to use them DO NOT go to this branch! Horrible service, always understaffed, rude manger and do not care for their customers. I will be moving all of my accounts to another bank that values their customers and services that reflect respect for the customers time and business!

Received great service setting up an account and the few times I've been in, always fast and friendly. Parking is a little hard to find on the one way street behind the building. Whatever you do: Do not park across the street at the bar.

Severely understaffed. The poor employees can’t even answer the phone when you call…because they don’t have enough staff. I wanted to exchange for some euros for our trip to Europe this summer. The banker lied about how quickly they could order them. Ended up not making it before we left.

Horrible service! Wanted to pay off my mortgage and couldn't go into the branch. Waited in a line of cars for one drive through window for 45 minutes

The new manager at this branch is not helpful most of the times (fake smile & greetings only!!). However the rest of the staff are really respectful, hardworking and helpful. Iam rating this branch based on the manager's performance. Overall the PNC bank is a great bank.

I dont get why this bank is sooooooo slow and dont say Covid because every other bank is moving kinda quick even the PNC on Wesley chapel is pretty fast but im still in line 35min now and it was only 2 cars in front of me just throw the whole bank away

Professional and friendly staff with great management. I drive numerous miles passing several bank including other pnc branches to visit this location. Customer service is A+++
