Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Monroe Dr, Atlanta

I wish there was a way to put 0 stars b/c they don't deserve any. My bank account was compromised in January and I thought I had worked through it with Jasmine (who is sweet and tries). Apparently BOA thought I could be in Atlanta and Miami at the same time so denied my claim without telling me, then cleaned out all of my savings account to cover the deficit in the compromised account. I went in to try and work through it in person and the Branch Manager, Geneva, basically told me that there was nothing more that they could do for me and that I didn't need to waster Jasmine's time trying to help me. She was mean, inconsiderate and has not place as a manager. I have already opened a new account with another bank and after 30 years, will close ALL of my accounts with BOA. They are horrible to their customers and couldn't care less about helping.

Hidden gem behind other buildings... but quite terrible service when I asked an associate to help me navigate fraud on my checking account. I was guaranteed the account would NOT be put on hold until the next day -- after my life insurance was directly withdrawn. Now my life insurance policy was compromised because of employee ineptitude and lack of collaboration between the service department he spoke with over the phone to help my case. Waited too long (~30min) for this poor quality service. Very unfortunate. Very poor representation of the future of Bako of America if this lack of training and poor handling is pervasive. Also, given I've been a client for nearly 3 decades, this poor service is truly disheartening.

Never seem to have enough tellers. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I just decided to go to another branch since the line had only moved by 1 customer. You would think the branch manager or someone else would come to assist as there were other employees in offices with no customers.

Excellent service! We walked right in and Galen was happy to assist. We were out with in an hour of setting up our new account.

Drive up windows: All three closed forevermore! Go inside...there might even be one teller working! I'm ready to take my business account somewhere else.

Okay... the branch has months closed! Please we understand the situation but don’t abuse about virus-19. We don’t have time to “do the tour” in the city and waste time to check which one is open or less cluttered. Not always automated system is the magic bullet for all solutions. Human interaction is needed and customer service over the phone sometimes may turn in a nightmare.

Deposited 1700 for my son's school tuition at this ATM. Funds never appeared on my account and Bank is not being accountable for this!! So irritating

Excellent service! We have met with Mr. Libby couple of times. Galen was very kind and very attentive to our inquiries. Glad to have opened accounts at this branch.

The staff at this location is all lip service. Other than the guy that works as a teller I can’t figure out what anyone else does aside from socializing with each other.

I loved it so much really nice people! I got my debit card there!
