The branch is very well taken care of. Even though it was busy when I arrived, the banking staff was very efficient, they were taking care of the customers promptly. I would like to express special gratitude to the branch manager, Kim, and the relationship manager (I think that was his position) Alejandro. Both of them were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Kim provided informational help on how to resolve my situation, then Alejandro assisted me in getting it done. They also followed up with me to make sure everything worked out for me and offered future assistance which I greatly appreciate!

They don’t have a restroom for their customers and they lines take forever because they only have two bank tellers on staff SMH they need to put the other bankers to work instead of them waking around trying to look busy and looking over the tellers shoulder, take another guest geesh!

This Bank of “America” has to be the poorest representation of this Corporation! Went in today and they actually told everyone they have no Tellers FOR THE ENTIRE DAY even though they had a Teller but she was working up front. This branch has NO DRIVE THRU and NO TELLERS TODAY!! they RARELY have more than one teller during a typical day! There will be 6 people in line always getting money orders which takes the tellers at least 5 minutes per transaction for some reason. This review is not about the employees as they are always very nice but Management is to blame.

The worse bank there is!!! Wrote on my check so cashing it anywhere else was impossible, meanwhile they claim they couldn’t cash it but I’ve cashed checks there using the SAME identification previously.

I was looking for Subway restaurant that was in the same plaza where Bank of America was at on Piedmont Rd, when I didn't c the Subway restaurant wasn't there no longer so when I seem the Bank of America building still was there it been there for more than 20 years now, still standing

Kim the manager was absolutely fantastic. I had been to multiple branches looking for copies of documents from a closed account. Everywhere I went I felt like no one wanted- or knew how- to help. Kim was great. He produced the document I needed in moments. I found out a few days later that I needed some other documents and he was quick and eager to help. Best banking experience ever!!!!

George was very impressive: he asked the guests gently and politely. Help customers solve problems quietly, quickly, professionally and effectively. Even if you wait in line, you will not be bored because you are happy. But the overall inefficiency of the bank and the inability to provide satisfactory financial services make me feel very frustrated every time I come.

Honestly i did like bank of america until they started to b.s. me I’ve been trying to call for the past week to authorize my account so i can sign on mobile banking and yet they have failed to answer any of my calls instead i spent half an hour listening to an automated robot talking honestly bank of america gotta do better.

Avoid this location. Extremely long wait. The cashier has to get the managers help for every transaction. I waited over an hour to get a printed statement. Bounced from teller, to welcome desk to waiting room only for them to say they wont accept my temporary license. Returned with a plastic valid state Id and told I need my temporary license too suddenly. After almost two hours I was then given the wrong statement.
