I want to say Jerry Pawn shop has always been good to me but today it was a Blessing. Michael made a miracle happened for me and I’m thankful to God for him and his wonderful boss Bruce. Michael is alway patient kind and he speaks encouraging words. He really encouraged me today and those words he spoke will go with me forever.

Moving and took a few things here - Gentleman were not very polite or customer service friendly - all of my items were turned down - I came in with a computer and before I even got that the desk one on of the gentleman yelled out “Oh we aren’t going to take the it’s too old”. Granted I get it but the sheer unprofessionalism abs embarrassment put me on the defense immediately. Then I had a watch that was perfectly fine in excellent condition just needed a battery - one of the gentleman refused to even entertain it saying even if he put a battery in it it still could have problems (which it would not!). Then I had three authentic designer belts and I was told they would take them out of all the things I tried to sell - then moments later they change there mind because I was told they were not real! This place is unbelievable! Unprofessional and extremely offensive - I would NEVER do business with them and urge friend and anyone reading this to stay away as well! I did not have a good experience at all!

John is the best sales person ive ever bought anything from. Jerry’s pawnshop is the best pawnshop in the city no cap. If you ever in the buckhead area check these folks out they have what you want.

Awesome service!!! I went looking for bikes for my kids and Fabian the manager along with John assisted me on my finds. They both provide great service and offered to help load the bikes in my car. I will definitely shop here again. Great merchandise, great prices, and they even have a layaway plan in case you are short of funds. Will be BACK!!

Jerry’s Pawn always have some good quality merchandise especially watches and jewelry and fair prices. Never had any issues with anything I have bought over the years . I’m back today buying another watch. I definitely recommend them and the service is great .

Typical shady pawn shop. They made an offer one day and I came back 2 days later to take them up on it and the offer dropped $100. They said it was ‘just business’. I ended up selling my item on eBay within the hour for $450 more than their offer lol. Too bad they lost out on a repeat customer that was looking to clear out lots of barely used items to downsize. Oh well, it’s just business 😎

Jerry’s is the best pawn shop in Georgia. I went to the one in Buckhead and Atlanta! They both were amazing. I want to give a special thanks to Favion and John for helping find the right camera lens for my long ranges shoots. Favion answer phone when I called to ask questions. He took his time with me and helped me through the entire way over the phone. Than when I came into store Favion was busy so John helped me. John helped me and took his time as well. I am please with the teamwork this store has. The store manager is amazing as well Bruce. Bruce took his time to see if I could exchange from a different store. He was nice about everything and still give me a great deal. I will always come back here first to see what this pawn shop has before I go to any others. Extremely please with this store. It’s hard to give a pawn shop a 1 star but it’s deserved. Terribly low prices, tried to give me $25!!! for a fender champion 100 guitar amp that other pawn shops were offering $150 for. This man said “well it’s a pawn shop” 😂 anyways, terrible service and prices. Shoulda known with the current 2.5 rating on Yelp but yeah.
