Worst bank you can go to. The tellers are rude, the atm broke and they told me oh well they can’t give me my money back to file a fraud report. I’m cancelling my bank account with this bank and would never recommend to anyone.

Absolutely zero stars for this BBT branch, they deserve a negative 5 based on my recent extremely negative experience. Randy Harsey, Branch Manager, is useless and covers up the fraudulent mistakes that his tellers make instead of attempting resolution. This branch cashed a large check in which the payee line was obviously altered from the business it was written to originally. Both Mr. Harsey and the teller lied to cover up their mistake of allowing an individual to cash an altered check. I do not recommend conducting any business with this branch in particular based on the lack of integrity, ethics, and honesty of Mr. Harsey and his team.

They are without a doubt the very best bank to go to. Great tellers, knowledgeable bankingassistants with good hearts and willing to do what is best for you.

30 minutes and still waiting in the drive through

I like this branch. It is a small branch bank they do the best that they possibly can with how many ppl they have working. Connie is always there to help and the ladies behind the teller window always have a bright smile.

First off never mess with anyone's money. Went into this location to cash a check drawn off SunTrust. Renee who was the one cashing my check. Talked to herself the whole time which I thought was stranged. She failed to tell me there was a fee involved she has already completed the transaction and took $7.00 fee nowadays is alot for someone. About to receive my money she then tells me oh there was a fee involved. Really? Why wasnt I told that before hand? She said I forgot to mention that I'm sry. I asked can you waive that fee since you didn't tell me before. I was told no. So I spoke to the manager. Explain what happened he apologized and still didnt give me the fee back. For a bank not willing to correct there mistake what was done no matter what the fee was. Not a bank I would ever trust to keep my money safe in. I would highly recommend you not use this bank for any of your banking needs. Hope this review helps where you decide to bank.

This is no longer BB&T. We now have long line and tellers that make mistakes. Please bring back the original BB&T staff
