Wouldn't give them a star but you can only click 1. I opened up an account wanted to get direct deposit going on. The main reason why I didn't just cash the check I just got the day before at a business just right across the street. The man said okay it's deposited. He didn't say the money wouldn't be available 48 hours later. I went up there 2 pm next day tried to get some cash the teller says the funds weren't available. I tell her that the man said nothing about 48 hours and if I had known that I would just cashed it at Wal-Mart or something and he never even got the routing number and bank account number to set up direct deposit. Amateurs.... wish I never left first bank. The best bank I ever had. I have been all over the U.S.

Always great service. Bank where everyone knows your name. I miss them. Waiting for them to re-open.

Just had my first negative experience with this branch. I love it when people tell you that they can't do something simple for you when it's been done before at a different branch without any issues. And the only reason you called this branch in the first place is because they are open until 6 p.m. Customer Service at it's best, NOT. Aggravated to the MAX because someone is just LAZY.

Love this bank and the atmosphere. Just wish it had a drive thru window like other Suntrust banks.
