Navy Federal Credit Union - ATM Wolfcreek Ln, Memphis

I've been a member for approximately 30 years. Love nfcu💓. The atm is very convenient. There are a few drawbacks sometimes. Sometimes only one works or they cannot accept cash deposits. Not accepting cash deposits is BIGGG. But it's only a couple times a month or so. Other than that, it's in a nice location and better than driving to Millington.

This ATM almost never works particularly with deposits. Theres often people soliciting outside especially around the end of the month. I’m sure thats not an accident. If you want to deposit money you’ll have to go multiple days and just hope it works. Its unfortunate this is the only Navy Federal ATM in the Memphis area. Millington is far and the people are rude there too. Hopefully Navy Federal will step up.

I had to file a dispute because the atm took my 400$ . They Accepted The Claim And Added The 400$ To My Account But Then 2 Days Later Took The 400$ And Only Added 300$ Because They Say It Was Only Over 300$ When I Know I Counted 400$ Before The Machine Took My Money. I Don't appreciate this nor how they handled the situation. But Whatever Navy Federal, I Use To Love This Bank

I Love the Navy Federal Credit Union and all the services they offer but they need more ATMs in Memphis. Especially if you want to Deposit money.

There's always a line outside, and the ATM's always have issues. You REALLY need a FULL Service Branch in Cordova!! Maybe where the Chick-Fil-A down the street is... they a moving a block down... look into it!!

Loovvee the bank but the lady MS.FREDA up front she has jokes not knowing she was talking to a business owner and also an lot of people in my family protect and serve other than that Navy Federal is the BEST

This is about to be the worst ever update and the inconvenience of this update not allowing any Samsung devices to do mobile deposit .... then you drive a hour to one of their deposit ATMs to only find out it doesn't work... they can't give you no time frame of when it can be fix to have to drive another location to find out or hope it works.. trash update

I don’t usually have to go into the bank but when I need to it’s frustrating to drive 45 minutes so please get a branch in the Olive Branch Mississippi/Memphis Tennessee area

I’m so sick of them. 98% of the time you can’t make a deposit and driving from Cordova to millington is not an option for me every time I need to deposit money. We need a branch in Cordova!!! Fix it please!

The ONLY ATM they have to deposit money in besides Millington..takes me 25min just to drive here and hope the machine is working! Today was one of those days that it's NOT! Please get an ATM in the Memphis area!
