    Easily deserves a 5 star rating. Wolfchase Toyota made a lot of promises on our new Tacoma purchase. Buddy followed through each and every one of them. I was shocked that they even had a new Tacoma and the dealer stayed open way past closing to assist with the deal. I feel financing could've gone better, but that's dealer financing for you. I get it. I feel like I got a great deal and everyone (except financing) was a joy to deal with. I have highly recommended you guys to all our friends and family.     I went for an oil change with complimentary inspection. Although the price was a little higher than other service centers, the service was good and they didn't try to oversell anything. It took around 1-1.5 hours for the oil change with appointment. Definitely one of the best places for regular maintenance for Toyota in Memphis.

    I can truly say I’ve never had a better car-buying experience than with Courtney Young at Wolfchase Toyota. We visited all of the Toyota dealerships in north MS and Memphis area looking to purchase a 4Runner. All of the other salespeople we dealt with were pushy and wanting to just sell whatever they had on the lots, even though it wasn’t what we were truly wanting. Wolfchase Toyota was the last stop on our list. We were greeted by Courtney and she was attentive to what we were looking for. Even though they didn’t have exactly what we wanted on the lot at the time (there’s a shortage— not anything in their control), she took the time to sit down and find one in Toyota’s database that was still being built in Japan at the trim level we were wanting. She made the process very easy and smooth, was up-front and honest with us, and answered all of the questions we had. The 4Runner took a couple of months to make it here from Japan, but she kept us updated along the way. When it arrived, it was the best buying process we’ve ever had. She made sure it was exactly what we wanted. The finance manager, Brian, was also great to work with. We took our time going through the paperwork and finding the right warranty package that would best suit our needs. He was very patient, didn’t rush us, and worked with us to accommodate exactly what we wanted instead of pushing what we didn’t need. We also visited the parts department to purchase some steps for the 4Runner before we left— the two gentlemen there were friendly and helpful as well. You don’t find this type of service and people at dealerships anymore! This experience has stuck out to us and when we are ready to buy again, we will coming straight to Courtney at Wolfchase.     Please don’t go there they are very expensive and they gave me the car the Rate 5.88 my credit is very good the car I got Lexus 2018 I am not recommend no one and the car they sale it to the Engine Light show up after the next day when I asked them to are not exchanging don’t go there i am telling you dirt car I have bad experience or I can’t do nothing I am so 😡 I don’t no abut car they use that advantage how come someone do that people are Evil just for there owned benefits that they are not trying to help someone or work for everyone they just selfish And now I find out I have to use premier glass he didn’t tell me people just using you for there Commission sad I am pieced off and the Manager ease rude he’s not even try to help and I have this car just 2days it’s 45,000 dollars car

    Went there knowing I wanted a Toyota (I miss my four runner!) just wanted to look at the Ravs, because I am on a very tight budget with my recent personal life changes and finances. Al Perez (recommend him!) showed me some beautiful smaller sized SUVs on the lot, but then I sat in a Camry on a whim, and loved it. THEN the sales manager decided he could get me a better deal on the BRAND NEW 2022 Camry and pulled around one special from me that wasn't even on the lot (just came in!) they took amazing care of me, and I bought it on the spot (oops). So my trip to just look at cars left me in a stunning new car. This is my second new car I've bought from Wolfchase Toyota. And my next car (hopefully a brand new four runner again!) will be from there. Thank you guys for taking care of me when I needed it most!

    Worst place I’ve ever brought a cat to get serviced, had two cars I’ve brought up there to get serviced one was supposed to be serviced under warranty and it was a long process witch is understandable. The cat worked fine for about 2 weeks then an electric issue popped up with one of the connectors and they tried charging me $2,000 to fix it I ended up arguing with them for a while till they fixed for around $100 still to much. My girlfriend brought another car up there because of her free oil change plan and some how left paying $400 on a bunch of stuff and they even ended up sneaking $10 onto the oil filter that should have been free. Very poor service never would recommend. NEVER GOIMG BACK

    Monterious was super helpful in helping me find a car within my budget. When I was having issues getting ahold of my insurance during the buying process, he was very patient. I also appreciated that he wasn't the typical pushy car salesman showing me things that were over my budget.

    They are normally always great, until this past saturday. What is the point of making an appointment? I had an appojntment at 9:40, basic oil change with a rotate and balance. How come I didnt leave until 3:15? How did a guy who got there at the same time as me leave 3 hours before me? And all the sales guy could say was "Well didnt you leave and come back?" Yeah okay so? Its my fault other people cant arrange a ride? So all that is telling me is they were just bumping people ahead of me. Poor customer service.

    Recently purchased a new Toyota here and was not a pleasant buying experience. Mandatory 700 dollars for window tint that I did not want and refused to refund it. I didn’t mind paying at first cause it was the vehicle I wanted. After driving it for a few weeks, I’m not happy and the service people told me there’s nothing else that can be done. Give me my 700 dollars back for the window tint please!!

    the worst experience ever trying to buy a van from this dealership! moe the sale rep was horrible, he didn’t even seem to care about helping me and my wife. after dozens of try to purchase the sienna and he was supposed to call us about the van, never did we had to go online to see when it will get ship to the dealership. only was told by him it was all pre sold and we had to wait six months!

    I recently purchased a brand new Avalon. I worked with Nicole S, who provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions thoroughly. There was no pressure to buy; only the desire to inform me of the benefits of purchasing a new Toyota.     I am disappointed in my new Tacoma buying experience!! My brand new Tacoma came with transport scratches .... I took the Tacoma back, after four hours of repairs, I still have the same scratches and lots of overspray. The detail people do not care. :(

    The cars are not that bad. However, we had a HUGE issue with the sellers . No one approached us. We had to go in and ask for a seller. The only person who approached us was a Toyota mechanic. He was a WAY better seller than any of the actual reps. We were so close to purchasing a car here, but the customer service we receive was not satisfactory. All of the sellers that we dealt with were lazy. Not going there ever again!

    My buying experience with Wolfchase Toyota was exceptional. Scott Dodds made the buying process smooth and stress free. About a month after taking possession of my truck I experienced some mechanical issues and reached out to Matt Trumbo who got back to me that night and had already spoke with his service manager to get the issue resolved. The service manager Jeff Brown reached out the next day and started working with Toyota to get the repairs covered under warranty. They were very prompt and transparent with repairs, I would highly recommend Wolfchase Toyota and cannot thank them enough.

    I just purchased a 2021 Toyota Sequoia this past Saturday. I started the car buying process by inquiring about the vehicle of interest via the internet. The car buying process was a completely professional and enjoyable experience from the initial inquiry to the handing over of the keys. My salesman Clay was extremely helpful, attentive and super cool to work with. My sales manager Buddy was very fair with price and trade. My finance manager Sonny was very professional, informative and made the final buying process a breeze. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Wolfchase Toyota. Keep in mind I drove over 3.5 hours to purchase this Sequoia. With that said, I would definitely do it again!

    This place is AMAZING!!! I had an issue with my battery last fall and they got me in to change it out in less than a week and the battery was still under warranty! I also got a complimentary cleaning! Fast forward to now and I had the fuel pump recall on my Camry. They got me in within two weeks of calling. The second I sat down in the waiting room, I was offered water and/or donuts! After sitting here a while, the service guy came in and let me know I had a free tire rotation and oil change from when I purchased the car! Needless to say they are amazing 1000000/10 recommend!!!

    Wolfchase Toyota definitely has a good service department..recently I missed my appointment and luckily for me when I drove in reschedule, I was able to easily get an appointment later that same day.     Apparently Wolfchase Toyota doesn’t need to sell any cars today. My husband drove up and parked at 6:25pm after seeing a car online that he wanted to test drive. All of the sales associates just looked at him, without saying a word. He had to walk inside to try to get assistance and they told them they closed at 7pm. They didn’t ask him anything, offer to show him anything, or offer any assistance at all. We will certainly never go back. There are hundreds of dealers available and it is a shame for my husband to be treated that way.

    Car broke down, I was in need of a car because I have two jobs and I’m telling you the experience was overall great. When I had an issue the Management team was quick to respond to any questions I had. Terrence is very professional and I received one of the best car deals since living in Memphis.     New car buying experience was pretty good. I thought the service had been great too, until last night. I replaced a cracked wheel 2 months ago and the new wheel is still in the same position after the 25,000 mile service preformed yesterday. Obviously did not rotate my wheels as service paperwork states. What other corners were cut during the standard services? Your service department has completely lost my trust, you will not service my car again!!!

    I own a fairly new model of the Toyota Corolla and took my car in to get serviced for a recall to this Toyota Center. This was some of the worst customer service I had experienced. I was told the estimated time for having my car be serviced for a recall was 2-3 hours. When calling at this time, they told me it would not be available for another 2-3 hours. It became clear I was not a priority to them, and it was a hassle for me, as I stayed in the area unnecessarily, not living in the area myself. When I dropped off and picked up the car, staff members were not wearing masks consistently. In addition, the mechanic told me when I picked up my car that the break pads were too small and recommended replacement. This was strange to me, given that the breaks had not been touched since I purchased the car. I took the car for an outside opinion to a trusted mechanic who said that not only were the break pads the correct size, they were also good to use for quite some time moving forward. This dealership wasted my time, and also tried to take advantage of me as a customer, likely because I was labeled as a woman who didn't know anything about cars. I will not go back here if possible. Please be aware of the above.

    Overall good experience. The salesman were friendly and I felt like the price was fair. Didn’t seem sketchy or like they were trying to sell me short. Minor hiccup on their end with me having to call and remind them a couple weeks later to mail me the title. Only four stars because of this, considering the document is so important and they should have followed up to ensure I had it.

    They are very slow, very unprofessional and service is just down right sloppy to be a TOYOTA DEALER!!! I moved here from Florida, where I've had services/repairs done previously at Central Florida Toyota and Auto Nation Toyota, where service was EXCEPTIONAL (even Toyota de Puerto Rico, located in the Virgin Islands offer a way better experience... it's a joke here. The service in TN is worse than going to a FL jiffy lube, valvoline or Firestone. It's by no means TOYOTA dealer quality. I'll never ever ever ever go back to this toyota location. I'll see what principle Toyota got to offer because this is NOT IT!

    This is my second disappointment dealing with service at a Toyota dealership. It’s hard to believe that a 10k mile 6 month old vehicle that has 100k mile warranty, maintenance and service plan requires that I pay out of pocket for a scan tool to be connected to enable a factory option bc I didn’t purchase my vehicle at this dealership. It’s my understanding that warranty, service and maintenance plans are valid at ALL dealerships. At least that’s what I was told when I purchased this vehicle. Toyota, love your product, but your dealers are getting greedy.

    I had a very good experience here. Was not highly pressured at all. My sales lady spent time showing me how everything worked and also stayed there past closing till all the paperwork was completed. Even before I had decided which car I wanted to test drive, the sales people let me walk around on my own. They gave me a business card if I had any questions.     Everyone at Toyota Wolfchase is always helpful. My salesman Mo was awesome. He stopped me walking around the lot when they were closed and offered to assist me. I told him that I will return when they open. He asked what vehicle was I interested in and told me he could put it on reserve. Mo took my picture in front of my new ride before I even completed my paperwork. As if it was mines already. The process was very quick and easy. Zana the general finance manager is amazing as well. Normally, when purchasing vehicles you be at the lot all day long. I was able to get this done while on my lunch break. I thank you guys and I love my truck.

    I’m not sure if all the high reviews are for the cars that are purchased here. If that’s the case, give credit that to Toyota Corporation for making great cars. This place customer service is horrible in the service department. Update…I came back a year later. Customer service was much better. I was greeted at the car. Many people didn’t just walk by and ignore me. My service tech was not rude. The tech was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. I left with my car’s report. This was a way better experience than last year.

    This place consistently takes 2-2.5 hours to complete an oil change. I have spoken with the manager who always promises it won't happen again, yet it does. The rates keep going up. It's not worth my time anymore. I can service my own vehicle for less money and less time. Do not use this place for vehicle service if you value your time.

    I worked with sales consultant Jim Tomassi and he made sure my first car buying experience was superb. I informed Mr. Tomassi what I wanted with my 2021 Toyota Camry XSE and he made sure he checked every box. The communication was always consistent and thorough, right down to the follow up call a few days after purchase to make sure everything was going well. I upgraded from a 2010 Corolla and Mr. Tomassi communicated the safety features well and made sure I was set to go with my dream car.     Usually the service is outstanding but today I waited almost 3 hours for a low tire and a 3 month maintenance check. After 1 hour & 45 minutes , I inquired how much more wait time would be & what the status was. The service rep said that a new tire was required and needed my approval. I then waited for an additional hour for this tire service. I should have gone to Gateway, I know the wait would have been an hour or less.

    Had a horrible experience with them. Firstly if they had given me a real explanation as to why this is the situation then I wouldn't be as mad as I am now about a car that is barely a month in my possession. I bought a car from Toyota in Little Rock that was a used Subaru. I wasn't expecting much as far as a warranty but there was a silver warranty that was included with the car. Fast forward about a month and the car is pouring out power steering fluid. It hasn't been long and I have the silver warranty that just so happens to include the power steering setup on the car. Keep in mind that with the silver warranty there is a $250 deductible for getting the work done which I was more than happy to pay. I live in Memphis so I called the dealership here in Memphis and they told me to bring it in. I take it in and they check the car out. They order the parts for the car and tell me all I need to pay is the deductible. I said that's fine with me and so they ordered it. They call me a few days later to let me know that the part they ordered was the wrong one (my car apparently needs a whole new rack and pinion) so they tell me that they should still cover it but need to check with the warranty department. Well it turns out that the part has a 100% markup through them. Not just that but they won't cover the whole thing. Matter of fact they won't even cover half of the total. When I asked why I was told that "there was a limit on how much they would cover." Which I was not told when I bought the car. Not just that but that the main thing that I will be paying for is the Rack and Pinion which again, has a 100% markup through them. So now I have to pay $710 extra than expected to get my less than a month old car fixed. Not to mention that the dealership in Little Rock, after I found out how much my repair will now cost for the car, will no longer talk to me. I messaged the finance manager, and my salesman, and called my finance manager and neither of them has responded to me. All this to say I never want to deal with them again, and I suggest you do the same.

    Just, no. This is my third “second chance” and I’m officially done. Service department used to be stellar, back in 2017 when I bought my car. Now, they’ve stopped doing most everything they used to do—like complimentary vacuum and car wash (had to ask twice this time for a car wash). When I got to my next destination, my trunk was soaked inside! I called and tech said, “Oh, sorry, don’t know how that happened,” sounding totally indifferent and not at all apologetic. I also had a special request and my tech forgot. Then told me it’s “assumed you should know this” when I explained I didn’t know something. So, I’m over it. Oh and the WORST wait times—2 hours and 25 minutes for an oil change and a tire plug!! Every time I go in there it’s a bad experience. Too bad, used to love this place.

    I took my 2011 Tundra in because of an oil leak. I was told it would take a couple days and it actually took a week. I was told a rental would be supplied at no cost to me however they tried to charge me for it. I was given a total cost of 4940.00 and when I finally picked up my truck they tried to charge me 5300.00. After complaining it was changed to 5088.00 so I just paid it. Took the truck home and drove it a couple days and it's still leaking oil. The people were very nice and washed and vacuumed my truck but honestly I would have rather just gotten what I paid for and at the original price given. They say they will take care of the problem but that's yet to be seen. I guess I'll find out when Itake it back for them to look at. I just hope it don't take a week again because I kinda need my truck to work out of.

    After my recent experiences at this dealership and their service department, I will be taking our car to another Toyota dealership in the area. This place is so disorganized and today discovered dishonest. I brought our car in Friday for a warranty issue. Once they discovered the problem I was told that a part had to be ordered and would be in Tuesday . The service advisor told me that he would put me down for an appointment at 9:00 that Tuesday morning. Before leaving that Friday I asked my service advisor to check the tire pressure as the tire indicator light had come on that morning. When I left I asked him if they were checked and his response was that the tech checked all the tires and inflated them to their proper level. Three days later the tire indicator light came on again so I checked all the tires myself I discovered that all four were 6-7 pounds short. That told me that they were not checked at all and was basically lied to. When I arrived Tuesday morning for my 9:00 “appointment” no one seemed to know what I was talking about as it was not on their schedule. I had to talk to three different people about this before my service advisor that I dealt with Friday asked me how he could help. He had no idea what I needed and I had to remind him of what was found that past Friday. Since he didn’t schedule my appointment like he said he would before I left Friday, there was no record of why I was there. Very frustrating and very amateurish on their level when it comes to customer service. Then it gets better. After leaving Tuesday I purchased a new air filter to replace the K & N air filter I had purchased about 10 months ago. When I went home to replace it, I discovered that it was no longer there and had a Toyota air filter in its place. It occurred to me that the last time I went in for an oil change at Wolfchase Toyota, the tech who worked on our car switched out the air filters without our permission. Essentially stealing it. It did not need replacing as it was still clean. That was the last straw for me and will never have our car serviced at this dealership again. If I am lucky enough to get a survey from Toyota about me experience I will tell them the same thing I am saying here but don’t look to get one as I have never received one in the past. If someone would like to talk to me about my experience please do. Otherwise to others looking to get their car serviced here, be cautious.

    My husband and I had been to 5 dealerships trying to buy a car without any luck. My husband told each one of them how much we wanted to spend at most but all of them came back with $1200-$1900 more than he told them, they weren’t listening. One salesman even told us that car dealerships don’t make money on cars,and refused to deal on either of the 2 cars we liked. When we got to Wolfchase we were greeted by LV, we were exhausted and frustrated but we told him what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay and I drove home a newer car than I had hoped to buy. LV and the staff made it so easy! This is the 2nd Camry we have bought from Wolfchase and the first experience was wonderful as well. If you are in the market for a Toyota I’m telling you don’t stop until you get to Wolfchase and ask for LV, I will definitely not waste 11 hours at other dealerships the next time I need a vehicle!

    Email to General manager about my experience Hi Matt, I came out to your dealership with my mom for the first time last Thursday. We have been shopping around for a few weeks and we were really impressed with our experience. I would say it was the best that we have had so far. Specifically very customer service oriented, seem to understand my situation and goal, as well as being very welcoming. Unfortunately it seems to have ended there. I said I was very interested in the vehicle and it was my top choice. I also stated that I wanted to make a decision by the end of the month. My situation is complex and needs some one to do what I consider to be their job (sales, sales manager, etc) Specifically no one has even called to follow up. Even if we cant make a deal the minimum expectation would be a follow up call or thank you for stopping by letter. The top notch service that I received has now been ruined by what most sales companies fail to do. Follow Up! I know that it was stated your dealership is the top in sales and that could explain why I didn't receive a follow up. To be honest you may just not need the deal/relationship. Very Disappointing No follow up from him either Despite the follow up request from the dealerships response and after giving them direct contact information they still did not follow up lol I guess they are to busy

    I’m going to be frank, I’m appalled at how awesome my service was. Completely floored. Everyone was attentive and quick. I went in with a cracked radiator, and they had it fixed within hours. 15/10 would go again, and 7/5 stars. To top this whole rave off, a while back my passenger side speaker went out. I’d assumed it was completely broken. It had simply jimmied loose. Someone MUST HAVE reconnected it during my diagnostic check. I value the small things in a service more than the total cost, and this was one small thing that FULLY made my day. I’m pleased as punch, and will be HIGHLY recommending them!

During the finance section, my representative took the time to make sure I understood each document as we went through the sale. Good selection on vehicles.     Had to get a tire replaced. Complete cost of tire and balance was covered under my Road Hazard Warranty. Will from the service department was very friendly and helpful !     The car is beautiful. I couldn’t find a Rav4 Prime locally so I made the almost 400 mile trip to Memphis because Wolfchase had what I wanted.     I’ve been a wolf chase Toyota customer for over 15 years with various vehicles but I will never step foot on their lot again. Had issues with my 2006 Toyota and they said I needed a new starter, paid for the new starter and I ran into the same issues 3 days later. Tried calling and leaving voicemails but no call back. I had to email the GM to get someone to call me back. Got the vehicle towed back and they said the starter was good but the starter relay needed to be replaced on top of a 5 hour diagnostics fee of $400+ I explained I just paid a diagnostic fee a couple weeks ago it’s not my fault they did not fully diagnose my vehicle. Customer service were very rude specifically a young lady named Courtney who seemed like her primary job was to squeeze every dollar she could put the customer. I told them I will just get a new vehicle since this car was older and did the Kelly blue book online which they did not honor. They offered me 1,000 for the car I said fine it’s time for a new one anyway but they said I had to pay the diagnostic fee before they could cut me a check. I was like wow you can’t just take that out the 1,000 your already ripping me off on? The Kelly blue book appraised the vehicle for 2,700. Ended up just selling anyway since I was so tired of dealing with everyone at this place. If your in the market for a new vehicle please do not go here. They are not friendly, helpful, or even considerate. I’m done with wolf chase Toyota.

    Looked on Website for a car. Inquired online and got a phone call in less than 1 minute after I sent my information. Sales rep was very polite, professional and helpful. Unfortunately, I was not able to make a deal after being told I would have to purchase window tinting and a protection package at the total cost of $1900.00 as it is done for all new vehicles. That was a deal breaker for me.

    This place was outstanding. We got my little sister a 2017 toyota corolla as her first car. When we got the car , it was excellently cleaned. Our car salesman was Mr. Perez. He was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this place for anyone.

    Completely awful experience!!! I was quoted one price for an oil change and was charged something totally different. Trevor was an arrogant and unethical representative of Wolfchase Toyota Service Department. I told Trevor that the service representative that I booked my service with told me that I would receive a military discount but Trevor would not honor what I was told. I normally do not visit this dealership for service and because of Trevor and the way he handled my concerns I will not go back. If you choose to go to this dealership, make sure any quote you get from them is in writing or they will develop amnesia. Totally awful experience!!!

    With the shortage of SUVs I knew walking in that they probably would not have what I wanted. Mohammad Ghanem did find me a 2020 Highlander with only 18,000 miles. They offered me a great price and gave me what I wanted for my car. I gathered all of my belongings in the car for while the Highlander was detailed. Working with Tammy Seivers in Finance (who was congenial and patient as I decided how I wanted to finance and which warranties I wanted) was a pleasure. When I finished I found that Mohammad had graciously moved all of my stuff from my car into my Highlander. As I pulled away I noticed that someone had taken the time to program my favorite radio stations. All around amazing experience.

    The best new car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman Eric was informative without being pushy. Matt the general manager is personable and engaging. I can not remember the the name of the person in the finance department, he deserves a raise because we completed the process in about 25 minutes! I was given a flash drive with all my paperwork and was driving out with my new Highlander! I normally would rather have a root canal than go through the normal process of buying a new car, but these guys have it down. I highly recommend!! Thanks guys!!

    Overall, my experience was good! Clay was a great sales rep and Brian was excellent with finance options. I called Clay before we arrived, told him what I was looking for, and he had several great options when we arrived. He was so personable and I never felt pressured into a decision. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable about their products and helped make my decisions much easier. I was a little disappointed in my trade in value and the wait for finance, but those things happen and I would definitely still buy from Wolfchase and Clay again!

    Great people! I looked all over my state for the vehicle I wanted without any luck. Wolfchase advertised one on their website, but it was sold. Lucy went above and beyond and found me one!     Haven’t bought here personally in years based on lack of customer service. We always attempted to because it was more convenient to our home but always ended up ya Chuck Hutton. This past week, my son was in town and asked me to go with him. After shopping around and on a tight schedule he found what he wanted at Wolfchase. I told the sales manager, James, before hand, give me best price off the bat, no time for games. Of course, that didn’t happen. His complete lack of personality, friendliness, etc. would have had me out the door. Not to mention, once my son agreed to terms they changed the price because he didn’t bother to ask if we were financing with them. However, my son really wanted the truck so he moved forward with it. We were put with 2 different sales people due to the first one having an accident and both ladies were great which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. The finance manager was also a pleasure to deal with but having to go through the sales manager was not a pleasant experience, he could care less and a prime example of why car sales people have the reputation they do. I have been driving Toyotas for years and will drive out of my way before I do business with them just as I have for the last 10 years or so.

    Buddy set us up right from the start. We had called and told them what we were looking for and had an appointment. Our salesman, Bryan Rhodes, did an amazing job! He patiently explained all of the features of my new 2021 Highlander Platinum AWD to make sure I knew how to use them. There was no pressure, just friendliness. Brian in the financing department made it as painless as possible and again, no pressure to add on any of the extra warranties except what I felt I needed ( I actually asked for it before he even mentioned the add-ons). This was the 5th Toyota we have purchased from Wolfchase Toyota and we would recommend them to anyone. My son also bought a truck the same day with Bryan and he had the same fantastic experience.     I had so much anxiety about such a big purchase. I'm telling you ... Salesman CLAY CARSON will completely put your mind at ease! He's very warm, personable and a family man. Clay is super knowledgeable about their fleet and is a breeze to text or call.     I went for an appointment to test drive a new 2021 Rav4. The website listed it as in stock and I called and spoke to someone to make an appointment. The phone conversation would've been a great time to inform me that the vehicle I wanted to drive was not available. I drove 30 min and arrived to learn I would be test driving a used 2019. The salesperson took my keys to check out my car and I was stuck for about 25 minutes. I got out as soon as I could. I do not recommend. Please be honest with people about your inventory before they waste gas and time with family. Thanks.

    During a xctry road trip had an alternator issue resulting in an unexpected drop-in to Toyota. We were met by Tiffany. If her AWESOME service is the standard, there is no other place to take your vehicle. EVERY detail was addressed, from repairing the part to providing transportation to&from our hotel, communicating status continuously and informing us immediately when the job was done. You may have noticed I can’t say enough good words about the service. I would recommend Wolfchase Toyota to my closest friends and family.

    Bruce Nazary was very aggressive and rude when I asked him to explain my wife’s Toyota Care plan. I came in to WolfChase to get my wife’s car serviced. I asked him to explain my wife’s Toyota Care plan over the phone to my wife. The Conversation over the phone barely lasted 1min long. As my wife asked a question over the phone , he went along and said ‘I already explained this to you five times!’ I can only imagine how this man acts in person, and especially to other females.

    The overall experience with WolfchaseToyota was great. There was a little hiccup concerning receiving the down payment with it being such a large amount coming from my debit card, but the general manager figured it out.     The entire staff needs to work on sales/customer service skills. I went to look at a 2021 camry and not one person greeted me while i was there. I walked around the sales floor for about 10 minutes before i eventually asked someone for their help. And once i got someone's attention they immediately started with the typical salesman games.     I didn't end up buying a vehicle from these guys but it wasn't due to anything they did. I did end up getting a vehicle somewhere else. But I just wanted to say that Alice was a great salesperson and she went out of her way to make sure that I was happy and informed, she even went outside and took a video of the vehicle that I wanted and sent it to me. I highly recommend her if you're planning on buying a vehicle from this location.

    The Asst Mgr, Will Butcher, is the whole package! He and his outstanding team were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They were able to get my car’s recall taken care of quickly. Will took the time to explain the importance of regular maintenance to my newly driving daughter for her car’s tune up. The shuttle driver even cracked a joke with me as he passed by.     I purchased my previous Toyota Sienna from Wolfchase Toyota so we already were prepared to look at Toyotas while shopping for our newest addition to the family. We actually went by other dealerships prior to arriving at Wolfchase Toyota because we thought we would stretch our comfort zone; however, we ended up right there where we had purchased before. The sales team is wonderful! We had an awesome experience from start to finish. We were undecided and they were extremely patient and informative. We changed our mind mid stream and they just picked right up with us to make certain we were satisfied with our purchase. They stayed way past closing time as well as worked through supper just for us. After we got home, we realized we had lost our checkbook. Greg immediately went all through our trade-in and found the item hidden between the seat and console. He let me know it was safe. I truly appreciate his integrity and the whole car-buying process. They made us feel like family. I also feel they gave us a fair deal on our trade-in as well as a fair price on the new Highlander. Now I'm driving my new favorite car that I didn't even consider until they listened to what I was looking for and showed us our best options. I absolutely LOVE my new ride and will return the next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle because Wolfchase Toyota is the perfect place to shop as well as purchase a new vehicle.     I worked with Clay to get my 2020 Tacoma. He was readily available to help via text and flexible around my schedule. When I arrived, he was professional and VERY knowledgeable about the trim levels and features.     Great Car Buying Experience! I submitted an offer online using the Wolfchase website for the car I wanted. I got an email and call from Clay Carson shortly after. I negotiated a price over the phone. I drove to Wolfchase and picked up the car. Everyone there was friendly and I wasn't lied to just to get me on the lot. I actually got a better deal than what I asked for. Clay was up front and honest about the whole process. A couple days before I went to Chuck Hutton Toyota after agreeing on an offer over the phone but once I arrived they increase the price of the car I wanted drastically.

    I have always had a great experience Wolfchase Toyota I brought my 2017 Toyota Tundra in for a scheduled engine oil change, but their multi-check inspection noted that my alignment was off. They fixed that too and rotated my tires. The only fly in the ointment was the time it took to get back on the road. The three hour wait was a bit excessive, but that has not been my experience with them in the past. Usually it’s a quick in and out, so I attributed that to the work load of that day.

    It isn’t often I recognize individuals or a business, lease of which a car dealer. Wolfchase Toyota, after my buying experience today deserves such recognition. Lavarius was the sales person who helped me. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and no pressure. I mean zero pressure. We test drove a few different cars including another test drive prior to purchase just so I could be sure. He was honest and up front and positive. I can’t ask for more. Tammy in finance was equally wonderful to work with. She was positive, took her time to answer questions, and I had many and made the finance and portion portion an absolute breeze. Wolfchase Toyota has earned a customer for life. I highly recommend them.

    I go here to get my car service. I feel as if my service associate try to nickel & dime every visit. I can never just get an oil change & go. Its always you need an alignment, brake, flush, filters, wipers, tires every visit. This is after I have had an alignment 30days ago, new tires 6mos ago & etc.

    Wolfchase Toyota is not locally owned; are part of a national organization, and it shows. You would think that would mean better buying volume for them to be able to pass on discounts / savings to buyers. Nope. No. Heck No. They over charge on their new units and low ball y’all like crazy on your possible trade in. All about maximizing profit and minimizing service. They could care less about you. What an absolute waste of time. Just say no and don’t waste your time Auto emails are sent from the alleged General Manager and Sales Mangers, but they never respond to your replies to their emails. They don’t return phone calls. McDonald’s on a very bad day gives way better service than Wolfchase Toyota’s on their best day. Just stay away from them and don’t waste your time.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. I recently visited this dealership in search of a new car. A used car of theirs caught my eye and I immediately went inside to discuss a price. The sales rep., Nicole, went and fetched her manager to further discuss the price of the car. Her manager, Buddy, was the rudest and most misogynistic man I have ever met in the car dealing industry. He antagonize me about the price I was willing to pay for the car and then explained that he would be crazy and stupid to sell me the car at that price. He then tried to tell me that MY reason for walking into their dealership is because of their "guaranteed low prices" and that I wouldn't find any better prices on cars in the Mid-South area. When I refused to agree with his tainted logic, he proceeded to tell me, "You obviously are not going to purchase this car, so you have a good day." I gladly picked up my belongings and left. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. The same day, I went to Honda and they gave me an amazing offer on a brand NEW car of the same make and model. Needless to say, the offer was exactly what this dealership wanted for their used car. I have told all my friends and family about my experience and I am writing this review to warn any other prospective buyers that you are absolutely NOT getting the best price for your vehicle and you may or may not get quality service when shopping for your vehicle. I hope more training is implemented to the employees of this dealership in order to help them learn how to properly talk with others, let alone, prospective buyers. Toyota lost multiple customers due to this incident, and will continue to lose customers as long as I continue to tell others of my horrid experience.

    I purchased a used Lexus in July 2020 and 4500 miles later I came in for my first oil change and was given several things that need to be done. I was told wiper blades, 2 air filters and both front and back wheel alignment. I saw no result of the wiper blades need replacing they worked perfectly, the tires showed no sign of being out of alignment, nor does it pull to the left or right when I release the wheel while driving, plus I have never been to a dealership for a full oil change and it not include a tire rotation. I went to speak with the used car manager (Tariq Malik) about what was done to the car before it was placed on the lot before being sold and that was a more horrible experience, he was rude and walked off as I tried to speak with him about it. I felt like I was at two different dealerships (service department and used car sales). I truly feel like was trying to be sold something that I did not need at all. I spoke with my car salesman about it before I left and he tried to help and I appreciated it. I wanted to take it back to the dealership where I bought the vehicle but I left like I was trying to be sold something that I truly did not need.

    Purchased vehicle from dealership, was lied to from Sales Management about the service being done on vehicle, Did deal with that Sales Manager again, and dealt with another Sales Manager who knew exactly what I was talking about with the service not being done to which he agreed hadn't been done. He made sure the service and inspection was done. So I drove home and all week have enjoyed my vehicle, went to work and was stopped by the police for a vehicle check. I had NO registration to show that I owned the vehicle. The police officer was nice and let me go with a warning for not having registration. I called the dealership this morning 6/11/19 and was told "I have to print out my own paperwork (buyers order)" and they provided me a jump drive with the paperwork on it. They were saving the trees by not printing the paperwork. So I am suppose to spend my money there and then print my own paperwork out? so who is saving the trees or are they so cheap and to not even provide the registration? And was not told any of these by the dealership! before driving off the lot. I am really going to hate to have to go back for the registration that they are suppose to do. This is the worse buying experience and certainly would not recommend anyone going there.

Our process changed recently and now that we have gone mostly paperless, customers are given a USB with all the documentation on their purchase. However, you do bring up a great point about needing documentation to keep in the vehicle prior to you getting your registration paperwork on your recent purchase. I will be happy to address your concern with the appropriate department. Unfortunately, you would not have been given a copy of your registration until we register your vehicle with the state. That process takes about 2-3 weeks. I can print out a copy of your Bill of Sale if you still need this information. Again, I apologize with your frustration on the issue of paperwork.     I always got my car serviced at Principle Toyota because that's where I purchased it. I just happened to be in the Wolfchase area and stopped there to get my oil changed. The treatment I received just driving up without an appointment too..... Was different as day and night. They really treated me like I was priority and made me feel like they sincerely care about me as a customer. I was so impressed.....i immediately scheduled to bring my car back for it's scheduled 60,000 mile maintenance. It will be worth the drive. My next Toyota WILL be purchased from this location....... 24000 miles later.....I did exactly that. Purchased a 2021 Venza. The process was very smooth and my sales person Grayson Hall was awesome. They are so up to date on technology. I was just taken by the smart desk technology. They gave me all of my signed documents on a USB drive. This was a great experience all the way around.

    Service could be better. A lot of reaching when it comes to issues. Bought a 2018 Camry from a Toyota dealership. Blind spot randomly had some issue that I took picture and took it in for. This issue happened basically 7 months after I bought it. Person who helped me out immediately brought me over and asked if the car has ever had a paint job in the area he was pointing at. I stated no, as the only information I was aware of was the front number being replaced, which was informed to me by the dealership, and the rear bumper being touched up because of some deep scratches I didn’t like a week after I got it, which didn’t need panels removed. He pointed at a completely different part of the body and said that because the area has a bubble that the car MUST have been impacted and had body work done on it. That’s quite a stretch we just made there without any clear evidence that damage has occurred and is causing the blind spot not to work. All that we have come to a conclusion of is that there seems to have paint touch up on that panel area that I wasn’t aware of. If that sort of stretch was made where I worked at fixing things, that would not fly without 100% clear evidence that demonstrates damage. Will update.

    Recently, purchased a used Prius. Woke up this AM to a dead battery. I had another shop tell me my battery needed to be replaced. Called Wolfchase and they were able to get me in same day. Tested battery and it was fine. It was refreshing to walk into a dealership service department and actually save money. They also fixed a dome light that the other dealership was supposed to have fix. Waiting area was clean & friendly staff. Car wash with oil change was nice, too.
