Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) N Germantown Pkwy, Cordova

I wasn’t greeted or assisted once I walked in. The associate just walked past me multiple times without acknowledging me or the customer behind me. Finally, I approached her and informed her that I needed something notarized. She then informed me that there was no notary available. I wish she would have told me that before I wasted 25 minutes of my time!

I was greeted with the best experience. Cashunna helped assisted me with respect and ensured my need were well taken care of. The bank was extremely clean and hand sanitizer was everywhere to comply with covid compliances. Yes! It was the real sanitizer. Definitely will be using them again.

The lady at at window of Indian decent was extremely rude to me today and would not answer any of my questions. I'm a new accout holder and second guessing my decision to bank here. I will be filing a complaint.

Would be so much better if they opened up the drive through window. Great employees. Very friendly just not enough help.long lines and wait due to being short handed. Even so if 1 would open up the drive through it would at least stop the pile up of people waiting in the bank together.

Went there today and found out that they are not open on Thursdays now and when they are open they close at 4 pm. Like the other guy said. Most people are still at work at 4 pm. Been with BOFA for over 15 yrs now and starting to wonder if I should stay with them. Just checked and now closed on Fridays. That just changed overnight. You need to update your hours on the site cause it still shows your open on Thursday and your not.

Went in to place a foreign currency order and was told I couldn't by the 2 women at the desk off to the side. Even though the website says "Customers with credit cards only can order currency at a financial center." I was at the financial service center and have 2 credit cards with them but I wasn't helped.I called customer service and a man who was very helpful said they can do them and so he called to see if he could find out what was going on. He called me back and said they gave him the the most attitude and they told him he they wouldn't do it. He said he didn't agree, I said I didn't either, but he said he couldn't make them then apologized on B of A. Pathetic and useless branch!

I was looking for an atm, and found this BoFA atm. it’s a physical bank as well, where the lobby service was closed for the day, when I was visiting. The atm was fine, just the usual one.

I just want to start up by saying this Bank of America location was great they had very good customer service Marcy helped me out with all of my needs today. I was very pleased with the service everyone was polite and courteous. highly recommend this location!!!

Only the drive through is open. Didn't have anything posted about it on the door. Line wrapped around the building for the one and only drive through open. Waited 25 minutes to talk to the only employee doing anything. And she was apathetic, slow and rude.

The experience I had today is horrible I was missed treated and not acknowledged by the staff I couldn’t cash my check then I tried the atm and no good I lost my debit card my card was on hold and my account I want my money back ASAP I will go to corporate if I have to you guys are horrible I will never !!! Use this bank again !!!!

Yes, there is always a line to the door due to only 1 teller available at times, and yes, no one available during lunch. A teller recorded $50 on a $500 cash deposit with NO apology when I pointed it out, so made me wonder if she was going to pocket it. Make sure you check all receipts before you leave! With these reviews I DREADED going in to withdrawal and close my dec'd parents' account. However, Theresa was awesome! I was 30 minutes early from a prior appt and she saw me earlier than my scheduled appt. The total appt was 1hr 15 minutes but she was having trouble with computer, and with hubby being in IT I knew her aggravation, and also her joy when she resolved the issue. When she needed assistance a co-worker came immediately and she even called HQ for questions. Due to Theresa, my attitude abt this branch is much more positive. My advice is call and schedule an apppt, and don't have any appts after your visit to the bank. Sounds like a lot of complaints were just impatient.
