My first time coming to this location, to cash a check made out to me. I thought the people at the window were very rude and made it super difficult, when it never has been at any other locations I've been at. So I was inconvenienced and still didn't get my check cashed.

I opened up a bank savings account for 2 weeks ago. The women Gretchen told me I would receive a email for online banking which I never received. I called the next day, we confirmed my email and she resent, I still did not receive it. I called customer service number and she spelled my name wrong in the email. Also I never received a debt card so when I went to withdraw money, I explained my negative comments about my experience so far, Gretchen came to the window and said she did not need my attitude and that my account wasn’t eligible for a card! I have already called corporate, she does not need to be a banking account specialist if she is unable to do her job correctly.

30 year customer moving all my business to another bank over poor customer service. Last straw was my credit card was compromised and the CSR said i would have my replacement card in two days. After the third day I called again and was told my replacement card had not been processed yet. Very sad....
