Addition Financial 13th St, St Cloud

First my apologies for this late post. On Monday, February 28th, I stopped at Addition Financial in St Cloud during my lunch break, I went to the drive through. I had the pleasure of speaking with Dina Reyes, although this is not the first time that I have dealt with Mrs. Dina, I wanted to say, she provide excellent customer service. She is such a humble, down to earth, helpful, and friendly person. In addition, she is very professional, polite, and always greets me as well as others with a smile. Like the saying "service with a smile". I have been a member for over twenty years, my experience with Addition Financial have been great thus far, thanks to someone like Dina Reyes. Been with Addition for over a decade (when it was still CFE). Staff here (especially St. Cloud) is great. Recently went in and opened an account (and closed a separate one). Staff was super accommodating and patient the whole time. Dina is an absolute gem as a teller. Love having her assist me when I come through the drive through. Have had several different types of loans and accounts over my years here. As long as nothing changes (and we don't move) we'll be Addition members.

I absolutely loved being with Valerie, she over explained what was happening and very helpful with me being a first time credit card holder. Absolutely loved her personality, very helpful highly recommend going to Valerie. Thank you so much!!

I went to open a checking and savings account with my daughter and our experience was very good. Keith was extremely helpful and he made the process go very quickly and he was also very informative .I would recommend Keith and the Addition team for your account needs any day.

Valerie Folion was a great! Super helpful, answer all my questions, and explain everything related to my specific situation, resolved pending process and provide all the information to the new products Addition has to offer and set me up with them. Kudos to Valerie!!!

Never had to wait long going thru the drive thru, but today it was bad. only one car in front of me and it took 15 minutes for whatever she needed done. I was making a deposit and it took another 15 minutes. Something was definitely wrong cause I have never had it take over 1/2 hour to do a deposit. The staff has always been pretty quick and accurate

Patricia Hernandez gave amazing customer service, as well as used all her resources to be able to get me on the right track with my credit. Very sweet overall!

Made an appointment to make sure I can be seen, then for them to tell me I still have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes to see someone. This was not ok at all! Took my lunch to take care of business, made my appointment in time still to have to sit and wait! Unacceptable!

Patricia and Valerie helped me to get started on my first debit card there service was excellent they both speak 2 languages so it makes it easier for me to understand how it works and how to check my card balance and all of that.The service was the best,att the time I came they treated me excellent.

The staff at the St Cloud location are wonderful! I was in a couple weeks ago and Jessica helped me track down a copy of a bank statement from December 2013 for tax purposes from my closed account. She did everything possible to make sure I had a copy to walk out with. She was professional as well as friendly. It was because of the way Jessica treated me that I came back in today to open an account and switch banks! Valarie assisted me today and not only opened my new accounts, but she was also able to get an auto loan approved for me based on our conversation during the process. I mentioned having trouble securing a loan with my soon be former bank and she suggested looking at the options with Addition Financial. She explained everything to me in detail making sure I understood the bank app and the loan details. The tellers have always greeted me with a smile when I have been in. I’m so glad to be a part of the family again.

Valerie Filipino is amazing and very caring. She helped me with a car loan in January and made it an awesome experience. I came in for some help today and she was just as caring, helpful and helped take a huge burden off of my shoulders. Thank god for her. Poor girl even worked through lunch to help me. Shock! I have not been treated so poorly as I was at this bank. A deposit was removed, when I went in-person to correct I was met with rudeness and a lack of willingness to assist. This issue has caused $300 in fees and still unresolved. Update: My situation has been corrected although it still cost $100 in fees. The assistant manager worked with me and I am happy to say she was professional and very helpful as was the head teller. The true star was M.E. whose customer service skills are impeccable and whose kindness is not seen much in today’s business world.

Applied for an auto loan at the Additions St. Cloud Branch and we dealt with Valerie , she went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly and efficiently, she was always available and more than happy to answer our questions when we called, Valerie even called the Dealer in Tampa to expedite the paperwork for the loan making the process much easier, we will definitely be calling Valerie again when need another loan. Lilly was so helpful to me!! I needed a document for closing on a home loan that I was told I was unable to get by another teller. I knew that wasn't the case because it's possible with other banks. Lilly offered to help me and would not stop until I was able to obtain what I needed from the bank. Thank you Lilly!! She saved me a nightmare of having to contact a Puerto Rican bank, which would've delayed my situation by at least three weeks knowing the way they work in PR. Looking forward to seeing her again soon.

VALERIE HABLA ESPAÑOL Y FUE DE GRAN AYUDA ENTENDER MEJOR LAS OPCIONES DE REFINANCIAR UNA PROPIEDAD. I had an appointment with Valerie from the Addition Financial St.Cloud branch and was treated with sincerity, honesty & respect. Her ability to speak bilingual English & Spanish was a plus in helping me understand certain wording and phrases in either language. Her advice about mortgage refinancing was very informative and have helped us get a better understanding about the house market, escrow, equity, & interest rate. I recommend Valerie for first time home buyers like us interested in learning about refinancing options.

My experience with Addition Financial was excellent. Team Member Valerie Filion made the trip a breeze. She is filled with so much relevant information and got me through the process of refinancing my car loan at a much lower payment and interest rate AND got me on track to get my business started up AND got me on a plan to consolidate my credit and rebuild my finances. Been a member for a long time with the credit union, but today was an exceptional day with Patricia who helped me out with exchange of money that I needed to get.

Miranda in the St. Cloud office is responsible for this five star review- I walked in with a quick question and she thoroughly answered it with a smile on her face. Very professional and efficient- she knew exactly how to help me and double checked every step of the way to assure I was walking out of there with the information I needed. Very disorganize! I made an appointment a week and a half from they date I needed assistance. And out of no where my appointment time was changed. I woke up early on a Saturday to be on time but, it was a waste of time. Valerie contact me after she told me right at the branch door, that I will have to reschedule the appointment but, it was too late. Looks like that they do not know that there are many competitors that want people’s business, and I got another appointment in other bank in less than 10 minutes. This is the reason why many businesses do not last in the market My coworkers warning me about how disorganized they are but, since OCPS advertise them a lot I decided to try. They failed right before I put my feet in there. Pretty bad customer service… One star because I had to pick one, otherwise I will not give them any…
