Michael Demarse and his team at Northpoint Mortgage, Inc. are the best!! They literally stepped in and saved our home purchase at the last minute after dealing with a major bank. We can’t say thank you enough. Mike kept us very well informed and eased our nerves about the entire process. We were very impressed with the professionalism and expediency in which Mike and his team made this happen for us. We HIGHLY recommend everyone to them.

I definitely recommend, Lawrence Lanos, as he completely saved my home purchase. I was initially with a private bank (Bank of America) that was giving me the run around associated with an offered grant program. I re-contacted Northpoint Mortgage about 19days away from my closing date (that had already been pushed back a week due to Bank of America) and he was able to get the job done on time and without a hitch. He was easily accessible, knowledgeable, organized, and very helpful even on the day of closing when the final inspection was leading to other issues. As I write this review, a little over a month out from closing, he has followed up and even was able to help me with a question related to my title company’s actions. It was a pleasure working with you.
