Recently purchased a used camcorder from this pawn shop at a reduced price from $130.00 reduced to $35.00 thought it was a good deal and it was for about 1 week. the touch screen went out after 1 week of use and wouldn't respond. i took the camcorder back to Value Pawn hoping for either some type of repair on this or a store credit even if a partial credit as I had it for a short period of time. I was told by the sales lady that theirs only a 24 hr return policy on any electrical equipment so i left the shop disappointed. On the way out I noticed a couple of used camcorders priced at $20.00 each.in the cabinet..... how simple it would of been for this sales lady to just replace my recently purchased camcorder for one in the cabinet that works. would have been a simple and cheap solution to this problem. i have spent literally $100's of dollars in your shop over the years and you lost my business forever over a $20.00 camcorder. Very poor customer service

I bought a 350 dollar camera that was advertised as working condition. Took it home and it’s defective, constant error every other minute operating it saying the shutter is bad. They refused a refund despite admitting fault that they didn’t thoroughly inspect the camera and sold a broken one false advertising it as working. Manager is the rudest person I’ve seen. Never told me it the refund policy was for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Worst part is There was a disabled old man in after me also looking for a camera and when he asked for the refund policy she stated ONLY “24 hours” and when he couldn’t hear she yelled it him in a disrespectful tone didn’t state it was for STORE CREDIT ONLY. I guess I’ll take the worthless Monopoly money she gave me to another crooked value pawn.

I bought a flat screen TV from them I got home and it didn't work at all even there was a time when my boyfriend got me a ring from there and he spent a lot of money to get it and then the diamond fell out of the ring guys never Shop here and this one girl batalla Spanish kind of like skinny she is a rude person

These people stand by their product. Start here. Bought a scroll saw that was kinda loud, we studied it and agreed it was a simple fix. They backed it up with a protection plan, but with. A little effort, it works fine. Thanks agian team.👍

1 st off I have been buying things from value pawn for over 20 years and never had a problem. Keep in mind this is and area for improvement for Corp to train there managers better and make sure that they are the right person for the job. I have been in the value pawn a handful of times and I must say the staff was very polite “great job ladies “ but when ask for the manager she seem to avoid me several times in regards to things and was very short and had extremely poor customer service. Not really sure what her deal was , it was like she really didn’t care imo. And the smirk she had was like “ I can do and say what I want to “ hey lady no problem. This is one of the times that I had to leave a review because, I believe there is an opportunity for improvement to always get better. So with that in mind this is for the female manager you should take this advice and work a little harder and hone in on your customer service skills and strive to become better. And what ever chip you have on your should, it is not a good look for you or the company. Good luck and hope you take this opportunity to take this feedback and do something with it.

There was 3 women when I went in to sell my jewelry in this pawn shop. The manager being one of them examining jewels to put on lay away for herself. They spoke in Spanish when they didn't want you to understand, only I speak fluent Spanish. Very unprofessional. They looked at my jewels and said they were fake and still offered me money. I declined and sold a different piece, and went and got my jewelry appraised by a true professional and wouldn't you know it they are authentic. So not only are they rude and unprofessional staff at this establishment but they don't know how to appraise jewelry or they are simply con artists. I wouldn't take expensive items here they will Rob you blind. Or unknowingly appraise your items. Go to a professional guys. Cause they are not professional.
