Truist US, Port Richey

Certain tellers can't even acknowledge you and they make more mistakes than not! Today I handed them my bank bag and they never took out the change. Now my deposit is short and I'm sure the company I work for will want to know why. Umm, because this is the worst bank I've ever dealt with will be my answer.

I have gone twice and they have treated me with a very bad attitude. They have been irresponsible, all employees give different information in terms of bank accounts, they never sent me my checkbook which I asked for more than six months ago and every time I call they say I have never made that order. This week I went to guide me to buy a house and they didn't want to help me. Specifically BB&T Gulf view, Port Richey.

Service is always slower than frozen molasses. 45 min to drop a deposit every time I go there l. Pick a different location to do business

This bank is super friendly and they don’t make you feel awkward like most banks do.

If I could rate you at 0 stars I would, easily the most corrupt bank in the entire nation. $100 fraudulent charge from a gas station 60 miles from me, and on top of that they were little to no help at all, all they could do was start a claim with no regards to my $400 that was taken out of my account. Everyone should avoid this bank at all cost

Talked me into changing to thier merchant services, had issues ever since,,, there machine didnt post our money for 3 weeks- charged me fees on top of fees- only gave us 108 back in fees. do not use thier credit card services

Sitting in the drive thru as we speak..10 min already and have not even been acknowledged..not the first time either..where is the manager???

This is a general opinion about this bank. In my opinion they don't work. Poor quality of service. When you do not have a balance in the account, they pay the transaction but quickly they charge you a $ 36 surcharge when they are supposed to wait 24 hours to do it. I do not recommend to anybody.
