Sold me an absolute garbage used car. Went back to get service twice, long wait times and my concerns were not addressed. This car has electrical problems, and there were inconsistencies with the dealership paperwork when it was sold to me. I am investigating my options. I absolutely do NOT recommend this dealership or their service department. Additionally Honda Finance is horrible to deal with. An all around terrible experience. I will not buy another Honda vehicle after this experience.

I have been to Ocean Honda twice first time quick 30 minutes a recall on my car was fixed. Second time went in for a simple oil change, I asked for nothing else just oil and filter, was there for almost 3 hours and paid $80, too much and too long for an oil change. Come to find out when I got home was charged for an oil additive I never asked nor was asked if I wanted it. My husband will be doing them myself from now on.

This Honda is absolutely amazing they got me out of an upside down car in 2021 into a brand new car and again today when I was just in for service Carlos and the financial team got me into another brand new car. Poor experience today. Went in for only an oil change. Ivan recommended many expensive services that the car "needed," however we declined. 45 minute oil change took 2 hours. When the oil change was finally complete, we were informed that there was a nail in the sidewall of a tire. Multi point inspection done prior to expensive suggestions does not reflect issues with the tire nor had we experienced pressure issues on the way there. The hole was of course irreparable, they have the perfect $300 tire to sell to us. Will not return.

I needed the rear differential oil replaced on my 2010 Honda Ridgeline. Honda makes their own oil for this purpose, so you don't have a choice. I made an appointment. They took me early and even washed the truck. The amount was exactly what I was quoted. When I need Honda service, I will go to Ocean Honda again.

Have been trying since 1 Feb to buy vehicle. Was told someone would contact me. I've inquired two more times and still nothing. My last 4 cars were done mostly online. Just went to dealership to sign and pick up vehicle. Not sure why it's so difficult here.

Not impressed with their dealership, service department. I’ve been in multiple Honda dealerships before and this is the only one that right after every service without fail, something goes wrong with the car. Mainly when it comes to spark plugs, I’ve had to change spark plugs twice already, and every time I have a misfire one to two days after the service.

They sold us a car out of warranty and there is nothing but issues with the vehicle. They fixed it enough that the issues were not present until the return time was over. We are only 5 months into the truck and we cannot even drive it anymore. We owe 30k on a lawn ornament.

Vultures period. Tried to sell me a civic 8000 over sticker!! Glad I stayed with my instinct and bought another Mazda3. Better products anyways, by far safer also. Got in a wreck on 19 head on walked away like nothing in my 2019 Mazda3. Bought a 22 mazda3 in Lakeland UNDER sticker, huh odd both come from japan, same price about, but huh odd isn't it. Tried to lie about bull$hit but I saw through it, simple greed. Do yourself a favor and move on. get a Mazda or Toyota. Honda has lost it's way and this dealership is just money hungry and ready to exploit your dollar. Oh and safety for example, look up the HR-Vs side crash test..get's OBLITERATED. Wouldn't wanna be in one on 19, LOL.

I bought a new set of tires in November along with the road hazard protection. A couple days ago the low tire pressure light came on and I went to Ocean Honda and Ivan in the service department. I had run over a big roofing nail in a place where the tire could not be plugged. Ocean Honda replaced the tire free of charge and I was in and out in just over an hour. I think that's a great turnaround time considering I did not have an appointment. Thank you, Ivan and Ocean Honda!

I had the best car buying experience today at Ocean Honda. I was helped by Abraham Fourari and the Manager Peter Gabriel, such a wonderful team, they were amazing at helping me find the car I needed at the best price in town. I researched before I bought and shopped 3 other Honda dealerships in the Area. Ocean Honda gave me the best deal. Steve Davidson and Keith Anderson were also friendly and pleasant to do business with. Rabi the Finance manager did a fantastic job as well at explaining all the paperwork and helped me with financing, he was very pleasant and friendly. After we agreed on the price and signed all the paperwork; Abraham walked me to the car and thoroughly explained to me all the bells and whistles the car has. Just a fantastic overall shopping experience at Ocean Honda. My experience was different than all the other places I visited. I felt welcomed and didn’t feel pressured. My experience with Ocean Honda was extraordinary. Patrick Browning made me feel he genuinely cared about my wants and needs as if I was family. He was very gracious with me, answered all my questions and didn’t once make me feel forced to make any decisions. The process of getting the car was simple and quick. He also made sure to explain the entire vehicle to me and how everything works during my test drive. When I came back and decided to go forward with the vehicle he took me out and helped me set up and learn how to do the radio, Bluetooth and all the other fun electronic things you have to learn. Recently purchased a new 2021 Honda CRV, from Ocean Honda, and, so far, am completely satisfied with our vehicle, as well as the service I received, for the first 5,000-mile, oil & filter change. Driving into the service area, I was greeted by Mike, a personable young man, who greets each vehicle, determining what service is required. Next, a Service Advisor, is assigned, ours being Mr. JR Disbrow. JR was professional, efficient, and friendly, and helpful in assisting my wife, syncing her phone, with the technology of the vehicle. Ocean Honda is exceptionally clean, and has a comfortable waiting area (with snacks, coffee, water, etc.). During our wait, our salesman, Johnny Hicks came over, and answered any additional questions we had. I must point out, Mr. Hicks was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful, during the time of our purchase. Our experience, beginning with the General Manager, John Monteleone, and all employees thereafter, we dealt with during our entire purchasing process, were friendly, helpful, and all professional. I would have no problem, recommending Ocean Honda, to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle, especially a Honda.

We were literally in Brandon Honda and we shared our offer with Ocean Honda. Kathleen simply said, we will beat it so we drove over an hour to meet with them. I was prepared for a the typical car dealer experience but no. Everyone smiled, greeted us, "You're the Justice Family, you drove an hour." Wow. Chris Castro took care of us till the very end. Update. Just had first service. Service department was incredibly clean and not like most. JR Disbrow greeted me, which was nice, and even made sure to check my email for a coupon. Brandon Rutman completed my service and was also great. Even understood a noise I thought only my wife could hear. All work done fast and even washed her car. Service was amazing and did not seem like a chore. Thank you again Ocean Honda and your wonderful staff. Henry was absolutely perfect. Respected my time, and answered all of our questions. Did not spend all day there, which is a nice change, in and out with very little wasted time. Brandon, F&I, gave the service and respect for our time. From start to finish, a rating of 100% does not quite do it justice. Henry and Brandon represent not only Ocean Honda well but Honda very well. Ask for Henry for sales and Brandon for finance for a quick, easy, painless and pleasurable experience when you make your purchase. My husband and I were looking to buy a new CR-V Touring after driving Pilot for 10 years. It was time to downsize for us. We have been looking on every Honda dealership in the area, calling people, trying to work out the right price. I was very particular with the color: only wanted white with Ivory interior. Because white/ivory was in such great demand, we could not get it. When we called Ocean Honda, we got to talk to Patrick Browning. He said he was getting the white/ivory in a few days, worked out the price with us, gave us reasonable price for our trade, and promised to let us know, when the car arrives. He consistently followed up with emails, phone calls, and texts. When we got there, the car was ready for us. He set up all the electronic fetchers for us, and explained all theses amazing new security fetchers Touring has, that Pilot did not have. Patrick was amazing, and very instrumental in every step of the was. We are very grateful to him, the General manager John, and Business manager Brandon for the smooth and positive experience. March 30 we bought our third Odyssey from Ocean Honda. The last two our salesman was Keith Anderson. He does a wonderful job, and probably our next Odyssey will be bought from him at Ocean Honda. Had my first (6 month) maintenance at Ocean. This is the third Honda Civic I have leased from Ocean...all covered by CarDoc Ocean's exclusive maintenance program which I enthusiastically recommend. It covers all basic maintenance so in my case all 6-month maintenance intervals during my 3 year lease were free of charge. Ocean is a bit of a drive for me since I live in San Antonio but worth it for the friendliness and professionalism of their maintenance staff.

Stay away from this dealership at all costs. From sales to service to management this place is a gutterfest. Bought a brand new 2021 car from them and the minute I drove off the lot it had nothing but problems and they refuse to look at it. I called Honda corporate and they steered me to Palm Harbor Honda and they were correct. Palm Harbor Honda could not have been more nice and professional and actually did their job by looking at the car diagnosing and fixing it after a month and a half of headaches. Don't take it from me take it from Honda own corporate office avoid this dealership.

I received a recall notice from Honda for a software issue. I made an appointment with Ocean Honda to resolve the issue. Being in the tech field for 40 years, software upgrades are no big deal except at Ocean Honda. I made the appointment. Arrived 5 minutes ahead of my appointment time. 2 HOURS later they finally finished the "Upgrade". It took 2 hours because "the upgrade wouldn't take"! Give a break! The software wouldn't take? Do they think Honda would put out a piece of software that was not fullly tested? Next time I'm going to a different Honda dealership. Maybe they will honor their appointment times better.

I went to do a trade in and purchase a new vehicle. Typically I dread going to dealerships due to constant pressure through the whole process. Would have bought the car today but because of his response we walked out. I am sure if you go to another Honda dealer they would at least budged a little. Will NEVER tell my friends to go there. When I found that I couldn't open the trunk of my Accord Hybrid, I called the service department and asked if I could bring my car in that day since an operational trunk is essential for my business. I was told that the best I could do was bring it the next day afternoon. I only spoke with an "appointment setter", not a maintenance technician. I said I'd try other options. I then called the Palm Harbor Honda dealer and explained the problem. He suggested that maybe the "valet switch" in the glove compartment had been turned on as this would cause the trunk to become disabled. While I was on the phone with him I went out to the car and tried his solution and VOILA!......problem fixed! I was on the phone with him not even 5 minutes. No service appointment, problem fixed over the phone, no loss of time or money. The difference? At Ocean Honda I spoke with an appointment setter. At Palm Harbor Honda I spoke with a knowledgeable competent maintenance technician. Sorry Ocean Honda, you lost my business.

Went to just look, half way there I realized I look like a bum, as I was doing yard work. A female sales rep. came out and asked how I was doing, then a couple pulled in and she walked away from me and went to them asking if they were there to see anybody. I was going to leave as this left a bad taste in my mouth and I was Embarrassed. That's when David Mulder approached me. I explained everything to Dave and he showed me a car based on my wants and needs, I fell in love with the car and Dave was very honest throughout the whole process and explained every step. I bought the car and was out in only 2 hours, definitely ask for Dave if you go to Ocean honda. And to the female sales person never judge a book by its cover. Once again Dave thank you, ocean honda is extremely lucky to have you as an employee, you saved them from getting a 1 star rating.

This was my first time at Ocean Honda & I will not be back. When I pulled up for my oil change I was not greeted, instead I was asked “what I need”. I had an appointment. However what really bothers me is how I was charged. Upon arrival I told the service team I had recently bought my car from wesley chapel honda and should still have free oil changes (I didn’t realize they don’t transfer over & the did not tell me). If I had known I would not have been serviced that day. When I picked it up later that day & was told I owed $90 I presented a coupon for a $20 oil change and was told they won’t accept it because I didn’t show it to them before my service. I am a full time medical student and went to this location because of the convenience for me, however I will go out of my way to return to Wesley Chapel. I did not feel taken care of at all. My car is not even two years old and I was told I needed multiple things fixed, and when I got it reevaluated elsewhere they told me everything is fineI would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I called Ocean Honda on the day before I needed to be out of my rental after a total loss of my vehicle. I am fortunate that Keith answered the phone. Within minutes, I was given a more than reasonable quote and just a few moments later, I was on the phone with the finance manager, Rabeeh. Unlike most salesman, he went straight to the bottom dollar. I texted them that I’d be there in 30 minutes and that was it! I had already been a customer of Ocean Honda’s service department since 2018. Throughout the entire dealership, I have been met by nothing less than extraordinary customer service; to include the nice lady in the snack bar and the incredibly kind shuttle driver from New York; and the many service managers, Ivan being my latest. Shortly before my original Honda was totaled, I had it in for service. At this interaction and the one of the sale, the staff at the dealership demonstrated concern and care to ensure my safety with masks and little contact. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for that. The day after I drove home in my beautiful new Honda, I came in to return the dealers plate to them and accidentally handed in the tag cover from another Honda dealership. whoops! Big sorry 🤪but I will call it symbolic as I’ve traded them in too for Ocean Honda.

This is our second Honda Odyssey from Ocean Honda. This time we purchased the Car Docs package and we think it is great! All the suggested maintenance is covered and then some. I brought the van in Wednesday for an oil change and 15,000 maintenance. My windshield also has a chip in it. Ivan took care of scheduling everything and getting me on my way with a courtesy vehicle. When I returned the van, I left my wedding band in it. I called within the hour, and the service department had closed. Our salesmen, Carmine, went out of his way to make sure he retrieved my jewelry and held onto it until I could get up there. Can't ask for a better experience than that!

Excellent experience at this dealership! I went in to see about replacing a part that was damaged on the inside of my CR-V. Travis took me right in and had the car brought in to service to order the replacement part. Travis had me in and out in no time! Had an incredible experience at this dealership with Abraham and Brandon. I was looking for a car that had proven difficult to find. Upon calling the dealership, I was informed of when they would have an arrival. Abraham worked with me to reserve it and gave me updates regularly as the week progressed. After shopping at other dealerships that attempted to use a variety of closing tactics on the same car with a 15% markup, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was blown away by how straight-forward and honest the team at this dealership was. At no point did I feel pressured in to any decision - and, beyond that, they were clear and transparent when answering all of my questions. All in all, I paid MSRP for the car with a warranty that I wanted. Despite the current market, they refused to add any "adjustments" as other dealers have been applying. I would strongly recommend both Abraham and Brandon as well as Ocean Honda as a whole.

Terrible service from Carolina the sales agent. She was confusing and fast talking when it came to additional charges. Finally sat down with John the General manager who seemed polite and offered a great deal on a new 2022 they had coming in , so I put down a deposit and waited for my new car. I was called and told 4 days before that my car was ready to be picked up ,so I set up an appointment to go pick it up. The car was damaged and I was told by Peter the sales manager that they would not be able to make the car match perfectly. That I would always notice the damage on my new vehicle. Peter then offered to keep my deal and have a new 2022 sent to the store. The following day, I called the store and was informed by both John and Peter that they no longer will honor the deal that they had signed , that the care had gone up 1,500 dollars, and then they both told me to shop somewhere else. Very disappointed in Ocean honda and The Victory Automotive Group for the way they had handled my complaint about their Ocean Honda store. By far the worst experience I’ve had dealing with sales agents. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business here.

With no other cars waiting to be registered, I had to wait for about 15 minutes before someone approached to register me for my service appointment. Once finally registered it took about one and a half hours for an oil and filter change. This is too long a time for a simple service such as an oil change. Also the fee of 70.00 is an outrageous price for an oil & filter change. The service writer did apoligize for the delay and was otherwise cordial.

After initially being very impressed with Ocean Honda's speed of service and welcoming environment, I realized 3 things upon my return home. (1) I was still in shock that my OIL CHANGE cost $80!!!! And there were certain things I asked them NOT to do, So now I wonder if they did them anyway and charged me - (I cannot tell specifically on my bill.) Brandon Honda used to send me coupons every few months for a $29.95 oil change. (2) Why could they not access my 10-year car history at Brandon Honda before trying to sell me several pricey services I did not know if I had done already? They said they could not pull up my records - so I have to take time researching all of this myself? And (3) is a minor complaint but . . . Why did they tell me my car was being washed when it clearly was not? All the above makes me want to drive all the way back to Brandon for services in the future. Extremely disappointed since moving to NPR.

Beware - Scam Artists! They changed the price of service - $789 for a rear brake change and a $60k mile service. I picked up the car and it was $1189. Less than 2 weeks later, my car won’t start because of the battery. Obvious signs of acid leak and they didn’t even say anything. Tells me they may not have done any service besides the brakes.

Just lest Ocean Honda and once again I had a wonderful experience. It was time for a tune up and my advisor Ashley took good care of me.They did the free inspection and only suggested a transmission flush which was needed since my car has high mileage. They are always so honest and never try to up sell me on anything. When I wait I like to enjoy the nice sandwich that the sweetest lady always makes behind the bar area. After my lunch I enjoyed a delicious cookie and was out in an hour and they even washed my car. I actually love coming to Ocean Honda and I will see you soon Ash. Thanks for being so kind !

Just left this dealership I am really disappointed. I have loved every Honda I've ever had always been pleased only had a few bumps as far as getting it serviced correctly by a dealership but I've never been treated rudely ....today check that box off...drove up to Ocean Honda to get an appointment to look at a couple of things that need fixing and I have a full maintenance plan on my car the gentleman was extremely rude kept me standing in the sun while he decided if my maintenance plan was valid or whether it covered the things that I needed checked which I had already called in advance to check on then proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay $120 before even looking at my plan which my plan does not require that you pay the fee that some dealerships ask you to pay because I have a platinum plan. Just a RUDE GUY :( UPDATE! The dealership manager John just called me back and he was on it....... very awesome getting my car in to take care of looking over it and getting the servicing done that it needs I am very impressed and I will update once the car is worked on and we will see how everyone's attitudes are but I am impressed that the manager called me back and was very polite and apologetic for any rudeness that had happened at his dealership.
We will strive to earn 5 stars next time.

I had a really great experience with this car dealership. I had came into the service department because my 2014 honda accord wasn't starting no matter how many times I pushed the start button. I called here and was told to bring it right in after finally getting it to start. JR took care of me and made the process super simple and relieved my stress. I ran a preapproval application through Honda Financial Services. The email stated to call my local dealer to get more information regarding interest rates inventory etc. I spoke with Patrick who stated he had not received an application from me and I stated I ran it through Honda Financial and he was very rude when I was asking simple questions and was completely unprofessional when I asked if there was somebody else I should be talking to and hung up on me. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will ensure I NEVER recommend this dealer to literally anyone.

Sold me a truck without a locking lug nut key. It’s partly my fault for not checking but I overlooked it. When I took it back for service the technician said he would take care of it but they never did and they couldn’t rotate the tires. Now my fiancé is stuck with a flat tire and no way to get the wheels off. I was trying to talk to John Monteleone, the General Manager and he was extreme rude. I told them I would pay for the key, money is not the issue. It’s the fact that my fiancé is driving around with a flat tire and they’re just giving us the run around while my fiancé is there with my 1 year old son.

I want to give Ocean Honda six stars for integrity and fairness. We started our search for a new vehicle in the Sarasota and Venice areas. We couldn't find what we were looking for locally so we expanded our search area. In our search Ocean Honda came up. They had the vehicle we were looking for and were very responsive to our questions. We were able to reach a tentative deal based on what they quoted for my trade-in. We were working with Henry Dipeppe and all our transaction had been over the phone and through texts (including the deal we had negotiated). It was a two-hour drive to the dealership and I was expecting that once I got there and they would hedge on the value of my trade-in and there would be more negotiations. I was dead wrong! They emphasized that what they had negotiated with me was the deal they had agreed to and would honor it. They do not play games! The General Manager (John Monteleone) and Henry proved to be men of their word and of high integrity. I wish I had found this dealership long ago. They are worth the drive. Working with a dealership that doesn't play the old style car deal games was and awesome experience. You can trust these guys to give you a fair deal.

I would like to start off by saying that I don’t usually write a review unless I had an exceptional experience. Unexpectedly I found myself looking for a new car. My experience has been an interesting one to say the least. Usually you expect when go into a car dealership the attention you receive from the moment you walk in the door but such was the case in certain dealerships that I went to. I felt like just a number that they could choose to take or leave. Since the pandemic there has been a shortage of car manufacturing or import/export which has caused prices to go up extremely. I have bought a few cars before and I have never had such a professional, efficient, effortless, and amazing experience that I received at Ocean Honda of Port Richey, FL. From the moment I drove into their lot to meeting one of their exceptional sales team member Effrain at the door. Effrain didn’t come across as a salesman but as a person who sincerely and professionally made the start of this journey the best experience I’ve had in car shopping. In a short amount of time he was able to explain and show me everything about the car I was interested in buying in a manner even the average Joe can understand. Besides the fact that Hondas are a really great and reliable car was not the only reason that sealed the deal for me but their company’s policy on not taking advantage of the consumer like many others during this pandemic. It tells you a lot about a company when you have long term employees that when you go back you get a see a familiar face that you build a rep-our with. Same goes for Carolina and AJ that was involved in my car buying journey at this Honda Dealer. Ocean Honda has an amazing Service Department Staff. Yesterday, I had a late appointment for an oil change. After 6pm, I noticed that the oil gauge was not 100%, but previous %. This morning, I called the about the issue. I was told to bring the car immediately. He apologized for the mistake. When I arrived, the Service Supervisor confirmed my call and explained that it will take a few minutes to update the oil guage.. The friendly Technician explained that the car didn't need to be moved from the garage. In short, the oil change was corrected to show 100% in less than 10 minutes. This was helpful, especially before a Holiday weekend. Thank you, Ocean Honda's Service Staff!

10/25/21- update: Multiple calls to Service Writers (2) and Service Manager has gone unanswered since initial visit and promises to complete the service on USB port and one key fob that continues to loose programming. Last attempt with call back from Service Manager last week has resulted in elevating this with senior management. We even bought a key fob service warranty which seems to be a waste of money. We bought the used KIA on 8 August 2021. We didn’t realize we had these issues until we tried using the 2nd key fob and to navigate on our IPhone and USB port. Not satisfied with Service Manager who has never returned our calls. Found out Service Writer wuit and the other is working part time. What kind of service is this? Not the kind these individuals would expect for themselves! When our used KIA required service, we were met with a truly professional and friendly team. They worked hard to troubleshoot the problem with USB port and one keyfob. The staff made arrangements to coordinate service with KIA dealership. This was a great experience for us and it shows the committment of Ocean Honda to ensure used non-Honda vehicles are being serviced. Thank you

My husband and I were searching for a late model Honda Fit with low mileage. We found just what we were looking for on line at Ocean Honda. We were out of town so we called and spoke with Alex in sales. He walked us through the whole buying process over the phone. All we really had to do was come in and do a test drive and check the car over. When we arrived they had the Fit waiting already detailed! Took it for a test drive and purchased. The Fit has the latest technology so Alex really spent time showing us everything, going above and beyond. The finance mgr. was super! We actually got a better rate then our credit union. I just moved from Delray Beach to New Port Richey. Because of the move I thought I was going lose the excellent service that I was getting at Delray Honda but luckily for me l didn't. Ocean is now my go to Honda dealer for service Service Advisor Jose took care of everything and answered all my questions. Very professional, Overall Outstanding experience as usual. Hopefully they will also be my leasing dealership I won't know until they pull me out of my 2020 CRV and put me into another lease It's going to be hard to beat because of my good relationship with the last dealership (3 cars) if they are like their service (which is excellent) department I'm sure I'll be doing my next lease with them. Went in for recall work on our older accord. Left in a brand new 2020 accord for a great price. We bought our CRV from Ocean Honda a few years ago and have had it serviced regularly by Ocean Honda. About three weeks ago we had the oil changed and I guess that the technician did not properly replace the splash pan. Anyway it came loose as we were going down the road. We went back to Ocean Honda and service representative Tammy Garrison (she is the best) met us and with no hesitation took our car and said that it would be taken care of. About 45 minutes later it was returned like brand new with no charge. Thanks Tammy and Ocean Honda. When it comes time for a new vehicle I will be purchasing it from Ocean Honda.

I had an appointment with Tyler at 11 and he had gone to lunch when I showed up. It was a little aggravating because I had to wait for someone else to wait on me and I got Ivan who seemed a little upset that he had to wait on me since he was very busy. The car was done for 20 minutes or more before I even got released from there so I was not very happy with this current experience.

Yet again another wonderful visit. Ivan was in charge of my service which was done in great time. Due to Covid-19 precautions, we may not sit and have lunch with Miss Eva and chit chat with the other customers while waiting. I miss this because it makes you feel at home there. However, I was able to say hello to Miss Eva and have a cup of coffee while I waited and browsed about (mask on, of course). It is the only time in my life that I like going to get my car serviced. Have leased my last 2 cars from this dealership. First one was easily done. Second was far more challenging but got it done. With the lease ending in 5 months, have been in and emailed them about getting a new deal. It's been incredibly poorly handled in person and by phone. Has felt like I'm walking in a minefield with their sales staff and management .

Lied to for a week. A common courtesy email letting me know the car was sold for a week would have been nice, rushing from work losing overtime, when we talked Wednesday and you told me we will see you Friday but instead your sales manager told me you sold the car on Sunday a day after we test drove it on Saturday but when we got there Friday you told me you just sold the car the day before on Thursday when your manager said it was sold on Sunday a day after we were there LOL come on man, so on Wednesday you could have just emailed me back saying the car was sold I would have greatly appreciated that and have worked something else out. A little common courtesy goes a long way and he kept pushing me to another car I didn't want. A simple email could have avoided this review but being lied to for a week and then at the dealership, finding out when the car was actually sold was pretty bad.👎👎 And you can look at my reviews, I do not leave bad one's but this I had to share.

Ocean Honda has got to be the most down to earth and friendly dealership in the area. They don’t push things on you like most dealerships/salesmen do. They take their time and I feel like they truly care about their customers. I’ve been working with Carmen ever since I got my 2016 Honda Fit, and I wanted to point out how friendly and professional he is. He always makes sure to stop by the waiting area where I’m sitting and ask me how everything is doing and if I need any refreshments at their kitchen. What a fabulous experience! My wife an I were super frustrated when her car was totaled. Hunting for a new car is so exhausting! Long story short, we called Ocean Honda and Patrick the sales manager answered the phone. He gave us a great upfront no BS price in 10 mins. Once we arrived Patrick greeted us and introduced us to Ismael (our sales rep) who was also fabulous. The whole experience was pleasant and peaceful. My wife and I purchased a CPO Honda 2017 CRV- great experience all around. Alex Lindgren was a great person to work with and was very accommodating, as we showed up close to closing time to look at the vehicle (we were at another dealership about 30 miles away, but he was extremely patient and went above and beyond what we expected. Absolutely no pressure to but, as we made it clear that any used vehicle that we were going to purchase had to have a pre-purchase inspection, regardless of CPO status. John Monteleone, the GM, was also extremely easy to talk to and had absolutely no issue with my request for a prepurchase insepction. Once we found out that we could get a mechanic there the next AM (on a Sunday!!!), we let them know, and both Alex and John were very accommodating. The vehicle was ready when the dealership opened. The prepruchase inspection only turned up one issue- a faulty sensor with the light in the mirror in the passenger visor that Alex said would be taken care of the next morning when the service department was in. Not wanting to see this car go, I negotiated the price in a few emails, and I drove from Orlando to the dealership on a Sunday in pouring rain and made it to the dealership right at closing time, with Alex patiently awaiting my arrival. Thankfully, all the documentation and credit check info was done before I even got there. All of the paperwork was ready to sign, and it took a total of 20 minutes for us to become the new owners of a vehicle that looks brand new. The sensor issue was taken care of the next day, and they delivered the vehicle to my house at no charge. This was without a doubt the smoothest car transaction ever, and we thank Alex and John for their help. An overall fantastic experience.
