Super easy buying process, salesmen is not pushy and really friendly. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used car.

Car is advertised for one price, when you go there it's a $1.000 more, and I'm not talking about the fees or taxes or anything like that, that's just the price. When I asked why the car price is different now, they just couldn't answer my question. I would say stay away from these guys, they're crooks !

What can I say I love this place I bought my 2005 Toyota Avalon and have love driving it every second since! Tom even gave my fiance the snow globe that was on his desk even after we made the deal!! If you're looking for a great used car at a great price what are you waiting for go on in and see them. I bought a few other cars from local car lots like Julian's just to name one and didn't get as good as a car as I did when I went with friendly Finance!!!

I've been out searching for a used car. I've been to several lot's, Jim here at friendly is spot on for what the sign out front says,"Friendly". He won't pressure YOU and he will be fair. I'm still looking for a vehicle. I'm 6'8 so the car has to be accomodating for my size. I will be checking in with him weekly until I get one. But this is the place to go if YOU want Honesty!!

Bought a car from Tom. Several days later it began to leak a fluid but because of my mom's chemo schedule I couldn't do anything about it right away. When I was able to , I called Friendly and they told me to bring it to A Plus 1 Mechanics *they were pretty good* turns out the car needs near 2 grand of work to be done to it. Buyer beware.

Where to start...I bought a 2014 Chevy cruze from them a few months ago whilst trading in my old car, getting me financed and set up was easy and both Tom and Jim were a gentlemen. However, I had the car for a few months and it started giving me problems, at first they were helpful on fixing the car and keeping it running free of charge. Yet my car continued to have issues, from overheating, parts needing to be replaced, strange noises, leaks, to just stalling out and dying one me a couple times. I took it to a professional mechanic who would not only fix my car but also corrected whatever friendly finance's mechanic did. And they did it without charging me, which speaks volumes (they even urged me to get rid of it once it's paid off. ) yet the car still continued to have its issues It died on me again recently. So I tried talk to both pfs and Tom about getting my money back and resolving the issue. It was basically finger pointing as to who I should talk to. As for replacing or returning the car. I got a snarky remark, almost condecending, in which I did not appreciate, He had the nerve to tell me "I don't want a car that doesn't run, it's worthless" Yet they put the car up for sale for 7.5k and expect me to make payments on it. With a long paper trail of maintenance on my part that they should done before selling it. But its "worthless" He said he didnt want a car that didn't work yet they had no problem buying my old car which could not run at the time. Yet I've seen it driving around town I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first because they seemed honest but they had me fooled, and that was poor judgement on my end because they screwed me over. A 2014 car having this many issues is far from normal Fine example of what to avoid when shopping for a car.

I have to say first I like every one dislike car salesmen, thee old let me go talk to my manager b.s. This place is not like that at all, the gentleman that help me as soon as I walk in the door I had a really good feeling about the car no hassle and offered to me a discount on the price which was unheard of that they were just offer I mean I can't even tell you all you must at least stop by and see what they have to offer before you make your choice in person I don't work for them I don't advertise for them I don't get a kick back but what I did get was an awesome car and great price!

I'm very pleased to say this is much more then a car dealership. Mr. Tom went above and beyond to get my deal done. Big thank you from me to you. I came from Tampa to NPR to buy a 2004 jeep wrangler and it was well worth it.
