Truist Memorial Hwy, Tampa

Been banking w/ BB&T my whole life. I’ll never go back to this location. The teller was unprofessional and rude. I came to make a cash deposit and wasn’t welcomed, asked “how are you?” and got ignored. I deposited 9.5K bc I’m about to buy my first home. The teller immediately took my money behind the counter without counting, then told me it was only 9K after running it thru money printer. My other bank, Chase, counts it right in front of you. I was sure it was 9500. Went back to recount my money 3 times and realized I was $500 short. Manager claimed to have checked the cameras and said no foul play involved. I would feel more convinced if I also saw the video. After reading the other awful reviews, it doesn’t shock me at all. I didn’t just “misplace” $500. I will be withdrawing my funds from this bank.

Came to cash a check from this bank at 320pm March the second. The lady that cash it had the worst attitude. Nothing like wellsfargo they always receive you w a smile no attitude. But this happens when a Hispanic takes care of another. And I was going to open an account but there's no way. Terrible service just because I told the lady I didn't have an account with them. So pp go somewhere else.

Awful. Just terrible. I love banking with SunTrust, so I have the decency to give this branch two stars based on that factor. Otherwise, terrible. Beautiful branch... walk in , there are 6 teller windows and 8 or so offices around the perimeter. Perfect! Until you realize they only staff 2 tellers, who must do drive through and the walk in customers, and one additional person to sit in one of the office handling all other needs. I only needed to deposit a check and get something notarized. After being there for nearly an hour, I left with the check deposited only, and had to go to a UPS store and pay to have my one document notarized. I will never - and I do mean never - return to this branch. Terrible customer service, completely understaffed, and bad at customer service.

You can’t Trust in Suntrust, I opened an account with an sign up bonus, that they never deposit on my account. I decide to close my account and the deceiver Robert Alonzo ( a clerk) told me to come another day because hey don’t keep two thousand dollars on the bank due to robberies. I refused to come another day,and guess what i was able to get my money. This person shows no respect for a customer, he lied, he didn’t show interest regarding the pending sign up bonus and tried to trick me like a child. Well done Robert, you just showed the real face of Suntrust in the Tampa Bay Area.

Worst banking experience ever. I open an account and was told i would be shipped a debit card by FedEx. Didnt happen. So i call to just ask about the card and of course the banker Sebastion I opened the account is never available. So some unqualified guy decided to have a new card issued without asking me or talking to Sebastion. Almost 2 weeks and I dont have a debit card and cannot get thru to anyone at the branch. Not the banking experience I was looking for with my business accout. Wells Fargo here I come.

Be glad there is no 0 stars…need help with a current auto loan and they wont help you at the branch…be ready to wait 45- to an hour and a half for simple auto loan questions. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Absolutely rude bank. Rude enough to sever any involvement with their establishment overall. If you live I. The area I recommend online banking it changing to another bank establishment. Their tellers and manager need to involve themselves in customer service training, they have zero people skills

This SunTrust bank on 6704 Memorial Highway in Tampa is managed by the rudest, laziest, and meanest people that I have come across in a long time. They refuse to provide documents, they boss you around, and at times refuse to service you. They are masters at obstructionism and passive/aggressive behavior and have totally forgotten that if it wasn't for their customers, they wouldn't have a business. They have mistreated me for the last time and I am taking my business to another bank. If I could give them a zero rating, I would!

Horrible experience. I asked to withdrawal all my funds and they said no and to go to a different location. I showed proof and such an inconvenience because I had little time to make this trip because of work and now asking me to go to another location which 5miles further away. This is why I switched my bank to chase.

Slowest drive through in the world don’t go here! Change banks! I’m going to!!!
