I would give this bank no stars if I could. They are so pressed about a signature that reads the same on all of my documentation with them. I'm trying to get hard earned money that I worked for and I never went through so much trouble. I hate to believe that it's because this branch is ran by blacks🙄

Love this branch!!! I lost my bank card and I went to another branch. The first branch was not very helpful and I was attended to while the teller took care of another person in the process of handling my personal business.. I googled another branch and This branch was the most delightful and professional branch I've ever dealt with in Atlanta being that I didn't know I lived so close... Hands down this is a Wonderful Branch, Thank you all for your kindness and prompt service..God bless

I'm happy to finally have a bb&t close by! All the tellers here are very friendly and cheerful. I only wish there was something they could do about people parking in front of the ATM while waiting on their food from American deli. Don't want to get my information stolen.. So I just don't use the atm here most of the time.

This is my THIRD bad experience with this branch. My experience today went like this: I pulled up to ATM which is often out of order at least once every two weeks. This time it didn't take my card. So I was forced to go inside. Once inside there was only two people in front of me. When the first man finished I walked up to the teller (her name is Icey) and she just looked at me and put the "next teller please" sign in the window seal and walked away. RUDE.RUDE. RUDE. So I waited and waited ...and waited for the next teller. By this time there were 3 people behind me. When I got to the second teller she said I had to go get my ID. I was only supposed to be going to the ATM so I didn't bring. She specifically said she'd wait for me. It took literally 20 secs. SERIOUSLY. When I got back inside she was helping the next person and I had to get back in line...no apology...no acknowledgement. Nothing... Trust me it's only like this in black neighborhoods. It's a shame. Also they didn't have any envelopes and the floor was filthy.

The teller today, April 4, 2018 was very nasty. Dark Brown black girl with a really short natural haircut. Another lady with long hair and light skinned came to explain what the girl was saying but in a sweet way. As I explained to her, it is how you say things. I am not a criminal or begging, so you have no need to talk to me like I am beneath you. She has no idea who I am. If you are not a morning person, don't take tnat shift. Time Stamp: 9:02am

Although the office is small and quite busy, I was extremely impressed with the branch manager's prompt attention to my requests and his very professional attitude. Before going there I had visited 3 of their larger branches with lukewarm results but I was pleasantly surprised at the level is service and the can do ethic of this location's management thanks.
