Ms. Sandra gave me such great customer service. She helped me settle one of my accounts. The process was easy and she had such a kind and graceful demeanor. Thank you, Ms. Sandra, it was a pleasure!

This bank is so poorly managed. I’ve been in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes. Initially thought it was due to the lady in front of me. Now that I am at the window, I see it’s the bank. The teller popped on screen (they’ve tv/computer screens in the line) and told me she would be with me shortly, there were two people ahead of me. That means this poor woman is working both inside and drive thru teller lines. I see no other tellers on screen in the background. Creating an awful amount of risks of error. Shameful.

This place is a sorry excuse for a bank! First one person working sitting the busy part of the day, this person has to cover the front and drive thru!?! Unacceptable! Then whiten someone does arrive they sit at the closed counter and is in the computer, but wait another person comes back, now the first one leaves... meanwhile there is a line of 7 or 8 people and I've been waiting 30 minutes... she shows back up at the counter and I'm still waiting bc the other guy is doing the drive thru... meanwhile you need to help me you see he is doing drive thru person... sorry excuse for customer service... thank God I don't bank here!

Website says lobby open but door locked at midday.

Seriously the WORST bank in Atlanta, maybe the entire state as well. I would say that everyone whose works there is just incompetent, but it seems like they are also actively trying to be unhelpful and rude.

The teller named Khadijah is beyond rude and slow. No matter if it’s 2 people or 10 people in line, she loves extremely slow. I come in the bank quite often and through the drive thru as well (which should be faster) but it isn’t. She moves at her own pace when it’s a bank which deals with money and people and she should have a sense of urgency. She closes the drive thru often when we as customers should be able to choose if we would like to make our experience faster by going through the drive thru. She is not friendly at all and rushes some of the elderly customers. I just feel like if you don’t want to be here, you should maybe apply for a more fitting job that fits your stale attitude and poor work performance. I’ve called this branch twice to complain and nothing was done. The branch officer isn’t any better. He doesn’t assist the tellers when there’s a long line.. I really didn’t want to give 1star but It won’t let me leave a 0 start.

The layout of this bank is not the most convenient and the lot could use a little tlc, but the people who work here have always been professional and friendly. In fact, on my most recent visit I was helped by Khadijah and Spencer, both of whom were super friendly and went above and beyond. I'm thankful for the way they take care of their customers!

Terrible, Slow, Dirty. Its the closet SunTrust to me so im forced to use this location mostly. Its never a pleasure or is it ever fast or convenient. Got here at 1:05pm it's now 1:33 and there are still 4 people in front of me with one teller working. They need some serious improvements to this location. I'd recommend to go to another location if you value your time. Adding this - it's now 1:45 I just walked out

Understaffed. Drive up takes forever. Like 20 minutes per car to deposit one check. I come here 2x's/month and it's always the same. I have a baby so I'd rather wait in the car, but this is not how it should be.

Was here at 10:45 on a Tuesday and the workers were inside gossiping and kept telling us they weren’t ready yet... they told us starting at 9am they would open in just a few minutes. 2 hours later they’re still in there gossiping and the doors still aren’t open.
