I go by this Wells Fargo location which is the closest to my job and they are definitely short staffed but I was willing to be patient. I walked in there trying to make an appointment with a Banker for that reason. I only had a few simple credit information questions. I left my name and number 2/3 weeks ago and have not been called or helped in any way shape or form. Will not be returning. This location is about to shut down in any second.

Under staffed. Never have time to help anyone. I live two minutes away from the bank but I literally have to travel minutes 35 minutes to get any assistance. Business advocate is useless.

I've always cashed my checks here and all of a sudden they just tell me that it can't be done anymore😒

The customer service at this location is below average and there have been several instances when the doors are closed 5mins prior to the listed hour. The tellers will not explain simple customer authentication processes such as why/when your drivers license is required and are short with answers if any answers are given. This review is not the result of not receiving money,fees or bank holds but just that of a frustrated customer. I know have to purposely avoid this location because of terrible customer service.

Overall best bank experience ever. Frederick wyrsch provided all the answers to my questions perfectly. He was very professional and the wait was not long at all.

Worst wells Fargo in the city of Atlanta the manager was unprofessional and very rude and was very aggressive and demeaning don't support this bank they dont respect or care for their clients

The bank has been recently renovated and it looks good. Love the location ...very easy to access this from Moreland ave. Wish they were open for longer hours on Saturdays though.

I do not recommend this WF. I waited in line and as soon as I got to the teller he ran off and they allowed two other people to go in front of me!!!!! Rude, unacceptable behavior.
