I came to ATC Income Tax Services to file my 2018 tax return. And I was immediately greeted by the front desk agent. Donnell prepared my taxes. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The manager Jam was very pleasant and very knowledgeable as well!!! She thanked me for being patient. But I didn’t even have to wait long 😊 I waited about 5 minuets 😊 And the manager Jam also made sure all of my questions were answered as well. I’m so happy I came to ATC !!!!!!!!!! I’ll definitely be coming back 😊

Jatangela Morten is so AWESOME!! They told me she wasn't there anymore but my girl is still with the company and still professional, funny, out going and knowledgeable. Thanks for always taking care of me.

Will not go here again they don't put what you claim right on your paper work and they don't tell you that when you referred someone that you have to wait tell the person have to get excepted for you to get the 50 and they don't do cash it will be in a check

I had an awesome experience at the Chandler Rd location. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I understood everything and made sure I received the maximum return AND A LOAN. I also left today with some money so it was lit. They had refreshments, a space for my daughter to chill while business was conducted, and they had coloring pages and crayons to keep her busy and quiet. I’ll most definitely be coming back next year.

Chandler road has great services.This is my second year with Jeannate doing my return and she dies me right all the time with no problems. She and her manager looks out for me when I needs extra funds. I never walks out empty handed. They are the best!! Thank you ATC!! This will always be my number one place...
