This staff at this branch are incredibly slow and poorly trained. Be prepared to stay here HOURS for a simple transaction. They lost the deposit I made so I had to have the “back office” find my money. They did.

In our community they treat us so wrong. One teller on a Saturday is ridiculous. It took 47 mins to stand in line to make a withdrawal and deposit. Why do they do our community like that? Any other bank in certain areas have plenty of tellers, especially on a Saturday

I’ve waited an hour just to speak to a banker for a direct deposit authorization form. That’s it!!! At the end of waiting for an hour I left because I was STILL waiting with someone else STILL WAITING ahead of me. So there is NO telling how much longer I would still be waiting before I was seen. Service is extremely slow. They had ONE banker on a Friday.

The Atm outside steals 5 to 10 dollars of your deposit. Definitely some fraud going on here.

Horrible 1hr wait time at 9am no one working! How is it that they could be this slow when no customers this is why they have to merge with BB&T management sucks I will be closing this account!

Ever since they have become Truist their service has gone down hill. I have been on hold 2/21/22 and 2/22/22 a total of 9 hours and I am still locked out of my account. Customer service is horrible.

I had issues with a few accounts that I have with SunTrust after several attempts with another customer service representative which he said it couldn’t be done I spoke with the Manager Reubena I think that’s the spelling (lol) but she took the time to find and fix the problem and get my accounts straight. I just want to say she went over and beyond to help me and I really appreciate it.

Extremely slow service, we just moved to the area and had to visit the bank two days in row. It's painfully obvious they are short staffed, with only 1 teller to complete all transactions. On the 2nd visit, we waited outside for several minutes after 9 waiting for them to let us in. I dont blame the staff, I blame poor management for not having this branch staffed at full capacity. Will be looking to change our accounts over to a bank more capable of handling our affairs once we're settled.

Worst service ever. Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes!!!! Ridiculous!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would!! I don’t recommend this bank to anyone!

This bank allows non authorized people to use Dead people bank accounts AFTER THEY HAVE PASSED 5 YEARS AGO Which is ILLEGAL AND WRONG. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. ‼‼‼‼‼‼
